    The door to the chamber opened, and Mira entered with Lira by her side. Mira, the Countess of ckthorn family, exuded her usual poise, her confident strides showing no trace of doubt.

    Mira inclined her head, her sharp gaze sweeping across the room before resting on Adrian. "Indeed, Lady Isabe. Me and Baron Everhart have talked enough and we had a pleasant time doing so. I believe we are all ready to finalize this alliance."
