    Brian felt a knot tighten in his stomach.

    She regretted ever speaking her fears to Rosalynn. Now her mom was in the hospital, and chaos reigned. Rosalynn clenched


    her fists.


    “Deanna, your mom is the one who stepped over the line, not me. | warned you, anyone messing with me isn’t going to get off


    lightly.”


    She felt she was in the right. Noemi was the one to do something cruel. It was only fair that she get a taste of her own medicine.
