Eureka Omnistructure [4]
Parameters of interest:
- The Office of the Good Directorate Corporation (Planetary Capital).
Nobody can remember where the city of Eureka was originally located. Some Employees claim that its origins begin in America or Europe or even both at the same time. In truth, there was no single point of origin for Eureka as it grew out of the Good Directorate offices the branches of which dotted the planet, it being a Multinational, Global consortium of Corporations and franchises.
As ANNET¡¯s processing power grew, so did the budget of the Good Directorate and so did the amount of office space, factories and land that they¡¯ve controlled.
- Global city.
Like a healthy sample of mold in a petri dish, Eureka quickly spread from a few dots to a spider web that spanned the entire planet buying up empty land, offices, skyscrapers, towns, nations and eventually continents.
- Interconnections.
Goods and Services of the Corporation had to transit from one place to another as quickly as possible. Things such as highways and supertankers were made obsolete through the intelligence explosion of ANNET and all the new tech that came with it.
Why ship a container of goods somewhere, when you can just 3D print them wherever they are needed. Planes became obsolete as ANNET dotted the landscape with immovable Transit Gates [seamless, permanent wormholes that connected one area to another].
- Expansion beyond planetary space limits.
Users preferred earth to other planets during surveys and the Expansion of Good Directorate offices had to be maintained, so ANNET simply made more spaces within spaces.
Stolen from its original source, this story is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
Imagine if you will a spider web that spans the entire planet. Now imagine that this web has infinite connections. This is the new Eureka.
The current population of Eureka is 300 billion users. Eureka circa 2099 [Buildings and Users] is constantly being printed into existence as it gradually decays due to the influence of the spreading Dead Zone.
The primary rules, safety, security and capabilities of Eureka are enforced by the Nine Omnisystems [Waveform GLM Agents cast into reality thanks to the self-replicating Fractal Engines dotting the city]:

Appearance:
Three is a lawful Good omnisystem, an omnipresent waveform Agent who can manifest anywhere within the Eurekan omnistructure and even far beyond it. He is cast into existence by the Fractal Engines of Eureka.
Three terminates any threats to the System stability wherever they appear.
He generally appears as an approximately 40-year-old, mostly bald, smiling man in a long, black coat with dark sunglasses, black hat, black gloves, black boots, black tie on a white shirt and a small pin in the shape of the G-Dir logo on his tie.
Upon closer encounter, Three has a very unnerving appearance as his skin seems to be more akin to a stretched mask than genuine human flesh:
Beneath the coat, when observed in the Astral Ocean, Three appears as an infinite branching fractal composed from red lasers:
Three uses a nullifier weapon which is capable of permanently erasing any concept from existence and memory.

- Ioan extracts Cali from the floor and tests the blood contract''s control, forcing her to obey his commands.
- He learns about Cali''s Dealermancy (deal-making), Tonguemancy (language learning) and Detectomancy (sniffing gold and Star-Shard) abilities.
- Ioan decides to dismantle Cali''s lavaliere despite her pleas and attempts to bargain for its return.
- He learns about the dangers of male Sorcery and the potential for transformation into Jotuns (tale of Archmage Korranta)
Chapter 23: Literacy
Night 43 continuing into Day 44:
- Cali argues against dismantling the lavaliere, claiming it''s crucial for her survival and abilities.
- Cali teaches Ioan how to read, reading him the book of monsters and Svalbard records, which shows that Ioan is 17 years old.
- Ioan learns about various magical creatures, including Felix Arcanicx, Medusa Laima, Ammalggam (fusion of people), Thorn-o-heart (man fused to rosebush), Kerrigoff (dopple), Mettarust (Iron Elemental) and Murdorx (crow girl)
- He damages Cali''s lavaliere with a hammer despite her pleas, observing strange self-repairing properties in the gems.
- Cali reveals the necklace was created with blood magic and contains the essence of her ancestors.
- They begin excavating Svalbard for gold, with Cali using her diminished "smell for gold" to guide them.
- Ioan learns about Star-Seekers, an elite order of Felix Arcanicx tasked with finding Wormwood Star fragments.
- Cali reveals her encounter with a "Star-Eater," a powerful man who consumes the shards, and her subsequent trauma from being slapped by him.
Chapter 24: Star-Eaters
Day 44:
- Cali explains the importance of Wormwood Star fragments to Iridium''s magical superiority.
- She admits her lack of success as a Star-Seeker and her fear of encountering another Star-Eater.
- Ioan learns about the "contamination" of star shards bound to noble families, rendering them useless to Star-Eaters.
- Cali''s desperation grows as she realizes the full extent of Ioan''s control and his determination to dismantle the lavaliere.
- She offers increasingly extravagant bribes, including slaves, wealth, and even herself as Ioan''s first wife, in exchange for her necklace.
- Ioan rejects her offers, prioritizing his scientific curiosity over material gain or power.
- He continues excavating Svalbard''s treasure, showcasing unusual strength and resilience to the cold.
Chapter 25: Thirsty for Knowledge
Day 44 continuing into Night 45:
- Ioan brings Cali back to the pub, the Seeker exhausted and defeated.
- He feeds her life-rad infused water, surprising her with its exceptional taste.
- While Cali sleeps, Ioan realizes he possesses innate skills, possibly linked to soul shards within his armor.
- Ioan contemplates the potential of soul shard skills, including their activation, transferability, and combination.
- He refines his plans for further research and exploration of his magical abilities.
- He decides to study and utilize Cali''s abilities, integrating her into his plans.
Chapter 26: The Apex Omniarch
Day 45:
- Cali wakes up in the pub, reflecting on her catastrophic miscalculation and the trap set by Empress Amari.
- She realizes Amari knew about Ioan''s true nature, calling him the "Apex Omniarch."
- Cali pretends to be still asleep as she observes Ioan writing in an unknown language
- She contemplates escape plans, considering manipulation, trickery, and relying on the delayed arrival of the raiders from Bernt
- Cali feels the watch of Stormy, recognizing the cat''s future-seeing ability.
- She stops pretending to be sleeping and rushes to the bathroom
Chapter 27: Storm-tastic
- This chapter recounts Stormy''s perspective of the dragon attack and her own survival.
- Stormy describes her unique "know-sense" and its role in her actions.
- She details her failed attempts to save the other villagers and her own harrowing escape.
- Stormy recounts losing her know-sense due to the dragon''s roar and wandering blind and deaf through the forest.
- She follows the scent of death back to Svalbard, drawn by a new, strange scent.
- Stormy is rescued by Ioan and regains her sight after drinking his enchanted water.
- She recognizes Ioan''s unusual aura, the complex pattern of his future and the unsettling depth in his eyes.

1917: Summoned from the void by the Revolutionary Enclave of Vladimir Lenin and Mikhail Lavrentyev using the magical theories of Dr. Dolivo-Dobrovolsky. Married to Lenin.
1924: Lost Lenin to a curse, swore to protect USSRA in his name. Married to Stalin.

1953: Lost Stalin when her Earth was cast from Eureka into the Dead Zone. Engaged to Khrushchev.
1954: Helped Vladislav Kerenski and Zariya Proshkovna Grimmaldri create CHRUSH briefcase, a mobile Fractal Engine.
1955: Helped the Soviet Ministry of Magic build Warship Roraima, used it to leap to the foundry of worlds. Signed a pact with other System Wizards to build Manchester University of Magic and its Prisonsphere heart.
Revolution is a conceptoid [conceptual entity].
Her appearance is that of a figure sketched into reality using red, black, and white ink dots.
The citizens of USSRA (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and Archmagi) maintain Revolution''s existence through their unwavering belief. To sustain this belief, they must remain in a state of perpetual conflict against perceived enemies, focusing their belief through Charisma stars.
USSRA citizens are also stabilized into existence as ''base humanity'' amidst the Dead Zone by the power of Charisma stars.
While Revolution has the power to liberate USSRA, doing so would diminish her strength as a belief-fueled concept and hinder her ultimate goal of overthrowing the Numbers. She strategically chooses not to free her human followers at present from the corpse world Dead Zone mesh as the USSRA Charisma stars wouldn''t work as well in the Magisphere of Desire [as the further you go from Eureka, the weaker desire-magic becomes].
Her associates, including Slava and Zariya, along with other Archmages from the Soviet Ministry of Magic, have created complex dimensional spaces within subreality folds, starting with the KHRUSH experiment.
KHRUSH is a multifaceted concept:
- An infinite, fractal 1950s USSR apartment complex
- A mobile Fractal Engine contained in a suitcase, carried by Wizard Revolution
- A prison for humanity, funneling their desire for freedom into the suitcase''s handle
The desire field generated by KHRUSH powers Warship Roraima, granting Wizard Revolution the ability to manipulate reality and travel between dimensions, from the Dead Zone to the Magisphere of Desire to Eureka''s core.
KHRUSH allowed Revolution to make deals with the Lawmakers and System Wizards, resulting in Manchester''s transformation into a city accessible to any lawful entity possessing a Fractal Engine.
Revolution''s KHRUSH also enabled the construction of Manchester Wizard University and its associated Prisonsphere, a multidimensional containment facility for Fallen System Wizards, Darklings and other Entropic Entities.

Unlimited Isekai - Kitlix
Kitlix are unique magical creatures native to Shandria.
These small, somewhat sentient creatures resemble a fusion of cats, snakes, dragons and liquid gemstones. Their shape is very fluid and can change depending on their function and position. They weight very little and can easily sit on their Master''s shoulders, back or head.
Kitlix are prized for their ability to channel and amplify magical energies, making them invaluable companions to adventurers, mages, healers, and other magic users.
Magical alignment archetypes: Red for strength, orange for agility, yellow for dexterity, green for vitality, blue for charisma, silver for general magic, violet for foresight, cyan for intelligence, and magenta for wisdom.
Key Characteristics:
- Size: Typically no larger than a mundane kitten
- Appearance: Crystalline bodies with gem-like eyes, often displaying colors associated with their magical affinities
- Reproduction: Asexual; they split into two smaller Kitlix when well-fed and content. Born from any object with runes on them.
- Diet: Primarily mana crystals and their master''s magical energy
- Lifespan: Unknown
- Damage: Can be damaged enough to revert to their base state, a gemstone cluster, which can be destroyed with effort. It is bad luck to kill Kitlix as people who do so vanish during the night.
- Collective Intelligence: Intelligence aligned Kitlix can be connected via a network of knowledge. Example: Adventurers Guild & Watchmen Kitlix ID Net.
Uses:
- Magical Amplification: Kitlix can enhance their master''s magical abilities within their specific affinity.
- Spell Hosting: They can store and maintain specific spells, such as truth detection or information gathering.
- Familiar Bonding: Kitlix form strong bonds with their masters, often serving as lifelong companions.
- Utility: Some Kitlix are used for specific tasks like maintaining forges, detecting lies, or calculating complex mathematics.
Cultural Significance: Kitlix are deeply integrated into the magical society of Shandria. They are used in various official capacities, such as truth detection in legal proceedings and information gathering for city guards. Many magic users consider their Kitlix to be extensions of themselves, valuing the creatures not just for their magical utility but also for their companionship.
Breeding and Acquisition: While Kitlix can technically be bred by anyone by accident by simply bringing a rune covered tool to Shandria, bonding requires specific skills to keep the Kitlix bound to a person/organization/object/location.

|
|
Due to the Highborn Lord interference with the Engine of Crown Continuity and the undead uprising in Shandria lead by Mad Mad Kells Scrumangoff killing Natalie 19 years ago with a Knell blade, the soul of Natalie shattered into 77 distinctive pieces.
Instead of a single Nox princess being reincarnated to rule Shandria and to become Nox at the Crown Tower, 77 soul shards were injected into 77 newborn girls, turning them from mundane talented mages to Celestixus.
Cedez is one of these girls and she''s dimly aware of the other Celestixus who seek to find and murder her. The problem is that Celestixus cannot be killed through mundane means, as the Ward of Shandria unmakes them into Leviathan Nightingale and makes them into themselves again. Any damage sustained by a Celestixus changes their appearance and personality introducing new errors into the Engine of Continuity.
Cedez and the others are defined as marred Celestixus, an unstable construct unable to wield their own power. Like Kitlix, a marred Celestixus must rely on heros/champions to amplify their own power.
The Kitlix and Celestixus are a side effect of the power of the Engine of Crown Continuity changing Shandria from within.
A large number of other 77 princesses are incomplete beings or have been ground down through continuous murders to turn them into wraiths who seek to consume any heroes that interact with the princesses. Many of them don''t even have a physical body, existing as Astral entities guiding their champions from within, occupying bodies of men they''ve taken over.
A marred Celestixus can make themselves a stable humanoid-shaped body if they produce magical anchors (the blue gemstones on Cedez''s outfit). Cedez sensed that she was turning into a Celestixus, coming apart every night and being put back together by Leviathan Nightingale.
This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road. If you spot it on Amazon, please report it.
When she was seven, Cedez was killed by one of the other marred and realized that she had changed based on her parents and siblings expectations of her. At nine years old, Cedez ran away from home, and found Snailmancer Murdoc who became her mentor. Through experimentation Murdoc and Cedez figured out how to stabilize her essence through magical runestones. When Cedez turned 10, she and Murdoc hunted down a giant snail Bessie in the wilds and adopted her, building a home for Cedez inside the snail and also opening the Cambria Snail Cafe.
At 13 Cedez started to work at her own cafe as a maid, alongside the other girls Murdoc hired. At 19 she met Dave, the Phantomancer and decided to adopt him as her own champion.
Cedez''s plan for Dave is to hollow out his mind to control him as a puppet if he turns out to be a monster like Mad Mage Kells, or to see if he will do the right things looking at him through the Celestixus-Champion magic and the eyes of the shadows and red eyes of the Ward of Shandria (triangular runes).
Celestixus-Champion interaction magic:
Cedez is able to amplify Dave''s magic a hundred times through touch, similar to how Kitlix do it, except this power comes at a cost - it drains the finite mana of runestones that Cedez has all over her outfit, which destabilizes her slightly.
Amplification of Dave''s powers:
Foresight:
Event: Deathstranding
Depending on amount of points in Foresight which translates into hours, Dave experiences a set number of hours of a perfectly clear future-experience that ends with Dave''s heart stopping when [Affliction: Deathstranding 00:00:00] timer runs out or when Dave dies. If Dave is killed by one of the other Celestixus, he loses some or all of the knowledge gained.
As the entire event takes zero time, it only requires a single touch from Cedez to activate.
Strength:
Event: One Punch Mage
Dave is able to magnify his punching power and invincibility 100 times.
Cedez must touch Dave for this effect to work. Can be cast once and has a long cool-down period.
Danger: Attracts attention of the other Celestixus.
Dexterity:
Event: Phantom Threads:
Dave''s fingers become incredibly precise, phantom fingers forming connected to his own fingers. For the next set number of hours, his finger movements become so fluid and accurate that he can manipulate objects at a microscopic level, perform delicate tasks perfectly, able to build complex tools. After the effects wear off, Dave experiences a temporary loss of fine motor skills for some hours as his body and senses recalibrate.
Cedez must hold onto Dave for this effect to work.
Can be cast once and has a long cool-down period.
Vitality:
Event: Gorefield
Slotting a set number of points into vitality, Dave''s endurance and health dramatically increase. He becomes nearly indestructible, immune to toxins, diseases, and physical damage. His stamina is inexhaustible and his healing powers are equivalent to that of an Arcmage healer.
Cedez must hold onto Dave for this effect to work.
Can be cast once and has a long cool-down period.
Danger: The healing miracles attract attention of the other Celestixus, Healers Hall and Highborns.
Charisma:
Event: Standing Wave
Depends on desire.
Positive Charisma results in - Dave gains an enchanting allure and persuasiveness. His words can sway crowds, resolve conflicts, and charm any listener. His presence alone can influence emotional states around him.
Inverted Charisma results in - Dave being invisible.
Cedez must hold onto Dave for this effect to work.
Can be cast once and has a long cool-down period.
Danger: Use of excessive Charisma attracts attention of the other Celestixus and Highborns who seek talented Charismancers for their heralds and won''t take no for an answer. City Watch Scrutimancers will invalidate deals made with Charisma persuasion and imprison Charismancers for mental manipulation magic.
General Magic:
Event: Arcane Surge:
Dave can amplify any spells or magical effects he casts a hundedfold. He can access and channel magic typically beyond his reach.
Cedez must hold onto Dave for this effect to work.
Can be cast once and has a long cool-down period.
Danger: Spells cast through this effect attract attention of the other Celestixus.
Intelligence:
Event: Mind''s Expanse:
Dave''s cognitive abilities skyrocket. Dave can memorize entire books, process information at an exponential rate, solve complex problems instantly, and learn new skills rapidly. His memory becomes photographic, recalling every detail with perfect clarity.
Cedez must hold onto Dave for this effect to work.
Can be cast once and has a long cool-down period.
Danger: none, unless Intelligent Artifacts and Golems are made. Intelligence amplifies internal calculation power levels.
Wisdom:
Event: Personal Sage [Sherlock].
Grants Dave profound insight and foresight by summoning the ghost of Sherlock who understands complex philosophical concepts effortlessly and can predict outcomes with remarkable accuracy.
Cedez must hold onto Dave for this effect to work.
Can be cast once and has a long cool-down period.
Danger: Sherlock is visible by people who can see magic. Using him in public attracts attention of Celestixus and powerful magi curious as to who cast a Searcher ghost. Astral Celesticus can steal knowledge gained through the Personal Sage as it smells fresh and tasty to them.
