Chapter 150: McDonalds

"Wow… it''s so crowded," said Laras, observing therge number of people passing by in the Teleportation Hub area.

"Yes, sis, there are already many foreigners moving to our ind," Nita replied casually. She th continued, "People from the American alliance have be the most frequt neers in the past few days."

"I feel like that''s not a coincidce," Laras responded. In her opinion, a major alliance like America wouldn''t let this happ so easily. But wh she recalled Lein''s 3 million points, Laras could only stop the conspiracies running through her mind. All would bow to the strong—this was the primary rule of the realm they currtly inhabited.

Just like that, the three of them exited the Teleportation Hub and boarded a Flying Bus to head to the campus.

At their level, they could actually use items that allowed them to fly. However, the flying speed depded on the user''s basic strgth. Except for Lein, Nita, and the t core members, public transportation was faster and more efficit.

It was still midday, and Lein was on his way to thergest hospital in the city, Pertiwi Hospital.

Lein satfortably in the back seat of his luxurious car, gazing out the window while joying the view of the city. The midday sunlight shone on the modern buildings with grand architecture, their transpart ss reflecting the sunlight and offering a clear view of the activities inside.

On some buildings, rge advertisemt scres disyed 3D animations in vibrant colors, giving the sce an ev more futuristic feel.

Lein also noticed several police officers guarding street corners. d in full uniforms, they watched over various corners of the city. With the crime rate being very low, most of their duties involved guiding foreign visitors, assisting elderly people crossing the street, and monitoring vehicles to sure they didn''t exceed the speed limit.

"Sir, please stop at McD for a momt," Lein said to his driver, pointing at a fast food restaurant not far from their view. The restaurant had arge, well-known gold "M" logo from the Earth''s McDonald''s.

Lein had be nning to try McDonalds for a long time but never got  to it due to her busy schedule. So, this time he will try it before going to Pertiwi Hospital.

Lein''s driver skillfully maneuvered the luxury car, parking it smoothly a few meters from the grand trance of the McD restaurant. The shiny ck car gleamed under the sunlight, catching the atttion of several passersby.

Everyone a the restaurant nced at the car, but  dared to approach. They knew Lein disliked being approached recklessly, and this unspok rule was followed diligtly by the locals.

Once the car stopped perfectly, the driver quickly got out, walking to the side of the car with a respectful demeanor. He oped the door gracefully, bowing slightly as Lein stepped out.

The calmness exuded by Lein made the suring atmosphere feel solemn. Those nearby could only watch him respectfully, but  dared to approach. Just seeing Lein from a distance was ough for them.

Lein stood for a momt, observing the restaurant building before him. Ev though it was just a fast food restaurant, its design was extraordinarily grand. The building was adorned with elegantly curved reflective ss, reflecting light and shining under the sun.

Above the main trance was the icrge McD logo, but here, the restaurant had a more exclusive vibe, more like a five-star restaurantpared to the McD on Earth he once knew. Every detail, from modern pirs to the holographic lights dancing in the air, made the restaurant seem as if it hade straight out of the future.

"McDonald''s, true to its name, can adapt so quickly. Ev if Earth''s situation changes 80 degrees," Lein thought to himself. He couldn''t help but admire the intelligce of the mind behind McD.

After joying the view for a momt, Lein walked toward the front door. As he approached, the thick ss automatic doors oped smoothly, revealing an ev grander interior inside. Without rushing, Lein stepped inside, greeted by cool air that immediately hit his face.

"Wee, Sir. How may we assist you?" A waiter greeted Lein as he tered.

The waiter spoke with a warm smile, surprising Lein slightly with their politess. Moreover, the waiter in front of him seemed to be from outside Indonesia.

"It seems the building before me is just a McD branch," Lein murmured to himself.

Lein paused for a momt, his eyes scanning the restaurant''s interior, which was vastly differt from the McD he knew on Earth. This restaurant looked incredibly grand, with gleaming marble floors, holographic lights dancing in the air disying various mus, and futuristic technology at every corner.

Holograms disyed images of burgers and fries with almost lifelike visual quality. Lein was truly amazed at this transformation—a once simple restaurant had now evolved into a high-tech dining ce.

"So luxurious," Lein murmured softly, still in awe.

"Please order, Sir," the waiter handed him a digital tablet disying the mu with holographic animations. With light thusiasm, Lein began selecting his meal.

"I''ll have a hamburger, hotdog, and soda," he said briefly.

"Certainly, Sir. We will prepare your order shortly," the waiter responded before leaving.

Lein sat on one of the luxurious chairs near the window, joying the bustling yet neatly arranged restaurant atmosphere.

People of various races sat joying their meals, some using their personal holographic devices for work or leisure. The restaurant''s atmosphere feltfortable and modern, far from the simple image of fast food restaurants on Earth.

Before long, the waiter arrived with his food. The hamburger and hotdog looked delicious with a tempting aroma, and the soda bubbled in a transpart ss.

Without hesitation, Lein took the first bite of his hamburger, his eyes narrowing slightly at the savory taste that immediately filled his mouth.

"Hmm… it tastes good," Lein said while chewing.

"Fast food is always easy and quick, but it''s not something to eat every day." He chuckled softly, recalling health advice about fast food.
