《Possession of Sarah》 Kathleen’s Journal Entry August 27, 2024 There is something wrong with my neighbor Sarah, I haven¡¯t seen her in a week. Her husband says he thinks she has COVID and is staying in bed but I am not so sure. Just yesterday I started seeing a weird dark mist around their house. Back from the eye doctor and they say my eyes are fine but when I look at Sarah¡¯s house I still see this dark mist. I started searching online for what it could mean and I found a few sites that say it could be a sign that something unholy is there on the premise. One even mentions that it is a sign that someone in the house is demonically possessed. Could Sarah be possessed? No that can¡¯t be the case because Sarah is a devout follower of Jesus Christ. Maybe it''s just a ghostly spirit that has set over the house and is making her sick. I must find out. I am going to watch for when Trey leaves the house and sneak over there to see Sarah. Dear lord have mercy on my soul and give me strength to describe what I just saw and did. I saw Trey leave so I let myself in through the front door with the key Sarah gave me for emergencies. As soon as I stepped through the door I smelled rotten eggs so strong I wanted to vomit. I called out for Sarah as I made my way further into the house. I heard some thumping coming from the master bedroom, so I started walking in that direction but I was stopped when I saw a cross that I had given Sarah for Christmas one year hanging upside down in the hallway. My mind screamed at me to run right then, but my love for my friend pushed me on. I reached the master bedroom door and found it slightly ajar. Slowly pushing the door open, I saw Sarah lying on her bed with her hands tied to the headboard. Her skin was a sickly yellowish color and her bloodshot eyes stared at me wide open. She was smiling a sickly smile that had black stuff in between her teeth, as though she had thrown up and was unable to wash her mouth out. She started to speak to me in different languages and I only recognized Spanish and French in what she was saying. As long as I have known her, the only language other than English that she has ever spoken was single words of Spanish, never full sentences. After a while of random languages, she started telling horrible lies like her sleeping with Todd and how everyone in the church secretly hated me and so many other horrible lies that I can¡¯t bear remembering. I don¡¯t know how Trey could put up with all of this and never let it show on his face what he must be going through, that poor man. As she spouted lies and obscenities at me, she began thrashing around in her bed causing it to move with such force that I couldn¡¯t help but be amazed. Sarah was not a very big or strong woman weighing maybe 140 lbs, so her moving that solid bed that would have taken two grown men to move was astounding. At this point all doubt in my mind had left that Sarah was possessed by a demon. Right at that moment, God sent me a message telling me what I had to do. I left the room. I share just that excerpt of here journal because the rest just repeats the same phrase over and over. It took me quite sometime to understand the order of the letters, but it was quite simple when you start from the beginning since they stay in order. The letters placed together are as so "sanluna". I have been playing with the letters and the best I have been able to come up with is "san luna". Not sure what it means, but I based on the words I have come up with is Saint Moon. What does it mean, though? Will have to ask the patient at our next appointment. Part 3: Psychiatric Notes Of Kathleen McArthur Patient Notes for McArthur, K. Dr. Garvan phd September 23, 2024 I am back from convalescent leave. This is the first time I have been able to update my notes on Kathleen McArthur (KM). I met with KM on September 12th and the meeting started out as normal as every other meeting until I brought up what I found in her journal. Before doing this, I did review her journal and found the same letters capitalized, so I pointed it out to her. She seemed confused and said she did not remember doing this odd capitalization. I asked her if she knew what "San Luna" meant and at that moment KM under went an extreme behavior change. I know it is not logical, but I would swear that her eyes went black as coal. KM then attacked me without hesitation. Before the orderlies could reach us and restrain her, she had broken three of my fingers and dislocated my right arm. It took four orderlies to get her restrained and sedate her. KM is not a large woman, so the strength she demonstrated was extreme. The staff has informed me that she returned to her placid and docile self after the sedatives wore off and seemed ignorant of the event that lead to her being restrained. Staff tells me that she hasn''t had any further issues since. This book was originally published on Royal Road. Check it out there for the real experience. I have not seen KM since the incident, but I have received KM''s full journal from the police. I have been examining it and aside from her entry on August 27 everything seems completely normal except for one thing. For two weeks prior to the murder she had been doing the capitalization oddity but on the 27th she didn''t do it. Could this be some type of new psychosis? I will have to continue it to research it and see if I can hammer this down. KM might be patient zero for this. Final note KM has apparently started a friendship with another one of our strange cases, a man by the name of Edward Savitori.
