    Zhen Yuanbai almost immediately rejected him out of instinct.


    But when he met Shi Bufan’s bottomless pitch-ck eyes, he saw a tint of eagerness which was mixed with something he didn’t understand. When Zhen Yuanbai looked over, he almost couldn’t detect that.


    Shi Bufan wanted Zhen Yuanbai to apany him.


    When he came to this conclusion, Zhen Yuanbai felt uneasy and looked down, murmuring, “Then, should I call my father?”


    He didn’t want to board at school with Shi Bufan, especially when he took notice of Shi Bufan’s thoughts. He wanted to give Shi Bufan a way out of this embarrassing situation, but if he prevented himself from calling, then he...


    “If you don’t want to, you can reject me.” Shi Bufan chuckled and looked tenderly at him. “Scaredy-cat.”


    He didn’t force Zhen Yuanbai. From his tone, it felt like Shi Bufan was even pampering him, not caring whether he would stay or not.


    Zhen Yuanbai felt distressed for a moment before he turned around to call Zhen Pingjin. He originally said he was going home, but then he suddenly told Zhen Pingjin that he was going to board at school, making thetter a bit angry. “You didn’t finish your homework?”


    “I finished.” Zhen Yuanbai pondered for an excuse and said, “But I want to attend the evening study session since there are a few questions that I don’t understand.”


    It wasn’t like this hadn’t happened before, so Zhen Pingjin said, “Ok, then remember to eat dinner.”


    Zhen Pingjin hung up and Zhen Yuanbai looked at Shi Bufan; thetter curled the corners of his lips up. Zhen Yuanbai could see his twinkling and sparkling eyes and Shi Bufan said, “Then let’s go out to eat and thene back for the evening study session.”


    Zhen Yuanbai nodded and felt uneasy as he was lying to his father.


    While eating, he really wanted to ask Shi Bufan why he had two fathers and mothers. But, when he remembered that Shi Bufan had lost his memory, he swallowed his words.


    Yet, Shi Bufan could see through his hesitance, so he asked, “What do you want to ask?”


    “The mother who was calling for you at the hospital...doesn’t seem to be the same one as the other day.”


    Shi Bufanughed and said, “I don’t know why either. I forgot everything.”


    “Then why are you so rude to them?” If they were strangers, he probably wouldn’t have done that.


    “I wish everyone in the world looked like you.” Shi Bufan ced some food in Zhen Yuanbai’s bowl and continued, “That way, whenever I go, I can see you and be in a good mood.”


    Zhen Yuanbai ate the food in his bowl and felt strangely happy. “You’re happy when you see me?”


    “What do you think?”


    Zhen Yuanbai nodded and shoved a piece of meat in his mouth and suddenly suppressed his delighted feeling. Why was he happy about this? The reason why Shi Bufan was saying this was because he had feelings for him...Shi Bufan even wanted to kiss him.


    Since they decided to board at school, they definitely needed to attend the evening study session. The moment Ji Yanping saw Shi Bufan, she was a bit shocked. Lately, there was a high chance of Shi Bufaning to attend the evening study session and he came with Zhen Yuanbai every single time.


    When Zhen Yuanbai was immersed in studying, there was rarely anyone who could disturb him. He stopped paying attention to Shi Bufan and thetter became quite bored.     When the evening study session ended, Zhen Yuanbai, however, wanted to continue studying. He walked back to his dormitory and Shi Bufan quickly called him over to take a shower. When Zhen Yuanbai got up to grab his clothes, he suddenly stopped.


    He recalled Shi Bufan’s thoughts towards him.


    Zhen Yuanbai pulled open the door and peeked in, saying, “It’s too cold outside, so I’m not taking a shower today.”


    Shi Bufan was a bit disappointed and he asked, “Wouldn’t you feel ufortable if you didn’t shower before you sleep?”


    The more Shi Bufan acted like this, the more determined Zhen Yuanbai was. Even if he was beaten to death, he would never shower with Shi Bufan. He said, “It’s too cold and expensive to take a shower. How about you go by yourself?”


    This stupid school was inconvenient in many ways. Shi Bufan was a bit unhappy and he suddenly looked at the door, saying, “Fine, I’lle and look for youter.”


    Come and look for himter on for what? Zhen Yuanbai said, “I’ll be sleeping by then.”


    “I’m sleeping with you.” Shi Bufan took his things and headed downstairs. Zhen Yuanbai kept his eyes on Shi Bufan until he disappeared down the corner before he took out his thermos sk to get some water. After he was done, he casually wiped himself in the dormitory and closed the door, getting into bed.


    Despite himying in bed, his mind was still trained on Shi Bufan wanting to sleep with him. They’re not kids anymore. Zhen Yuanbai couldn’t help but let his mind wander. With Shi Bufan’s feelings in Zhen Yuanbai’s mind, how could he fall asleep? Shi Bufan definitely wasn’t just thinking about sleeping.


    His mind portrayed Shi Bufan to be a viin and he ended up tossing in bed, unable to sleep.


    When Shi Bufan was knocking on the door, Zhen Yuanbai was still awake. “Open the door, otherwise I’ll kick it open.”


    Zhen Yuanbai had no choice but to get up and open the door. Shi Bufan looked in and almostughed. Zhen Yuanbai even ced the lock on. So he’s viewing him as a thief now? Zhen Yuanbai, you’ve got me. Zhen Yuanbai was someone who was even afraid of his parents, Shi Bufan didn’t believe that Zhen Yuanbai had no feelings for him.


    “Only you live here?”


    “Yeah.” The others were day students and there was rarely anyone who stayed in school. After all, the home was morefortable than a dormitory.


    “Aren’t you scared by yourself?”


    “I’m not.”


    Shi Bufan nodded and his eyes suddenly twinkled. “Did something just pop up from under the bed?”


    Zhen Yuanbai was speechless and then his face paled, breath bing heavier. “You, you stop talking to me. Go back and sleep.”


    He shut the door firmly. Then, he saw the curtains blowing to the side and although he knew Shi Bufan was joking, he couldn’t help but look towards the bottom of the bed. Not just the bottom of his bed, but the other beds in the room. He peeked at it, but his feet seemed to be glued to the floor, he was unable to take a step forward.


    Shi Bufan hadn’t left yet, and he had spoken inside Zhen Yuanbai’s mind. “Under the bottom of the four 4 beds, there are a pair of eyes in each one. In the darkness, it can only see you and they are staring at your feet now. They are waiting...to see which bed Congming is going to sleep in.”


    Zhen Yuanbai felt his hair standing up.


    While staring at the bottom of his bed, he opened the door and as well as the look, ring angrily at Shi Bufan.


    Shi Bufan curled the corner of his lips and said, “There are too many people in my dormitory, so I’m going to spend the night at your room and protect you. How does that sound?”


    Zhen Yuanbai was very angry, but also sullen. He had no choice but to admit that he was frightened. After all, he normally didn’t live in the dormitory since his other roommates didn’t do so either.


    Sometimes, Zhen Yuanbai understood why Zhen Pingjin didn’t like him because he didn’t like himself either.


    He moved to the side and ordered Shi Bufan in a cold face, “Go grab your nkets and sleep over there.”


    When he had a cold face, there was no imposing manner. He just seemed well-behaved, to the point Shi Bufan wanted to tease him. Shi Bufan continued tough and closed the door with his foot once he walked in. He suddenly bent down and kissed Zhen Yuanbai’s face.


    Zhen Yuanbai almost immediately ducked his assault, but Shi Bufan still pecked him. Zhen Yuanbai’s face turned bright red and he climbed onto his bed, pulling the nkets over his head and panting heavily within.


    It was too dangerous to live in the same dormitory as Shi Bufan.


    He heard Shi Bufan cing the basin down and closing the door. Didn’t he n on going back to grab his nkets, or was he just going to sleep like this?


    Zhen Yuanbai touched his face and he still felt it burning. He could even recall Shi Bufan’s smile as he kissed him.


    Stupid Shi Bufan! Zhen Yuanbai was suddenly shaking and his father’s face shed in his mind, making him shake even harder. He wrapped his body around the nket and hid his head within.


    After tonight, he needed to find an excuse to end this rtionship with Shi Bufan. He needed to tell Shi Bufan that they couldn’t be friends anymore and it would be better if they acted like strangers. He didn’t need Shi Bufan to repay his favor anymore.


    “It seems inconvenient if I sleep on someone else’s bed.”


    Zhen Yuanbai originally had almost fallen asleep. After all, it was veryte, but when he heard Shi Bufan’s words, he suddenly became alert and moved the nkets to the side, listening. Shi Bufan said, “I want to sleep with Congming on the same bed, ok?”


    Zhen Yuanbai exploded and said, “You’re Congming! I don’t want you to sleep with me!”


    “But I took a look and saw that the eyes under the bed were all under Congming’s bed. Will they sneakily reach into Congming’s nket in the middle of the night...”


    “Nonsense!” Zhen Yuanbai was infuriated and said, “Go out and sleep in your own room!”


    Since they were separated by a curtain, Zhen Yuanbai became even braver. Shi Bufan silentlyughed outside for a while before he controlled his expression, moving the curtains to the side.


    Zhen Yuanbai suddenly sat up and moved to the corner. Shi Bufan held onto the top-bunk bed and bent down, peering in and saying in a horrifying tone, “Who are you saying is blurting nonsense?”


    Shi Bufan usually revealed that expression whenever he was fighting.


    Zhen Yuanbai’s flushed face gradually faded and he helplessly sat there, widening his eyes.


    Shi Bufan sat on the bed and Zhen Yuanbai didn’t even dare to breathe heavily. His eyes were looking around uneasily, like a puppy reprimanded by its master for biting.


    Shi Bufan reached over and leaned closer, maintaining his fierce expression, “I didn’t get a kiss from you before. Come here and let me kiss you.”


    Zhen Yuanbai would’ve been crazy enough if he let Shi Bufan kiss him. He moved from one side of the bed to the other. Shi Bufan used his feet and hands to restrain Zhen Yuanbai, threatening, “I’m going to count and after time is up, I’ll beat you up if you don’t let me kiss you.”
