    This is quite hard and requires years of rotating the visualization technique.


    But you lack even the basic image of such a technique; telling you to rotate something you have a vague idea of is completely useless.


    So we will start with upgrading the visual simulation limit of your brain.


    How do we do this?


    Games.


    Most importantly a game with simple rules that can become incredibly complex.


    The first game we will be constructing is chess.


    Don''t worry, this will be a slow gradual process.


    We will start by building the board.


    Starting from the bottom left. You must visualize a black square.


    That is it.


    Simply visualize a black square in your sea of consciousness. What is a sea of consciousness? Think of it like your mind''s eye. You can imagine the black square in front of you for instance. But then try imagining it in a space that doesn''t exist.


    This is what I call the sea of consciousness.


    It doesn''t exist in the physical world. It is a fantastical inner world that your imagination can shape completely.


    We will be doing meditation using this black square. You will also associate it with a name.


    What is the name of this object?


    ''A1-B''


    Get into a comfortable position and meditate on this black square. The size doesn''t matter much, just make sure to always visualize it.


    When it disappears, shift your focus again to it.


    Enter a cycle of creating it repeatedly.


    Do this for 30 minutes before you go to bed.


    Do this for 30 minutes whenever you wake up.


    This is incredibly simple. But follow this routine for a week.


    Once you have done this. Continue this inheritance.

 Step 2: Increase Complexity

    Thank you for dedicating an hour a day to meditating on such a simple image. Everything has to start somewhere.


    You are now ready to continue.


    You already associate the object in your mind with the name ''A1-B''.


    The first letter and second number is related to positioning, while the third letter is the color.


    So now you want to add another square to the right side of this square.


    This will be ''B1-W''.


    Now if you have done this correctly. In your sea of consciousness. There should be a black and white square next to one another.


    You don''t want to add too many parts at once as your brain will try to cut corners to make you think that you can visualize it. But in reality, it isn''t consistent.


    Think about your vision in real life.


    Things seem complete. But do you notice every blink? Do you notice how you can see your nose and eyelashes? Or that your brain is actually making up most of the information and your eyes can only see a very small point.

    Things seem simple. But you have doubled the complexity.

    Now things start to get a bit complex here. Which is why it is a good thing you practiced for an entire month beforehand, and familiarized yourself as much as possible with the first row.


    You want to not combine these two rows as one password.


    While it is possible. You''re more likely to corrupt the data and lose progress the longer the chain.


    So you''ll have two separate passwords to memorize.


    Make sure you also visualize both rows as well.


    Take your time to get the foundation correct.


    You''ll want to store these passwords in a certain way within your mind.


    Given them a name.

    Open up a text document and type them repeatedly for a few hours a day.


    You should soon have them memorized. Now it is time to reverse them. You want to be able to easily control the information in your mind.

    If you are wondering how long in general this will take you?


    We double the complexity after every week as your brain adapts.


    So the first square you spent 7 hours on.


    The two squares together another 7 hours.


    The four squares together another 7 hours.


    The eight squares together another 7 hours.


    So 28 hours for the first row.


    But now you are getting good at this.


    So you can do the entire second row in 7 hours.


    The entire third and fourth row in another 7 hours.


    The fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth row in another 7 hours.


    So it''ll take you 49 hours of concentration to construct the board for the chess game.


    This is obviously not done at once.


    It is ideal to work on it 30 minutes before going to sleep and 30 minutes after waking up.


    So it should take you 49 days.


    But that is only factoring in your meditation time. That is just basic meditation. You''ll need to open a text document and practice the strings as well.

    You might wonder why do all of this when the king moves relatively simple. By this point. It is already incredibly easy to visualize all routes the king could take.


    We aren''t building ''chess'' in our mind for no reason. The whole point is to increase the upper limit of information you can visualize.


    These aren''t just random numbers and strings. They follow a pattern. Even if you haven''t memorized them. It would be easy to write them down from scratch.


    We won''t be moving on to the next piece yet. You need to master this one. Practice by visualizing every single position.


    Place the king on random squares in your visualization. Have all potential paths light up with green. Have blocked (potential capture) paths light up with red (not that you will have any blocked paths with just one piece).


    Now, we take a break.


    If you rush too much, you''ll ruin the entire point of doing all this.


    Spend a few months moving the king. You want the strings to update in real time. I don''t want you to simply visualize what is happening. You need to construct a log that keeps track of the moves in your mind.


    The passwords you have memorized. You want them to update when there is a change. This will be hard at first. But with months of work... it''ll become quite easy.


    We will spend hours on each piece.


    Once you feel you have mastered the ''king''. You can continue.

 Step 6: Queen

    Congratulations on completing your first real program.


    We can get started with a new game, that is complicated but plays quite simply. But you probably aren''t looking forward to spending months making another program so soon.


    So... we will do something else.


    This chapter. We will do something a bit more fun.


    We will work on ECHO.


    There are a few core elements we want to work on.


    Those being ''execute'', ''desktop'', ''task manager'', and ''navigation''.


    What exactly do I mean by ''execute''?


    Well, it is just like the examples with functions.


    We won''t be doing pseudo code in this example as it isn''t necessary.


    But you will create a function:


    ECHO.start();


    This entire time. You have been visualizing a chess board in your sea of consciousness. It is time to reap the benefits of all that work.


    Think of ECHO like a computer.


    This entire time... it hasn''t really been launched. You have been using the basic barebone functions.


    Essentially a safe mode.


    So what happens when you turn on the computer?


    The power supply is sent to the various components of the computer.


    BIOS... or what is known as the basic input/output system.


    You then have the operating system load up. The OS then initializes its components/programs/drivers.


    Do you see the issue here?


    POWER! COMPONENTS! BIOS!


    You have none of these things really...


    Well... you have a certain ''form'' of them.


    You are a biological machine. So you aren''t using electricity for this system. So... you must think about the SOURCE.


    What powers your brain?


    Glucose and oxygen delivered through the blood.


    I want you to do a simple exercise here (optional):


    DO NOT DO THIS TASK IN A POOL OR UNDERWATER.


    Breathe rapidly for 30 seconds.


    Exhale.


    Then hold your breathe for 3 minutes.


    Visualize your brain as you do this. Visualize your entire body. Your cells create CO2 as they make energy. Your blood cells carry this to your lungs where you breathe it out.

    By not breathing... this builds up in the blood and is rather uncomfortable.


    The average person finds this overwhelming. By rapidly breathing, you exhale a lot of the CO2 out and are less affected by the increase. But eventually, you will become uncomfortable.

    This is far simpler then what we have done before. So it should only take a few seconds.


    There are a few core functions we need to add to ECHO.


    One of them is Math.

    Remember, your guardian uses randomness to make moves and through changes in its fitness level, it improves.


    But there is a HUGE problem here.


    How exactly do you make it move randomly? Think of a number between 1 and 100.


    Let''s say you picked 37.


    You might think you truly picked a random number there. But that isn''t correct at all. Humans themselves aren''t random number generators. Even computers aren''t capable of generating truly random sequences.


    What they can generate can be, best described as pseudorandom.


    Computers can generate these numbers using mathematical formulas. They aren''t random at all. Before you make a decision. Your subconscious mind has already made its choice.


    So your going to want to make a program that generates pseudorandom numbers for you.


    We will need a ''seed'' for this.


    What is a seed? Think of it as the key to getting the same set of values from our generator.


    We will have two different seeds. One is called the ''parent'' seed. The other is called the ''child'' seed.


    The parent seed will never change. While the child seed can evolve.


    The parent seed is also ''infinite'' in a sense.


    ECHO.programs.Math = {};

    The getDate function will return a string that is the date. It is important to remember the date. For example. Let''s say it is march 1st 2024.

    This means that ECHO will produce a different set of numbers every single day. If you want, you can change getDate, with getTime. But, that would require you to keep track of time 24/7. While, it would make things more random... that''ll take years of additional practice for just a slight increase in realism in the technique.


    If the date isn''t available as data in your mind (which can happen occasionally). It''ll just return this:

    So the function for generating random numbers is quite simple:

    The ''min'' is the lowest number. The max is the highest number. So if you do:

    The ''test'' will return either 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.


    There is also Math.random(); That returns a number between 0 and 1.


    You can then do something like:

    This will make test return a number from 1 to 10.


    Unfortunately... our mind doesn''t work exactly like a computer. So coding an algorithm isn''t necessary for the randomness.


    The bulk of the logic behind these random generators isn''t really math in this case.


    You''ll want to base it off something in real life.


    For example. Close your eyes and rapidly move them around. As you rotate them as fast as possible. They will move in ''random'' directions.


    I want you to visualize a small grid.


    This is where we will use the parent/child seeds.


    We will ''execute'' the program here.


    First I want you to count in milliseconds...


    You have one second to perform this operation.


    There are a thousand milliseconds in a second.


    As you are counting... visualize the parent seed as a row.


    Move along it as if you were playing a 2-D game of pong.


    It is ''infinite'' and grows larger the further go. But you can only go so far in a single second.


    After you land on a value.


    You take the value behind and ahead.


    In this case I made it to ''21''.


    Now you make it like this in your mind:


    ''13'', ''21'', ''34''


    You now take this and the child seed and imagine essentially a gordian knot. But instead of it being rope. You make the rope be text.


    The text is a weird fusion and shouldn''t be legible.


    Make a 3x3 grid of these knots overlap your vision with your eyes closed.


    Then rapidly move your eyes dozens of times...


    Whichever knot you land on. Cut it open and extract the hidden value.

 Step 11: Sleep

    Now you have the basic foundation for ECHO.


    In this chapter, we will be building what I call the ''Source Castle''.


    Remember how we render everything in our sea of consciousness? Well, now it is time to transform your sea of consciousness.


    You must ''entangle'' it with a place that doesn''t exist.


    There is a reason this is called ''Path of Somnus''.


    Sleep.


    That is the key.


    You will first need to gather materials. If you build something out of nothing... it''ll feel less impactful. It''ll also be blurry and degrade over time.


    You will building essentially a domain. A world where you are GOD.


    A place with rules that benefit you immensely.


    Later... when you have lost your physical body. You will still have this ''Source Castle''.


    The trick here is to not use your brain to design this realm.


    How is that possible? You will soon find that this technique only becomes more and more difficult and impossible as you progress.


    It is an insane path that is not possible for everyone.


    Perhaps only a handful out of billions can pull it off.


    Sleeping and dreaming is the REAL meat behind this technique. What we have been doing up until this point is just the tip of the iceberg.


    Sleep is broken down into cycles.


    The whole point of this technique is so the user is able to retain their existence even when they have lost their body.


    So sleep is the best tool to check your progress.

    There are four stages to a cycle.

    After 12 hours... you do something weird.


    You have already shut down ECHO 72 times...


    You have become quite used to this pattern of barely entering sleep.


    Now... you can finally go to sleep!


    Just kidding! Did you think it was that easy?


    You then construct what I call the ''key''.


    This is the visual image that transports you to your source castle.


    It will be a rotating image, not static at all.


    You''ll notice that after waking up constantly, due to a lack of sleep.


    Instead of entering deep sleep. Something special will happen.


    You will enter REM sleep almost instantly! That''s right. You skip the first two stages of sleep and even deep sleep. This is because you have deprived yourself.


    Even if you don''t enter REM sleep too often. You can still dream in the other stages of sleep. It is just less vivid.


    This part is very important.


    You are dreaming with a ''purpose''.


    Make a declaration to yourself before sleep:


    "I will find materials!"


    You must make finding materials your goal. What do I mean by ''materials''? Clear your sea of consciousness completely.


    In dreams... there is often randomness and things that don''t make sense. You must perform test in the dream and realize you are dreaming.


    You then take an aspect from the dream and make it into a mental resource.


    You then use these resources to construct your source castle. You won''t do this consciously or even subconsciously.


    You need to put this construct in a place you can''t imagine.


    You need go where you can''t go. See what you can''t see.


    You will spend an additional 12 hours ''mining'' for resources from your dreams.


    You will then entangle your sea of consciousness with the place that doesn''t exist.


    It will exist as data in your brain... but it will also exist independently.


    This is the start of your independent consciousness.


    Now, you can finally sleep. But do something different.


    Do not shutdown ECHO.


    Let it constantly run, even while asleep.

    You can still ''see'' it.

    Think of the ''key'' to your source castle not as something that looks like a key.


    It can be anything really, but personally.


    I recommend using a mechanism from your dreams.


    It is time to recover your sleep. You don''t need to force yourself to stay up for this step. You have already done one of the hardest parts of this technique.


    Think of gears and mechanical clocks. You want your ''key'' to have a lot of moving parts.


    Where will you get these parts?

    Thanks to rotating your key every 2500 milliseconds. Your eternal thread is deeply connected to ECHO. Its intelligence at this point should be on par with your own.


    But, there are some things you will need to update.


    Initially, you had to use your eyes for randomness. But... as a hidden existence. You lack what some would call ''essentials'' to life.


    You don''t have a brain or a heart.


    What do you have? You have your visualization technique. You have your global existence. You have ECHO.


    Since you now lack a human mind and only have remnants of your past brain. You can actually think differently.


    You can make functions for proper randomness. It will still just be formulas.


    But... the seed we used for randomness needs to be updated. You no longer can retrieve the ''date'' or time.

 Step 15: Hivemind

    You have your key.


    You have your global existence.


    You have your avatar.


    You have your paradise.


    You have branded nonexistence with your key. You have created a paradise to live in. Your spirit body has transformed into a avatar.


    But you are still just a newborn hidden existence. You lack both defense and attack methods. So this chapter we will be discussing creating your Hivemind.


    You don''t want to enter different universes using your global existence. You instead want to treat your global existence like a server. You must create different ''clients'' that you will use to explore the multiverse.


    The start of creating your Hivemind begins with creating something a step below your global existence. You must create what I call a ''true existence''.


    You have something called a ''origin universe''. That is your current universe. The place where you were born.


    Your brand on nonexistence is only engraved on ''G77''.


    If something were to happen to this universe. Such as a higher being... an ancient hidden existence. If one were to reset or destroy this universe.


    You would be wiped out, despite being ''eternal''.


    So... how do we resolve this problem?


    You ''grow'' up.


    You leave the safety of your universe and implant multiple true existences on other universes. But you will want to eventually transcend your origin universe and hide your global existence somewhere else.


    Remember how you lost your soul, will, and consciousness on step 13?


    You then constructed something greater.


    You must now, from scratch, create those things again.


    Here are the steps to creating a true existence:


    1.) Leap into your body in your origin universe.


    2.) Allow yourself to dream.


    3.) Each dream... take one fragment and record it.

    5.) Do this until you have 2500 fragments.


    6.) Fuse all 2500 dimensions into a new key.


    7.) Design a soul, will, and consciousness.

    9.) Monitor the fusion until it has become a ''true existence''.


    Great! Now you have a true existence. You have experience with creating a ''key'' already. So it won''t take you 60,000 hours this time. Instead, it''ll take you a mere 2500 dreams.


    Now... I will explain what a fragment is and how you are suppose to create this new key.


    Imagine this. You enter a dream. You are walking down a street. The world starts to tilt until you are falling forward, about to crash into a wall. You then die.


    You wake up after dying.


    You take that entire experience and condense it into a ''stone''.


    These stones are called fragments.


    Now, let us do a simple exercise.


    Count from one to thirteen.


    That isn''t hard right? Totally doable.


    What if I told you to count to 2500?


    Again. Not hard. Just repetitive and time consuming.


    You will do this while creating a true existence.


    That dream example above... you would keep track of each dream. Unlike an ordinary person, you won''t forget these dreams as they are essential to your true existence.


    So the process for creating a true existence goes like this:


    Sleep -> Experience Dreams -> Condense Dream -> Sort Fragments.


    So the first dream fragment will be put in its own dimension.


    What do I mean by ''dimension''? Imagine a fire in your hand. Now imagine it within your mind. Now imagine it within a memory. Where exactly is it located in these examples? What I mean by dimension isn''t something mystical at all. It is like your previous sea of consciousness.


    So that dream example would be stored in dimension ''1''.


    Then the next fragment would be stored in dimension ''2''.


    The next fragment would be stored in dimension ''3''.


    You see the pattern... this isn''t hard. You are only documenting your dreams each night and selecting a fragment to store in a dimension.


    I am asking you to count.


    Except, instead of counting constantly.


    You are counting from 1 to 2500. By an increment of one a day.


    But you aren''t simply counting. You are creating and organizing memories from your dreams.


    In a rush? Or... [redacted].


    There is another way to create a true existence. If you are [redacted]... you likely have the same dream every night.


    In this case. You will have to create scenes from scratch and condense those into fragments, this is more work, but is much faster.


    You might wonder why I waited so long to tell you the proper way to construct a ''key''. It is purposeful to give you a vague outline in the ''KEY'' chapter.


    Your key should be unique to yourself and not a copy of my method. The true existence is important too, but it isn''t ''you''. It is merely a tool used to explore other universes.


    It is your ''apostle'' for exploring the multiverse.


    Once you have constructed the true existence.


    You don''t want to send it to another universe yet. Because, then you would need to create another true existence.


    We can use the same ''true existence'' infinitely.


    You just need to create a copy of the new key.


    The true existence is the client. The global existence is the server. Thanks to the visualization technique. You have a brand much like how you have on nonexistence on the true existence. This allows you to issue commands, receive information, and control your ''other selves''.


    You can then use the hidden rules of a universe to invade it.

 Step 16: Remember ECHO

    You now have a true existence that can be infinitely copied. I''m sure you have noticed the disconnect in these words...


    Some chapters, you are working on ECHO, while others, it isn''t mentioned at all.


    You must remember. ECHO is a part of you.


    The functions and abilities you have worked tirelessly to create. You must work together with ECHO to abuse them beyond sense.


    Here is an example.

    Now, it is time for you to issue some commands.

    This does some extremely complex things in the background. All of your processing power will be used to search through all the rules of this universe. All your memories are part of the database of ECHO. So this simple command will use your lifetime of experience to enter the universe.

    You lack information on D02. I also unfortunately won''t be providing much in this regard. But this is just meant to show you the possibilities.


    This is just to remind you. When you are in situations where you don''t know what to do. ECHO might be able to help you.

 Step 17: Revival Ritual

    With you unlocking the system genesis function. You can pretty much conquer any universe you invade if you are lucky enough to be able to figure out the hidden rules.


    ECHO''s limits are closely related to the database of life experiences you have accumulated.


    You have already become eternal by passing the first and second bottleneck.


    You have tempered your will to be able to brand your key on nonexistence. You have destroyed your source castle and have constructed a paradise for yourself.


    Your spiritual body had died and resurrected like a phoenix, becoming a proper avatar.


    You are no longer a ''eldritch'' entity trapped in a human body. You are much more then that.


    Your visual simulation limit has surpassed the realm of the ordinary.


    Your original body still has remnants of your technique. But you now have a independent consciousness. What does this mean? It means you no longer rely on your brain to generate your consciousness.


    When playing in the realm of mortals. You will be restricted by the brain. But when you are in your Paradise. You are akin to a god.


    A supreme being might be able to resist your rules in the Paradise if their knowledge and contracts overwhelm you. But the Paradise is like your domain. It is an absolute safe zone.


    In this chapter. We will be discussing revival mechanisms.


    You already have a proper system to explore the multiverse and possibly even beyond. But you are still relying on your origin universe to house your global existence.


    If another hidden existence unravels your universe in passing. You will be entirely screwed.


    You already have multiple true existences and maybe have invaded another universe already.


    This technique isn''t the be all end all for hidden existences. It is meant to be used to defy your fate. No matter what universe you find yourself in. This technique is meant to give you the tools needed to ''go beyond'' that universe.


    This technique is auxiliary in nature.


    This is meant to make it so you have a foundation no matter where you find yourself.


    So let us work on that revival mechanism.


    There are two types of revival I will be talking about in this chapter.


    Physical


    Spiritual


    The physical revival is based on a phylactery. This is a physical item you have constructed in the universe. It can be something ordinary like a pendent or ring. But it will need to be quite personal.


    When you die and lose your physical body. The only thing tying you to the universe will be the phylactery you have constructed.


    This item will serve as an additional anchor.


    This is perhaps the hardest form of revival there is. Because a lot of universes you may find yourself in will lack supernatural power. So the phylactery won''t be able to reconstruct you a real body. But an undead or puppet is within the realm of possibility.


    Or ''seizing'' the body of a mortal.


    A scenario is creating a ring as your phylactery. You wear this item for decades and are even buried with it upon your death. Over the years, you had branded your unique ''key'' on it.


    Let''s say this was a universe you found with great effort. There are multiple versions of ''yourself'' out there. So you might think that a Phylactery isn''t needed.


    But you must think of the future.


    You are eternal. But your body is not.


    Even if there are an ''infinite'' amount of you. They exist all at roughly the same time. So dying from an illness or accident doesn''t erase the possibility of you using another version of your body in a different universe.


    But what about dying from organ failure due to old age? As time goes on. Some versions of you will meet this fate. There will come an absolute limit in terms of lifespan.

    Those that reach this limit might not even be useful. It is quite pointless to use your body in another universe if it is paralyzed and in poor health.


    That is why we are focusing on revival in this step.


    So in the scenario above. You use your phylactery as an anchor of that universe. Some universes have rules weaker then others. So you may be able to directly use a true existence to explore the physical world.


    But this isn''t the case for every universe.


    Let''s then say, some grave robbers dig up your corpse and steal all the valuables. They take your special ring that has your visualization technique etched invisibly on it.


    You are able to create what I call an ''incarnation'' of yourself.


    The true existence isn''t as important as the global existence. But it still is ''you''.


    There are a few outcomes to this happening. The ring could be sold and passed around or the person could keep it from themselves.


    As they wear the ring. You slowly erode their personality and cultivate them into a proper vessel for yourself. Then, when the time is right. You steal their body.


    Through this form of reincarnation. You can then steal their alternate bodies in other universes. This ensures that even though many years will have passed. Because of this, even after your original body has died off in every reality.


    You will have a new body to use!


    There may be some realities where your original body attained immortality somehow. But that is a rarity and requires winning the lottery among hidden existences.


    Another scenario is. You have the ring be a family heirloom. You pass the item down to your descendants and steal their bodies in a cycle when needed, skipping the generations.


    Objects will decay with time just like most of everything else. But some materials can last many lifetimes before they fall apart, if they do fall apart.


    But you won''t be idle for thousands of years. Hopefully, you will have grown up as a hidden existence.


    Let''s talk about other methods of physical revival.


    You can construct a mechanical puppet, and have its core be your phylactery. You can then control its body upon death.


    You could also treat your dead body as the puppet and control it as so, becoming essentially a lich.


    If you master some form of flesh magic. You can perhaps even restore yourself later.


    There is a huge secret behind creating a phylactery at all. That is energy! Your brain requires a lot of energy to generate your consciousness.


    Just because you have an independent consciousness. Do you think that means you no longer require energy?


    If you are to focus on the aspect of physical revival. You will need to find some form of catalyst that can generate a semi-consciousness.


    But there is a trick to this.


    Your visualization technique is constantly running. Think of it like mining virtual currency. By performing the rotation. You are building a mental resource. You are converting energy in reality into a spiritual resource.


    Remember how we used mental resources to build the source castle in the first place? Well, this entire time, you haven''t really been spending this resource.


    It has been building up.


    With each rotation. You are generating a lot of special energy. The technique goes through 2,500 different states.


    This energy isn''t able to interact with reality directly. But it is mystical in nature. Through this energy, you can imbue items with your imprint.


    You can imbue almost any structure with this energy and the item from the perspective of your global existence will serve as a beacon.


    It has more uses then just mere revival.


    It is able to help you return to what would otherwise be an abandoned universe upon death.


    Now, let us talk about the other form of revival.


    Spiritual


    Much like how you had to create a phylactery to revive in the physical world. You will need to create an item of a spiritual nature.


    You will create what I call your ''symbol''.


    This is far more important then physical revival. As this touches upon your very foundation. That paradise you constructed... that avatar you have become. It is all spiritual in nature.


    So in your paradise, you must use your accumulated energy to construct a structure that represents everything you are.


    Then...


    When your avatar is killed.


    You revive using this structure.


    Think of it visually looking like a magic circle.


    You can even create a fusion.


    How so?


    Think about it this way. Let''s say you have a ''magic circle'' designed in a certain way that reflects your global existences visualization technique.


    You store the bulk of this information in your Paradise.


    You leave your paradise for whatever reason and encounter a malicious entity that kills you.


    You can then use this ''symbol'' that represents your core, to reconstruct your avatar in your paradise.


    Great! It is working as intended. But you can do so much more.


    What would happen, say, you draw out this complicated formation in reality. You folded it and inscribed on a microscopic level your symbol on an item.


    You now are creating a powerful phylactery that can serve both functions of physical and spiritual revival.


    In this step.


    You don''t need to worry about creating a phylactery. As you likely have plenty of time left to live in your current body.


    Instead... you are to design your ''symbol''.


    Spiritual revival is essential.


    It is also important to store the foundation of this structure somewhere safe. Like in your paradise.


    You will need to also give this ''symbol'' a name.


    Never tell this name to other hidden existences as it is like giving out your address. You then must design your mantra/chant as well to go with this.


    Seeing as I am already cursed across reality. I will give you mine as a reference. Do not use it, or you will attract my hidden existence into your reality.


    The ritual to summon me goes something like this:


    You find a room with four walls. You stand in the center.


    You face the north wall and say:


    ''Esteemed Inspiration. Explorer of Worlds. Father of the One, the Two, and the Three. King of the Ten thousand things. I pray to you!''


    You rotate clockwise.


    You face the east and say:


    ''Now I am become Time, the destroyer of worlds.''


    You face the south and say:


    ''Now I am become Knowledge, the creator of worlds.''


    You face the west and say:


    ''Now I am become Inspiration, the explorer of worlds.''


    You rotate once more clockwise and face the north again.


    You then draw out my symbol.


    This is the ritual for my revival.


    Now you must design yours...

 Step 18: Contracts

    You have come a long way to reach this point. You are truly incomprehensible!


    Now... we must discuss combat on a spiritual level.


    Hidden existences don''t fight with overwhelming power. They instead fight using knowledge and secrets. You have already seen an example regarding ''hidden rules''.


    But how does one use a hidden rule to defeat their foe?


    Contracts


    More often then not... especially if you never made your phylactery. You will have to rely on your origin universe. You will have to rely on your original body.


    In the last step, you have constructed your revival ritual.


    You now need to ''trick'' some mortals into praying using your esteemed name. Where do you start regarding this? You start with yourself.


    You alone should keep your ritual a secret. It is extremely precious information. Revealing such information is like doxing yourself.


    So what do I mean when I talk about ''yourself''?


    You have designed your symbol.


    You have created a spiritual artifact in your paradise which can revive your avatar.


    Hidden existences rely on contracts to interact with and shape the world.


    The first existence you will make a contract with...


    Is yourself!


    Perform your revival ritual using your original body. Then instead of relying on the visualization technique to ''leap''. You seize your body from yourself.


    This might sound a bit confusing.


    Why are you stealing your own body?


    It is because the consciousness which carries your body and the eternal consciousness you have constructed by following this technique aren''t the same thing at all!


    One is entirely spiritual in nature and can''t interact with physical reality directly. The other isn''t so, it is more grounded and is able to control your physical body like a puppet.


    There is a HUGE reason this step is important. Whether or not you care to create a Hivemind. There exist multiple versions of you across the multiverse regardless.


    By performing your unique ritual.


    There are bound to be other versions of yourself that have read this technique and have created a revival ritual.


    But this book shifts depending on the universe. There is also inherent randomness in the process of constructing this technique.


    So... these other versions of yourself will have different techniques. Depending on their progress with this technique. They may be hidden existences themselves.


    But because these are other versions of yourself. Your spiritual name and ritual will overlap.


    This leads to a weird outcome.


    A few hidden existences with different visualization techniques using the same ''symbol'' and performing the same ritual.

    Your original body! It isn''t just ''you'' trying to seize it!


    You have opened up the floodgates and allowed other versions of yourself to find your original universe.


    But this is a necessary evil. As you have also gained many opportunities from this. You have unlocked a database of universes you can invade.


    This is where those true existences you created come in handy. You will use them to battle for control of your bodies in other universes.


    This is a rather interesting battle as these hidden existences have almost the same memories as you. They know everything about you.


    But remember... your physical body isn''t ''you''.


    You aren''t simply taking over the body through force. You aren''t strong enough for that. Especially when competing against MANY alternate versions of yourself.


    This is where contracts come into place.


    After your original body performs the revival ritual. It will be contacted by hidden existences that are similar to you. It is then like negotiating rather then stealing the body.


    You have to have something that would benefit your original body. A piece of knowledge that can tempt them. Promises of longevity, fame, or wealth.


    What exactly are you trading here?


    There are different levels to contracts.


    For example, imagine if you were contacted by a hidden existence. They promise you fame with a price. What is the price? It isn''t something like selling their soul, start small. You simply ask for their entire existence to become your phylactery.


    Did you think it was simply items that could be a phylactery? No, most things can serve the function.


    From this ''deal''. Both parties benefit. You get a beacon to their universe. You then open up opportunities for them to be famous.


    You do this by messing with their fate.


    When they are getting an interview to be an idol. You mess with on a spiritual level up their competitors. When it is their turn. You distort the consciousness of the person performing the interview.


    They just so happen to get a ''favorable impression''.


    Their competition just so happened to flop.


    The chance they needed to become famous becomes within reach.


    Years go by and you have helped this person attain their dream. You then use them to acquire more contracts and deals.


    Imagine this.


    You now have a famous person who is now quite wealthy thanks to their success. The options for what you can offer increase through them.


    You can prey on desperate people.


    There are people out there that need a miracle. You simply become the provider of that miracle. You do so discreetly.


    Here''s another example:


    Someone has a family member that is dying and requires an organ transplant, they won''t be able to survive much longer without it.


    You ''listen'' using the beacon you have created through the famous pawn.


    You aren''t the only person that can mess with the spiritual. Everybody has spiritual energy generated from their thoughts. You have simply used this energy to become a hidden existence.


    So as mortals pray.


    They ''target'' an existence.


    Some pray to ''God''.


    You aren''t the target. So you won''t hear their prayers.


    The same is the case for those that pray to the ''Devil''.


    But when they get no response... they might try making this target more vague.


    Once the target becomes anything. Once they pray for any existence to help them. Thanks to your beacon. You can hear their prayers.


    You then do something that will shock them.


    You respond.


    Most of peoples lives, they have no contact with hidden existences. They don''t expect someone to answer their prayers. In fact, if some existence does. They will chalk it up to hallucination.


    You then offer them a deal.


    Their soul to save their family member.


    The second contract you ever made. You simply asked to make the person a phylactery as a beacon. That was because the actual amount of things you could pull off was small. It was also because someone is unlikely to be willing to sell their soul for something that isn''t essential.


    But now you have a beacon in this universe. Someone with fame and wealth. Through them, you can interact and promise things you couldn''t before.


    But you must remember. You are also bound by these contracts. If you don''t carry out your promise. You won''t get rewarded for it. There may even be a backlash.


    Once they agree to your deal.


    You work in the background to make it happen.


    The beacon you have just so happens to donate to an organization and secretly hints at moving their name up on the list of priority for the transplant.


    The operation is successful and you gain a soul.


    You earned your very first soul! Congratulations!


    Souls are the currency for hidden existences...


    Why are they ''currency''?


    Because each soul is like a miner of spiritual energy.


    The visualization technique you have rotating is generating this energy for you. But if you ever need to use your artifact to revive yourself. You will spend this energy.


    You can use the souls of mortals as a generator of this energy.


    In an emergency situation. You can even directly consume the souls potential to recover an explosive amount of energy. But the soul will collapse and vanish from such an action.

 Step 19: Extreme Sanity

    By now you have learned the core secret behind this technique.


    What is it?


    This technique starts off as a way to grow yourself in any situation. No matter the circumstances you find yourself in. This technique will remain to be useful.


    This technique blurs the lines between fiction and reality.


    Think of energy.


    You can transform motion... mechanical energy into electricity. You can then use this energy to power things.


    You have 2500 dimensions of the visualization technique. With each rotation you pull off, both minor and major. You are generating a resource.

    In this chapter we will work on your avatar.


    You have to work on designing your senses and computing power. The more processing power you use, the faster you will burn through your reserves of energy.


    Collecting energy while you are alive is trivial. Your brain automatically converts the nutrients you consume into a consciousness. By following this technique, you have been constantly rotating the visualization technique.


    You also have an eternal thread.


    You even have multiple. Think your global existence and true existences. This is your independent consciousness.


    Up until now, this technique hasn''t offered many benefits to your real body. But this step changes that.


    We discussed in step 1. That you want to change the default mode of your brain. That this would take years of rotating the image.

    Well... you have already rotated the technique for far more then 60,000 hours. You even passed the 2nd bottleneck and became a proper hidden existence.


    In this step. You will master your brain completely. Able to control all information it comes into contact with.


    I''m sure you''ve noticed that as a hidden existence... certain benefits don''t come through despite your nature. You would think, your reaction speed and memory would become inhuman.


    But, has it?


    You must go insane in this step. You must go further beyond such weak insanity.


    I call this ''Extreme Sanity''.


    So how do you do this? You must first control one of your bodies.


    This is extremely dangerous. You will take most of the ''spiritual energy'' or mental energy you have accumulated.


    You will then do something insane.


    You will reverse the technique and as a consequence, you will reverse the flow of information in your brain. This will cause the energy to return back to its source.


    This will cause massive amounts of chemicals to be released in your brain. You will become manic and delusional.


    Well... you need to be delusional in the first place to follow this technique at all.


    You will find that you no longer require sleep.

 Announcement - New Book

    Hey guys!


    So I''m working out a concept in my mind for a new book I want to write. But I feel I''m not skilled enough to pull it off. I''ll be waiting until the next Writathon to give it a go. I''m not even sure what the title will be or what the MC''s name will be!


    Ever since I''ve started writing webnovels. I have felt that my imagination has become far more clear. But my style and worldbuilding isn''t the best. I tend to write books that I would enjoy myself. So I probably won''t be focusing on worldbuilding in the future.


    I want to make a really fun goldenfinger and character. We will have to see how it goes.


    So what is the point of this announcement? Well... it is to tell you all about a new book I''m writing.


    It is called ''Hidden Existence Guidebook''.


    It is very different in nature compared to Paradox or this book. What makes it different? Well. Remember how I said you have 2,500 stages.

    As long as real life doesn''t stop me. I plan to write 2,500+ chapters for this book. The chapters will be quite short and will contain my insights into the technique.


    2,500 chapters is quite a lot. I don''t expect you guys to read them all. I''m mainly writing this to keep a log of my progress in the technique.


    It will have history, insights, and memories as well as how to follow along yourself.


    There will be some simple pictures as well. In Paradox, people mentioned that they couldn''t really visualize the technique.


    You already know the end-goal of this technique. But you haven''t followed step by step to construct each stage that takes 24 hours.


    I have tested myself with the new book and have found it has potential to affect dreams. I''ve visualized the stages successfully in sleep.


    If Paradox and Path of Somnus: God''s Death were instructions. This new book is showing what each stage could be. It assumes you lack ECHO or a 2nd thread.


    Basically, it is meant for people that haven''t successfully created the 2nd thread. It is for normal people.


    I also get to get in some practice in writing everyday from this project. I consider this sharpening the axe. I am ''grinding'' my writing skill to hopefully breakthrough my current limits.


    I will test out various things using this new book.
