 The beginning

    As the sun was raising slowly in the horizon, it fell on an old building. The mid range building, it had 5 level, and is slowly losing its color, from the blue color, it slowly fading into the white almost greyish color. In the building, there is many people working and attending patients and clients who come to treat their mental and emotional issues, on the front there is a board, Memorial Psychiatric Hospital. As many staffs, are professionally handling the people there, a tall skinny person slowly walks toward the director room. He looked as if in his own world, and slowly he walked toward the room.


    ¡°Welcome Nav, how are you doing today?¡± asked the dean, he was in fifty, slightly balding, he was short in height, his voice was deep. Slowly Nav, looked at him, he still looked bit dreamy and tired. ¡°Sir, I¡¯m ok, I¡¯m following your advice and taking my medicine. It¡¯s a big help for me Sir, you have done a wonderful for me. Thank you sir¡±. The dean just smiled, and looked at him, ¡°don¡¯t lie, you are a good psychiatrist here, but your not a good actor. You have been taking the medicine, yet I can see the sleep still avoids you. I can see it clearly, come on Nav, you need to stop all this, focus on your life back. Its been almost 10 years, you came here 5 years ago, I helped you as much I can. Now you need to help yourself¡±


    Nav just looked at dean, his eye was shallow and almost lifeless, a small smile appeared in his cracked dried lips. ¡°I¡¯m sorry sir, I just couldn¡¯t sir, like you said sir its been so long, but I just cant move sir, my time and life stopped at that moment. For now I¡¯m just feeling satisfied in helping others, maybe because I¡¯m like this, that I can make contact with others in need and help them. So there is a positive in this. Slowly my life is turning sir¡± . The dean just shook his head, and looked at him, ¡°did you stop doing the game code¡± Nav face changed, he become sad and bit his dried lips, there was not even blood in it to drip out, an emotionless guy showed a bit of sadness, and slowly shook his head.


    With a heavy sigh, the dean just looked at him, ¡°you need to stop, that coding is what is causing you stuck in time. Come on Nav you know better.¡± Nav just looked at him, ¡°sorry sir, if I solve it, then only I can achieve peace. I need the answer, you know this sir.¡± The dean just looked at him, with a heavy heart, he stood up and walked behind him, slowly he put his hand on Nav shoulder. ¡°Ok man, I understand that, but don¡¯t strain yourself, since the game coding is made by someone smarter then you. Take your time and slowly do it, at same time, don''t forget to take your medicine, you need the sleep also, f not you might loss the reality¡± Nav just smiled, and hold the dean hand, as gesture of thanks.


    Slowly the dean went to his chair, and pull out a blue file from his desk. ¡°Nav, like you said, your way to connect is special, so here I have this case for you, can you settle this case? But the patient is from a wealthy family, they don''t want anyone to label their child as crazy, plus they have a big reputation to take care, so you must go there and handle the case there, it will help you i think, beside the place is on the hill top, the place smell of tea leaves and jasmine, a very beautiful place, specially known for their tea leaves and hills which always kisses the skies, another special is the sun set and rise is so beautiul there. There is a case which might you can solve, also it¡¯ll be change of place for you, who knew this might help you also, but remember you must go there, must move away from your comfort of this prison after this five years.¡±


    Nav just looked at him, he was deep in his thought, and it looked he was in dilemma, all the portray of the place made him think to his younger days, the place he lived once and called home, it was almost exact like that, whether to take the case or not, since he was very afraid of leaving this place, it has been his sanctuary, but he felt if a person he can help, he should go, so slowly his hand reached the file, his hand was full of healed scar, his nails also have been bitten so deep, his skin was also very dry, a tell tale sign of person healing from depression and anxiety. He just pulled the file to him, and looked at it, it was a case involving a 10 year old kid. As he start to flip, the name of place made his hand tremble, and sweat start to come out even in though the room, is very cold from the air cond.


    The dean just hold his shoulder, ¡°I know, this is the place your time stopped, now you¡¯re needed there to save a person, so think about it, no need to rush, you need to go back and face it all, i''m sure no one will recognize you there.¡± Nav couldn¡¯t read the file, he was starting to breath heavily, also and sweating, the place of name made so many feelings rush into him. He was almost into a panic attack, but slowly he steadied himself and start to hold tight the file. He slowly let a deep breath, and made his mental prepare, he must go where ever the place as long there is someone in need of his help. He took the file and walked out, the dean just smile as he walked away, ¡°all the best my boy, may you find peace for your heart, answer for questions, and also the good sleep you always searched here, where it stopped you must start from there, that is game of live, and circle of life"

As he start to start his car, to move there, he felt a big pain in his heart, he couldn¡¯t stop thinking about what waits there a, place with so many memories from good to bad, the place that had made him who he was today. Slowly, he start to remember the how much pain and hope the child parents would be having to believe someone can come and cure their child, he felt all was waiting for him, slowly he thought about the case, he haven''t read the file, he plan to read it after he have seen the patient and their family, to have a better understanding. Slowly he reached the place, as he stopped and looked at the foothill, the beauty and ugliness this hill hides for so many years. He just slowly started his car, and was deep in the thought.


    Slowly, Nav, try to move the car, but he couldn¡¯t move the car, his hand was sweating, his heart was getting faster, he need to calm himself before moving up the hill, he''s whole mind is being filled by all his past life''s, the memory of this place was coming back into him like an open dam water. He was slowly starting to feel dizzy, he almost feels like want to faint, he was afraid, he was alone, near the hill slope to climb up, and he was feeling to faint, slowly there was hand touching his back, slowly Nav felt awake, he was bit startled, since he was alone in the car. In anxious he looked around, there was no one in the car. Nav breathing has become slow, he felt the touch was something he was familiar of it, yet there is no one. Nav slowly felt oxygen come to his brain, and he start to regain his conscious, all the past memory stopped, he was focussed on thinking who touched him. He felt it was a familiar touch, a touch lost so long, a touch that gave him strength and confidence.


    Nav, slowly start his car and move uphill, as he moves up. Nav is slowly looking at the scenery, the green hills and jasmine plant giving a fresh air, and making his mind more fresh. Slowly he¡¯s start to relax and he saw many places, Nav was feeling very happy, seeing the place he saw long ago, there hasn¡¯t been many changes, the hill still smell of tea leaves, the air is bringing the smell whole over hills. For the, building there is smoke bellowing from the house that is making tea and food. he can remember place he walked, hiked and run around to bath in the lovely waterfall, saw the sunrise or sun set, also places he catch wild life as for fun. Slowly Nav reached the top of hill, the only place that made him afraid and angry at same time In back of his mind there is lot of thing makes him afraid and angry.


    As he reach the top of hill, the scenery changes, there is so many old mansion, which is built in European style. The mansion brick is reddish color, and the window is covered in beautiful colors, which always had made to look like a figure or plant using the color glasses for the windows. Nav just looked at all this mansion, his heart felt very heavy, and there is so many memories still rushing into his mind, but this time his mind still remember the touch he felt in the car. So he wasn¡¯t getting panic attack, but he just still think about the touch, with this Nav slowly reach the place he was meant to reach.


    There is a big mansion, with majestic gate covered in gold lion, this lion looked intimidating, with its open mouth, baring the fangs, and the fierce eyes, it was to show the reputation this place had., the mansion inside this gate looks bluish color, the window is in rainbow color. The mansion is looks like old castle type, in the middle there is fountain, around it is the road in where two big black colored car waiting like guard. Nav just stepped out of his car, he looked at the gate and he walk near the gate, a powerful wind gush hit his face. In that wind there is a smell of tea and a small fragrant of jasmine smell. Nav slowly feel rejuvenated and his dry lips feel wet. The air brings moist and life to Nav, slowly he smiled.


    Nav moved near the gate and press the bell, there was a loud ring, and slowly the gate opened, with the lion splitting apart, as Nav walked in, he was feeling so many things, most of it was bitter, yet he stepped move forward. As Nav, looked at the door, it was a big two door, made of solid wood, with so many intricate carving on it, mostly the motive was based on flower. There was a brass knock on it, he just knocked on it, as he stopped, the door opened and two person was standing near the stairs, and in front of him is a old man in formal cloth, ¡°welcome sir?¡± Nav just nodded, with a whisper, ¡°so this is new game¡±, slowly he entered into this big mansion, as slowly the door behind him closed, as if swallowing him into the mansion.

 Meet the family

    Nav slowly entered and looked around, the mansion is brimming with many high d¨¦cor, in middle is a  large antique clock. On the side there is many stuffed animal, on the top there is some saber, and swords with insignia of lion, finally there is also few guns on the wall, it looked like shotgun and rifle. For the mansion, it has a very brood vibe, so differ from the outside breeze, there was hanging so many portrait and photos from old times. As Nav slowly walked in, he felt so many eyes looking at him, it made him feel so uncomfortable and especially two pair of eyes from each side of stairs looking at him. these two eyes had such regal and royal look on it, but they also seems to be worn out and tired for reason unknown.


    Two person came down the stairs from each side, there was a man in almost forty, he had a regal look, with heavy moustache. He was tall and muscular, he had almost aristocrat look and vibe, he was bit brownish, and he was almost towering Nav when he slowly come down near him. The lady was, also looked majestic, she also looked in thirty, she had bluish eyes, and she looked like Anglo facial,  . She was tall and have glass like figure, she was having a whitish color, her behavior and style was  Eurasian style. Both of them come down slowly, ¡°welcome, Mr.Nav, to Lakshmi Mansion¡± his voice was deep and have a command on it, in this mansion the voice was just echoing round, it showed how much command he had in this house. ¡°I do understand, that you know why you have come here, Mr.Nav ?¡± the lady voice was sweet, but there is almost tiredness sound in it. Nav just nod his head, and looked at them, he was still at both of the stairs, while, they both was still bit few top of the stairs, indicating their stature. as Nav looked at them, he slowly looked around for his patient, seeing this, again made sound, his voice was much more stern and powerful, it reverberated around the mansion.  , ¡°Mr. John bring her¡±, as he looked at an old man, he was in his sixty, slightly bald, and he had a small body, but as he walked, it was clear he still has lot of energy and pose.


    The old guy went to small room, near the right side of mansion, and slowly brought out a girl, she was wearing cream gown, and almost 15 years old. A young maid was holding her hand, and bringing her to the lady, Nav can notice all the people in the mansion are becoming sad, just looking at this girl situation. The girl, was slowly walking holding the maid hand, she was looking timid and afraid. Yet Nav noted, even though she was being guided by the maid to the lady, this girl was walking very calmly and expertly, and it was as if she was being guided another person, as she come near the lady, the atmosphere in the home change totally, it felt like a heavy blanket fall on the mansion. Nav, noted the girl using her hand to feel her around, and walking slowly near the lady. ¡°This is my daughter, Sarah¡± the lady voice trembled and slowly lost its regal, the mansion owner also can be clenching his fist in despair, and slowly heaved, he looked almost beaten.


    ¡°Mr. Nav, my girl has been blind for almost a year. She has suddenly lost her vision, we have brought her to many places for cure, from medical to spiritual, nothing have gave us answer. Doctor say, her eye nerve and all are function normally, spiritual said there is a spirit haunting her, and it want to full its mission, we have done so many prayers, exorcism, and also medical treatment, there was no vain. Then my family doctor recommend to seek your hospital help, so she doesn''t fall into depression or any other unwanted issue while our doctor plan another treatment for her.¡± her voice was clear but there was tremble in it. ¡°Mr.Nav, we cant admit her, please try to treat her in this home, she is our precious, also its our prestige issue, help us in this Mr.Nav¡± the lady, was visibly shaken and almost in tears and angry due to this guy only thinking about his prestige and honour not about this poor girl. Nav just shrugged his head, and nodded agreeing for it.


    Nav just looked at them, they sound so desperate, and their body language is fully shaking. Slowly Nav, looked at the girl, she had a small frame, and looked like twelve, there was clear sadness in her face, she didn¡¯t talk any word and just stand holding the lady hand, while another hand was near the guy, the mother was holding her hand, while the guy was still clench his fist, and this girl was holding his fist. As Nav looked at her, he felt, bit confused, for he felt like he have saw this face somewhere, he also felt a calmness in his heart and mind after so long, this girl was making him remember so many things, but all was in haze and foggy. His mind and heart strangely felt at ease, and there was this strange vibe or aura from this girl, pulling him toward her, its like so many thing is making him lose his focus. Nav just couldn¡¯t sense anything at all, he was only looking at the girl, as if to ty see her soul, and find out the reason he''s being pulled, he was not sure of why its happening, his mind and emotion are sin so much confusion, that it seems he has forget how to speak, and worse he was oblivious to his surrounding, and not sure of time and space, slowly Nav regain his sense. ¡°Ok, sir, and madam, I will look into this, for now I prefer to stay at outside somewhere. Where I can feel more free, but I¡¯ll come here and try my best¡± his voice was clearly shaken and he still had the confuse look, as he slowly turned and walked out, he felt that girl was looking at him, and can see him clearly, he swiftly turned, yet the girl was looking at her mom, as he walked out, he can feel someone is looking at him, and these look isn''t menace but calm.


    The old guy, picked Nav stuff and walked with him to a house outside the mansion, as they walk slowly, Nav looked at the old guy, ¡°sir, your name?¡± the old guy just smiled, ¡°my name is John, Mr.Nav, I the butler of this mansion, I lived here almost 6 decade, i thought u would heard my name when master called me." Nav just smiled, "sir why everyone here look so sad, what has happened here?" the old man stopped for while, heaved heavily and slowly walked again, "sir, this was a beautiful place full of laughter and fun, sadly from last year this place lost its charm, since the charm and live of this mansion was our young lady,before that there was many parties and event happened here, now they lost the charm." Nav nodded his head, "so what are you''re madam and sir name?"" Madam name is Vivian, is from Europe, she came from a big aristocrat family there, as for Sir, his name Rajan, sir, is very strict and always emphasize on heritage. They meet in Europe, while Sir was there, and got married, they were such a lovely couple, but sadly past few years has been hard on them, and it has caused so many pain for them, hopefully god will help them to overcome it"

    Nav just walked behind the John and listen to his story, there about the mansion, and its people in the mansion, how the master of the mansion, always cared for them, and as for madam, she also focus on for their better lifestyles,  they were always involved with people with their lovely daughter, so she also can learn many things, sadly this all stopped whenever their girl had  any problem, there was injuries, and fall, but losing her sight caused every single activity they did become abruptly to stop, they become so depressed and lost so many hope in curing her and get their life on track. Nav was still deep in his thought thinking, why the girl face gave him such calmness. Nav was shocked  to know the grandparents are not living with them, they are staying at different place and will visit only on Sarah birthday, which will come on 3 months from now, he was totally perplexed thinking, such big mansion is home only for three person, while others only work in it, even their grandparents live afar, he just smiling thinking the irony of life, they came near a small cottage near end of mountain, where it was clear to watch sun rise.


    As Nav entered the house, he looked at the place which is going to be his home for few months, slowly Nav smiled, the old man noticed, ¡°why sir this smile?¡±Nav just smiled,  ¡°nothing sir, actually last time I living here, my only home was a big hall, which I shared with almost 20 kids. Now I have home this big to stay, i just thinking at my luck from a small place where i cramped and lived, and now in this place where I will be alone for few mohts, nature or fate, it is so strange, and, that made me smile¡± the old man looked at him, he''s face frowned, and changed from a kind look into serious look, he came near Nav, and looked at him closely. Nav was taken aback of this sudden change, yet he looked back at this old man. ¡°Sir, are you from Mercy Orphanage?¡±thsi old man voice was clearly shaking and it has lost its composure for while, Nav just nodded his head while looking at this old man change from behavior to voice, made him on alert. The old guy looked at him very closely again, he''s face changed from glad to very serious, its as if he looking deep into Nav soul. Nav just looked back without blinking, slowly the old man started to smile, and his old composure came back, Nav was still confused.


    ¡°Nav Sir, I''m so sorry, when you say that place many memory came back, and no wonder I felt I knew you when you enter through the door, looks like you''re from here, your face looked real familiar, but your not who I knew from that place, he was different person, and sadly he passed away already,, anyhow please don¡¯t tell anyone in this mansion where you are from, it¡¯ll be a big help, that place has given so many unwanted memories to people her¡± Nav just smiled and looked at him, ¡°sir I left this place so long ago, after almost 20 or 25 year ago,  I come back here because I was asked for help, if not I wouldn''t come here, so I don''t think you knew me Mr. John. I just remember few things here, and that also more due to surrounding then people, so don''t worry, and even I don''t remember much of all that happened here, I have lost so many memories from accident There has been so many memories coming here but mostly it''s all is hazy , yet I usually live on the foothill, this place also new to me,, so I don''t guess much problem for anyone I¡¯ll remember your advice sir. I wont tell my origin, or place" Nav smiled at the old man, and was happy seeing the old man has slowly back ti his old self.


    Finally Nav was all alone, he looked as the old man going swiftly toward mansion without turning back, Nav just sit down, and fixed his desktop, his only property that he cherished so much in his life,. As it slowly came alive, Nav looked at it, with a serious look, slowly he opened a folder and start to type on it. It has no title, he start to look at it, and start to type on it. Nav was so engrossed in doing this, till he didn¡¯t realize the sun has already set, he only come to senses, when John brought him food. ¡°Mr. Nav are you ok, what are you doing in this old desktop?¡± Nav looked at him, ¡°sir I¡¯m doing a coding, this is been my quest for almost 20 years. Person who did this is a genius, there is hidden picture in this program, that can only be known when I crack the code, each correct code, reveal a part of picture and will lock it till, all the code is done correctly. Its been ten years, I have almost done it, there is few only, more code left for me to fully read the message¡± the old man, saw how eager was Nav when giving explanation of it, he can see how much important this was for this young guy.


    John just smiled at him, he looked at Nav and smiled, ¡°come boy, lets eat, you can do it later, today I¡¯ll join you for dinner, this old man can sense it you haven''t had good dinner with anyone for so long, looking at your body and skin, you almost look like vampire, come boy, eat from now I''ll join you till i see some flesh in your body¡± Nav was almost at tears, this old man word made him to shudder, thinking how many days he has been lonely in this live, with no one to share anything, he slowly joined him and had dinner. They talked about the John family and his family, they also good chat about this place and how much beauty it hid inside it. Nav was feeling so happy, that they forget the time, as they parted, it was almost midnight ,and that night he slept peacefully, he didn''t take his medicine since he felt to sleep, is it because the friend he fund, or air from mountain wasn''t sure, but he slowly went to sleep.. As he was deep in sleep, Nav start to hear a whisper, it was incoherent, but slowly the words start to become clear, it was his name, it was very faint, but he can hear the voice of a women, this voice seemed so familiar. Startled he wake up, it was almost sunrise, he looked around frantically, there was no one around. Nav start to sweat, but he felt the voice was so familiar and it was calming. Nav, remembered he didn''t take the medicine, and it could be the effect of not taking his medicine. He was totally confused, since he can sense the voice was real, and it was so familiar, it wasn''t scary or vile, the voice was calming. Nav was deep in thought, but as he  As John come to bring to mansion, he put this thing in the back of mind, the old man was in good mood, he was jovial, ¡°sir hopefully you can ensure our princess, is ok and doesn''t fall in any unwanted mental stress¡± Nav just smiled, and after breakfast, he start to walk toward the mansion with the old man, Nav was still confused what help actually this family needs, the wind was very chill in the morning almost to the bone, but for Nav it was like embracing him, and the smell of  jasmine flower from the wind that blowing from the mountain top, strangely makes Nav mind much more calmer. ¡°The new game starts today¡± he mumbled,a nd slowly entered the mansion.

 Sarah

    Nav slowly enter the mansion, John lead him to a small room, the room was full of books and musical item, from a grand piano to a guitar was there, all looked pristine and new, but in close look all had dust as if hasn''t been touched for so long time. The room was in pink color, there was drawing of animal and plants, it was in nature theme on the wall. The wall was full of scribble and well bright lit, looking closer the scribble also looks old and almost losing its color.. As Nav looked around he was almost speechless looking at luxury this room had, yet all seemed to collect dust only. On the corner, was a small girl, looking toward the window, Nav smiled, and walked toward her, she was oblivious of him approaching her. Each step made Nav feel more calm, and at ease, he felt as if being pulled to this girl, he was feeling strangely calm and in peace


    The girl was soaking the heat from sun rising from the mountains, and cold from the wind, which was gently blowing from the mountain top, slowly he reached her, ¡°the wind here is very peaceful, it always is gentle even in the wildest storm time, for unknown reason it has a faint smell of flower and the cold isn''t chilling it always felt just nice¡±, she didn¡¯t turn, ¡°the smell is jasmine, the wind is bringing it from the top there''s a farm on top of hill, which only has  jasmine, wind takes the smell from there and bring it to whole over the mountain, this jasmine is special, it is natural and the smell is so strong.¡±, her voice was very calm and gentle, it had no hope or cheer just stoic sound, Nav was bit worried with her voice, but he felt this voice he knew from somewhere, slowly,  ¡°Here I thought the smell is something unique for this wind only. So Sarah, you do this everyday, feeling the wind, smell and hot from all the nature.¡± Sarah slightly turned and looked at him, it as if she can see through Nav soul, yet Nav felt the hazel eyes are giving him some kind feeling, it was making him feel calm, but also scared. she just looked at him with no blink at all, slowly she turned back.


    ¡°My parents told me, Mr. Nav, you have come here to treat me, truth be told, I have lost all hope, since I don¡¯t have any need to see actually. My world is shattering, it¡¯s nothing¡± she started to cry, tears were flowing down from her beautiful eyes, and falling into her lap, the maid try to console her, while the butler also rushed with towel to wipe her face. Nav just looked at her, he was feeling a pity for her, he was not sre what to say, but after few pause, ¡°Sarah, I have come here to help you gain what you lost, so I will give my best in helping you at it. Till then built back your lose hope, and believe me.¡± Nav slowly hold her hand, it was very warm, Nav suddenly felt bit shock, he have felt this touch, it was when he was having panic attack in the car, he wasn''t sure, but he was this warmth was from the time he was at car, Nav just looked at her, she try to smile, while Nav hold her hand tight, and just waited for while, "Sarah, no need to cry your so beautiful, you just wait, all will be back to normal." with that he walked out of the room.


    Nav was so confused, but he didn¡¯t say anything and start to walk out to meet the parents, he was escorted by John. In his mind, the touch made him think so deep, he wasn¡¯t sure of what is happening, how the touch he felt at the car, he can feel now, he was also very sad, thinking of this girls sadness, yet he felt this girl can be helped, and by helping her, he can be able to help himself. As he was deeply engrossed, they have reached the parents room. It was a grand room, with a portrait of so many people and pictures were  of them hanging on the wall majestically. The decoration is mostly based on portrait, there also so many antique items are in this room, it was in contrast to Sarah''s room, this room item are cleaned and had no single dust, even the wall was in red color and white color, it screamed tradition and grand of this place the two person was standing opposite of a fire porch, he knew who they were, but the way they standing near the fire, and the shadow it made by it, made the place bit eerie and intimidate for Nav, he just stood his ground.


    ¡°Hello sir, and madam, I just saw your daughter, she is such an angel, it seems, she knows more about this place then many people, she looks matured for her age, now if you both don''t mind, can you all please give detail of your daughter, from birth till now, so I can get rough and better detail of her character and behavior i also need any works she have didi¡± Nav looked at both of them for any reaction, there was a big silent in the room, the guy didn''t move from the place, the women slowly broke the silence, ¡°what can we say, she was a very lovely being, she came into our life to fulfill our life, she came at time our family was in big sadness. Her smile, look and behavior brought life into this mansion. She was always active, she enjoyed the music especially piano, and she at this age is very fond of computer and codes. She always trying to create something in computer, basically she was creating a music, game and program in the computer. she always like to learn new things, she had a lovely smile, nothing can stop her if she made her mind up, she was always helpful" the women was sobbing slowly.


    ¡°She was such a loving girl, always exploring and going on hunting with me, her plan was to stop me from hunting, she would make my gun useless, and disturb the hunt, for she loved nature and always thought of balance. She have a special  way to make people do what she wants, she will always smile, her behavior was very mature and like adult. She always loved the nature, she can tell any smell in the air just from wind gust, it was always weird, even with a faint smell she can say the smell, her favorite is the jasmine smell. She loved the rain, since here the rain is frequent, she would enjoy it, she love to get wet in the rain and enjoy the chill it gave,, pity the maid and uncle John, always helping her hide her naughty action. Yet in the end, she would come around and confess her mistakes,¡± the guy finishes as the lady couldn''t continue from sobbing, he was holding her shoulder tightly. she slowly put her head on his broad shoulder.

    Nav felt a slight sweat coming down his neck, all this made him bit dizzy, he just hold to the  big chair, and just sat down. His mind and heart was beating so fast, his vision was getting blank, suddenly he felt a jasmine flower scent in the room, there was no wind in this room, since the windiw has been shut, and only light source is the fire pit.. He was treated for malnourished, after  five days he was released, he was slept for almost two days after came back, at this time, his dean also came to look for him, since Mr. John had informed this to the dean, John updated to the family also about this, all was worried an afraid he might die due to this,, yet the Dean ensured them,  Nav is such person, and he always has been to push himself to brink like this, and reason he send him here  is he is the only person can make it happen, but for that he needed to be trusted and do it on his own way.  THE CONVERSATION

    As the sun rose between the mountain, a cold wind was slowly blowing into the house, Nav was feeling much better, and his mind felt fresh, all the mist in his mind has cleared like the wind and sun rising clears all the mist and fog from the mountain, he was assured, and determined, he felt need to talk with Sarah all alone so he can finally clear his mind and understand what is inside her mind and heart. Only by talking with her, Nav can pinpoint the real problem, and find solution for he still felt there is something secret about her and the mansion, but he still couldn''t get the answer, so after almost a week, he slowly entered the mansion, the lions were like to ready to pounce on him, this time, the mansion felt heavy as if a boulder was placed on his shoulder, he felt very hard to breathe, but as the wind was slowly blowing, he felt a touch on his palm, that was pushing him to walk toward the mansion with more vigor and determination. As he entered, the parents already agreed for this conversation, and allowed the interview, as long John was standing nearby for safety and to avoid any unwanted problem, but he was asked not to make any sound and just observe it silently.


    As Nav slowly entered the room, Sarah was still sitting near the window, she was so focused on the rising sun ray heat that was hitting her face through the window.     Raj was getting more arrogant and proud, as he has returned, the people around him changed and the respect and fear people gave have made him feel empowered, he was still trying to cope his guilt, this mixture of emotion, made him lose sense of all around him. he was very proud and tired trying to help his mom and find his sister, when his father made sudden visit with his mom, all his repressed emotion and memory came rushing back, he was very angry with his father, he was so angry at his father, yet after a talk with his father, he felt pity on him, and also there was sudden realization, all his anger and hatred was due to he hasn¡¯t received approval of his dad, or respect. Raj felt need to change this and focus on making all acknowledge him for who he is, and make all admit him as the new owner of the mansion. in his quest for acknowledgement, Raj has lost the real him, and start to change into what his father hoped for, an alpha male.


    The mansion slowly changed from a beautiful place into this prison, where all soul are trapped inside their own problem and issues, and only thing coming out is anger and argument, this was done in front of all, Vivian, was hating herself, she just want to go back, but she felt couldn''t leave Sarah, and hopefully Raj will follow. For Raj, he wants Vivian to be a dutiful wife and the queen of mansion, so she can see how much better life is for both of them, and it will also help Sarah in the future. This pain and anger can be sensed by all, John tried to help them soothe it out, but it wasn''t happening. only time the mansion was quiet and they both on same page is when something happened to Sarah, she was the only thread holding them together and their senses, yet slowly the rift felt so big, that they both decided to head for divorce. This moment, Sarah started to fall sick, and finally lost her sight, the pain just got bigger and sadder, the divorce and fight has stopped in the mansion, but the resentment and pain was still there, since both have not changed back they just holding it back for their daughter to get better.

 Healing

    As the words was finally come out, the secrets and pain was shared, the whole mansion feel into a big silence, even a pin drop can be heard if it fall in outside the mansion, all in the room was totally silenced, even their breathing sound can be heard loudly, Vivian and Raj just looking at each other, with no sound, except the sound of deep breath between them. Slowly their eyes started to fill with water, and slowly, it started to flow like stream, the pain and and abuse felt so long, due to so many changes and lost of connection between them, finally bursting out in the form of the tears, in the tears there was no sound or wail, just water coming out of their eyes and washing away their pain and sorrow, slowly they came near, and as Vivian looked, Raj just hugged her tightly, and Vivian just kissed him passionately, they were in their own world. Nav jut looked at them with little smile, his dried lips was cracking in this smile he had looking at both of them. For them, they didn¡¯t look at Nav at all, they just hug together, and a kiss was still shared between them, there was a beautiful smile in their face, even though their eyes was still tear flowing down.


    As they were in embrace, in their own world, Nav slowly walked out of the room, with the butler, the old man was in smile, yet his eyes looked sad. Nav noticed all this and slowly walked out of the room, as they slipped out, both of them didn''t notice it at all they walk out.. As he slowly walked away, and into the big hall, Nav paused for he felt a familiar feeling sense of joy and safety, and suddenly he felt a soft wind hitting his face inside the  mansion,  Nav looked around for the source, but, the whole mansion door and windows was closed, and only light from the ray of sun was coming through the window color panel, yet the wind had a familiar smell, he knew the smell, soft jasmine smell, which only grew on top of mountain. Nav just smiled, and there was tears in his eyes, he''s heart filled with hope, he had a small smile, and he''s eyes become wet after so long, he looked around for searching for something or someone, but there was no where to be found, he was sad thinking he has found the truth, but Nav just shrugged and felt sad, as he felt the need he was asked come here is totally something a mystery. Slowly he reached outside, and in the setting sun, he looked at the mansion from outside, he just felt like a heavy burden has been lifted and the mansion is still gives him mystery and chill.


    As Nav walked slowly, a figure come from his back, it was reaching him, slowly John come behind him, Nav was startled ¡°Boy, thank you, it seems fate is cruel, the whole heaviness of the mansion has been fully lifted.¡± the old man was trembling and it had so much pain in it, Nav just looked at him, smiled, he still remember, there is still something about the butler that make him feel uncomfortable, as Nav looked at him, slowly ¡°why there isn¡¯t picture of Raj dad?¡± John smiled, it was a bitter smile, and slowly his face becomes serious and his soft tone changed to stern,, ¡°frankly boy, there is no picture of him here, since Raj sir asked to remove all his picture, when Miss Sarah, claimed she was afraid of his pictures. Childish, but after she get sick, and scream at night, we removed all his picture, now his dad come only for her birthday, that also at night when Sarah is almost time to sleep.¡± Nav just nodded his head, and looked at him "still now Sarah couldn''t see why hasn''t the picture is anywhere?", John face changed, it seems strange, "yet when there is dad picture, she still cry and make a scene", "it''s so weird" Nav slowly start to walk toward his home, he was visibly confused and unsure of all happening around him, the butler also followed him back, but he still had a stern and confused face.


    Inside the mansion, the air has been lifted, there is light coming through the mansion and making the mansion more bright, Raj and Vivian oblivious to all, started to speak more, they didn¡¯t notice Nav and the butler have left, but they kept talking the whole day, the pain and all the problem they have kept in the heart was shared by them. It was as if  the dam was finally broken, emotion, pain and angst all rushed out, the more they talk it was replaced with calmness, hope and joy, as the sun was setting, and new moon was rising up, this couple also promised each other to make all the pain disappear, and in the new moon night, Raj made the first move, he brought all the cloth Vivian hated to wear, brought it outside and made bonfire of it, as Vivian hugged and watched it burn, Raj also removed a locket of lion symbolizing his authority and crushed its face, letting out all his anger and pain, then just threw it into the bonfire. The fire was flickering like their emotion, it was burning of all their negative feeling and slowly it build all their hope, like the fire licking all the cloth and the locket.

    The morning came with beautiful smell of jasmine and lovely sound of birds, they were deep in sleep in each other embrace, slowly they opened their eyes and looked at each other, with a smile so long has been missing, Raj and Vivian, didn''t wake from their bed, just looked at it, they were just relieving their old memories and plan to make it all new. They felt no need to leave the bed, but they slowly moved, and had bath together, there was so much cuddle and laughter in their life, ll the rules and regulation made for their ruined marriage was thrown into the pit fire last night. The very day, they brought Sarah, and went shopping to buy cloth they liked, as evening approached when they come back, it was full of laughter and fun, Sarah was smiling hearing their joy. As they return, they noticed Nav was standing on mountain top and enjoying the breeze, he was standing there and slowly enjoying the smell form the wind.


    The mansion slowly changed, it become bright and full of joy from their laugh, and  many rules were broken in this mansion, Vivian, started to dress and behave as she was used to be, she started to make so many changes to the mansion, she was slowly changing the mansion into how she wanted it, the dull color and portrait''s were removed and replaced with more natural and peaceful style pictures. Raj, realized, he can make friend, as long he just removed the air of royal around him, he started to behave like himself from London and made so many friend and start to understand about his employees and their plight. The mansion slowly start to get livelier and happier, there was joy and fun in the mansion, many start to have fun and made jokes, there was no more sense of afraid, they asked Nav to move in with them, he declined, citing he prefer simplicity. Slowly Sarah got closer with Nav, she was grateful to him for helping her parents. The mansion decoration fully change, the lions, portrait were removed to replace with lovely arts and display. There was so many changes in the mansion, the crack from the years of pain is slowly replaced with joy and laughter.


    It has been almost two month since Nav come to the mansion, he was happy seeing the changes happening around everyone, for once he also slightly felt happy, and consulted his dean to reduce his medicine, but it was declined since there is second meeting with the dean again, that is still in few month ahead. The mansion and it changes has been talk of the town, many felt Raj and Vivian as a very kind and lovable person, far cry from his dad, they felt this couple are so meant for each other and also they are very kind and generous. Sarah was also started to spend more time with her family and playing music, she was also start to smile more, and was always around people, she was even become alive again, all people around her were so happy seeing the changes Sarah has made, she began to move out from the mansion, and made so many discovery while walking around, yet still she hasn''t been able to see, and this was still hanging high on the mansion and its people, all just looked at Nav and hoped he could help her also, and make the changes to happen

 Part 7 - Sarah

    For few months the mansion has been so beautiful and full of life, in this time, Nav have build a good friendship with Sarah, she was starting to open up more and have better conversation with Nav. In fact, he also slowly start to understand her need, there was so much wisdom and experience in this young teen girl, for a girl at age 16, she is more mature and smart, its like she knew so many thing about the mansion and this places, when she has been only for brief time and also lost sight for so long time. As time progress, Nav start to feel weird, Sarah is very adapt at this place, even though she just moved here, she can move around the mansion, in such ease, any changes of furniture also doesn''t seem to bother her, its as if, Sarah was born here and raised here, or there is someone near her all the time and guiding her around the mansion and the place around. People in the mansion are very much happy and elated seeing the changes in the mansion, there is now a very happy voice in the mansion.


    Nav, noted according to the people at the mansion, at the beginning, Sarah when came here, she was so timid and afraid, but after few days, she started to become so joyful and happy, she knew so many thing about the people who come worked here, she was so caring and always it as if Shara was another person at all when ever around the mansion workers, she was like a very close to them and always helped them on so many things .Many people around her also stated, that she has changed a lot since coming here, the timid girl was slowly replaced with a person sensitive to her surround, she also focused on nature, she was very joyful and happy, there was a smile always on her face, she as if knew what will other talk with her before they does. The most weird of all, She totally hated her grandfather, she couldn¡¯t even look at her portrait, only his face made her squirm and be afraid, she always cried or shouted in anger when ever see her grandfather face, she always called the face as monster, this made Raj to remove all his father photo from the mansion, after few weeks he has settled.


    Sarah also didn¡¯t like John, she always made him stay him far from her, she always scolded him or just looked at him with anger, as the butler even try to talk with her, she will unleash so much fury on him with voice that it was like a different person at all, most time, John would look startled and afraid when Sarah shouted, so John always try to avoid her to avoid her fury, Raj had pity for the old man, so he didn''t send him away, just made sure not to come near Sarah. She preferred only the new maid to be with her, this new maid was hired few weeks before they moved in, she was new to the mansion and has no prior knowledge of the mansion or it''s people. All thought  Sarah liked her, since she is new and also young at age around 25 only, she was more like sister to her, slowly the workers has noticed, another thing Sarah was slowly changing  her tone and way of talk, was becoming more mature and soft, the innocent in it is slowly fading, her cloth choice changed from modern to more toward gowns, many old workers, thought she resemble someone else but can''t be sure at all.


    Nav was totally confused, he had collected so many thing about Sarah, and he is obliged to discover the truth of her problem, Nav has decided to rule out personality disorder, since there is no indication toward it, her parents has said she looked normal and has not changed at al in their view. Nav slowly checked her story, he filtered through all the workers, and the new maid steadfast she was always bright and informed, no person came to her when she is alone, so in this he has ruled out sexual abuse or any sort for violence, Nav was totally confused couldn''t pinpoint any diagnosis for no . Slowly Nav, assured himself, there is something he has been missing from the beginning, but he also believe he has discovered so many things about Sarah, that she has grown more when she came here and the places has given her so many freedom and way to develop, that she has made many discoveries of herself.


    As the relation between Sarah and Nav grew, she began to open up to Nav, mostly about her life in the aboard and here, how vastly different and beautiful it has been. For Nav, her voice has strange power, it was always made him to feel so strange and calm, this voice made him more calm then the medicine he has been taking for years. The voice of Sarah, always attract him toward her, but he always kept to be professional, since he knew the boundaries and trust of her parents on him, but he still was attracted for the voice made him so calm, and this voice was someone he had heard so long ago. For Nav, there also a feeling someone he know is always watching him since he have come to this mansion, he can feel the gentle gaze and soothing look, yet he couldn¡¯t find out who it was, this view and gaze was always strong when he is near Sarah, he can sense this feeling so much, that it bothers him, he was in dilemma, since he couldn''t ask anyone about anything about this feeling, since it can be his hallucination due to his refusal to take medicine, and he might be forced to admittance again, he was in so much dilemma for this feeling, that he always tried to push it into back of his mind.


    One thing that has made Nav curious was, many workers has stated  that Sarah, usually talks alone, when she feel no one notices, and it was not little mumble but a conversation like, especially in her room, yet many thought due to her loneliness, she has behave such, since her parents has been not in good terms, but then this all changed since,  the talking has become less or can be said scarces.  The whole family have started to believe Nav can help Sarah and help in her problem, but, slowly the mansion is becoming bright with hope and positives. For Nav, he also start to feel he can help Sarah and her family, but there was something he has been lacking and he couldn''t decide which is it, causing her the problem, but, for once Nav was in dead end, he walked out to the mountain top, in morning so his mind can calm, and as he stand there with a gentle breeze hitting his face, slowly Nav recollected all the information about Sarah, her changes, her behavior and finally he actions. slowly the rising sun, and the gentle was giving life to his dried up skin in his face, the heat of sun and moist in the wind made him stay still for while, and as he start to think, the answer came to him, it was like the wind brought the answer for him.

    After a month, after collect all data and comparing it many such issues, Nav was confident of the answer and  he was sure to inform the family, Nav called Vivian and Raj, as they were in the hall, the air was so light and there was a silence of hope, all the eyes were focused on the Nav, waiting to see what has Nav will tell, the all hall fell into hush, as they noticed Nav has stood up to talk, ¡°Mr. Raj and Vivian, let me clarify, I have checked so many things before saying this, but my guess is your daughter has Munchausen Syndrome." People in the mansion looked confused there was no voice still, Nav continued, " You see, she at first, was very happy and joyful, slowly she start to change according to this place in hope she can make you all happy, but as she start to see you both are rifting, and has less time for her, but, yet seeing her pain caused you guys to join together and no fight. She kept doing this, first time she had a cut was accident, but it made you both react for her and forget about the fight, so she start to escalate, and till she finally plan to use blindness, this has caused you both forget about all, and just try to help her. That is the reason, no treatment or pray can help her. She couldn¡¯t see you all fight each other, worse was it lead to divorce. Now the problem is she cant keep hurting herself so much, that is the reason she imposed blindness on herself. This syndrome causes her to lose eyesight and make others believe also.¡± the whole mansion wass in whisper, many were skeptical.


    Vivian and Raj cannot believe what has happened or process how to accept this since this is something new and unheard of, they were in confusion whether to trust Nav or he is just making it up, Nav just stood up and walked away, he want to give them the time, so they can understand all, as he left the mansion, the whisper hasn''t stopped, but he didn''t bother and just went home, he has the game code to fix and find the answer, slowly, as Nav already left, Raj and Vivian began to run all the thing that has happened in their life, and how much it was correct with the symptom told by Nav just now, also for few moment all used their phones to find about this symptom to see if it''s truth or not. Finally, both of them  understood how Sarah always get hurt only since she came here, it was intensifies when they start to get drift apart. Vivian almost start to cry, she was angry with herself, since her behavior caused her daughter to behave such. Raj start to soothe her, and not blame herself. Both of them started to cry and felt so bad their fight has caused such misery for their child. After few hours, they walked toward Nav home, as they near the place, there is loud clicking sound of keyboard and it become more clear as they neared the house, it was Nav he was so keen on the computer trying to break the code that he was oblivious to the surrounding. Raj and Vivian, had a heart felt talk with him, they shared their grief and regret, and finally after all settled, Nav just looked at them smiled and told them he will help them, and gave them the confidence.


    As the sun rises from the horizon, Sarah was sitting near the window, and slowly feeing the ray from sun and breeze of wind, it was giving her heat and cold feeling. Nav with a heavy sigh, he slowly entered the mansion, and  he just walked slowly toward Sarah room. As she was smiling happily, she slowly turned, ¡°welcome Mr. Nav what brings you here sir?¡± she was as if, she can look at Nav,  Nav just smiled, he slowly reached her, pull a chair and sit by her side, he was also slowly start to absorb the rays. Slowly a soft wind start to blew in his face and hair, it had a sweet smell of jasmine, and he was more calm and relaxed. Nav just smiled, and looked at Sarah, ¡°You do know that you¡¯re parents are back together, and they¡¯re much stronger.¡± Sarah just smiled, "it seems, it''s all thanks to your that they have been so happier and more close, my maid have informed me all this, and I''m very happy for this, but how can I be sure if it''s true or not, and how long will it last?". Nav felt happy, he has really found the key for all the problem.


    Nav looked at her, smiling ¡°Sarah, when I came here, I wasn¡¯t sure of anything, but as I stayed here, I have learned so many things about this mansion and about you, and I finally have the key to change all back to normal, and your answer just now prove it all." Sarah just smiled and nodded her head, there was some tears near her eyes. Nav voice become more stern and serious ¡°Many would have chosen so many different ways to make their parents see, and even lose their ways, yet you choose way that most people won¡¯t choose and made the big difference in their life. Sarah you need to stop this, I promise you they are meant to be together, and what you afraid wont happen since they have made so many changes in their life, you need to look at it, feel it, and enjoy it. You have to give them the joy and happiness they need to succeed if not they might break due to this pain you have created for them"


    Sarah started to cry, she was sobbing loudly and wailing, in this few months Nav been here, this is first time he saw her cry, and he knew it was sadness washing away, slowly her parents enter her room, hearing her voice, they just come and hugged her, she was shocked, and a smile start to appear in her face, they were whispering with her.. As they hugged her, Nav neared her ears, and whispered, ¡°Sarah, first day I entered your room, I knew your are special and sensitive since you turn to look at me, only a special person can be such sensitive. Anyhow, as I knew your needs, and since it has been settled, I guess, morrow when you wake, your sight will return, if not I guess your parents will be more sad and might part away.¡± Nav just walked away from the mansion, he let them have the time for themselves, slowly he felt need to let all the thing happened around Sarah to be absorbed by her, since it was very important to give her the time needed to let her process all, and understand what has changed in the mansion, and how she must respond on it. As Nav walked away, John followed him, thanking him profusely and saying how much he¡¯s grateful. Nav just looked at him, and smiled, as his routine, again he started to focus on his coding problem in the computer. He felt at ease, and need of medicine slowly has diminished for him or he was very happy and calm, John was beside him still thanking him, and was looking at what Nav was doing, Nav just smiled and kept doing it, that he didn''t realize when John. Nav slowly fall asleep hoping for a new better day morrow.

 chapter 8 - Rejoice

    The whole mansion was in euphoria, it was like celebration in the mansion, as the morning sun start to rise, and its light illuminate inside the mansion, the whole mansion, was becoming light and joyous, Vivian and Raj, were dashing from their room to Sarah room, there she was sitting on her chair looking at the window outside, embracing the light warmth and the fragrance of the jasmine, as she slowly turned and looked at them, there were tears in her eyes, and a big smile in her face, she just dashed and hugged them, all of them were just hugging so tightly, in that moment, Sarah "mom dad, I''m sorry, I didn''t lie, I really couldn''t see, all those fighting and shouting made me so afraid, and when you care for me so much, I thought this is the only way, I''m sorry for all that has happened" Vivian and Raj, didn''t say a word they just hugged her more tightly. The mansion was full of sound and laughter, the word was spreading across the valley, about Sarah and how the pale guy helped her.


    Nav wake from his deep sleep, after so long he finally had a good sleep with no help of medicine., he didn''t realize the time or when john left, he woke because there was sharp hunger pain, and he needed to eat, as he opened his front door, the sunlight was so strong, he needed to dim his eyes and look outside, as he eyes start to get used, he can see so many people are looking at him and smiling, many looked at him in awe, some were just showing respect. Nav couldn''t understand what was happening, but he felt his skin is like burning from sun, and his lips is cracking, he just need to have food, slowly he went inside, and looked for food inside the house, when suddenly there was a loud knock on the door. As he opened the door, Vivian just hugged him, Raj was behind her, they both were in tears, she just thanked him so many times, slowly, Nav came to sense, and pulled himself away so he can breath a bit, as he looked at Raj, the big man, was in tears and he also hugged Nav, saying he is an angel, and have performed miracle. Nav slowly moved and, "so Sarah can look again? so my work here is done?" Nav had a big smile, his lips cracked in his smile, but, he was so happy, seeing their happiness, they just nodded. Nav just stood and listen as they were talking about Sarah and how much happy she is Nav was still feeling hungry, and as they were talking, John came with some food, for he knew, there was nothing to eat in Nav home and he must be hungry.


    After they left, Nav had his food, while John looked at him, "Sir, what you did is real miracle, you look like a ghost, but you are a true angel"  Nav just smiled, and "so Mr.John my work here is done, and i guess, you can do me a favor, can you call taxi for this evening. I can go back" this shocked John he didn''t except such request from Nav, for he felt, he was happy here and able to avoid medicine all. John didn''t say anything, and just nodded his head, slowly he left the place. It was empty again, there was only silent, and sound of Nav packing his stuff, he was slowly doing the packing, and his mind was going through all the time he has spend here, slowly he was feeling heavy leaving this place, suddenly he felt a soft touch on his hair, and a smell of jasmine, he was startled, as he looked back there was no one but the front door was slightly open, he just shrugged, and continue his work.  As he was busy packing, he didn¡¯t realize that Sarah and her family have paid visit for him, and they were angry, Raj just barged in picked up Nav, he was floating in air, Vivian and Sarah, pulled them apart. Vivian just pulled all the bag, and start to unpacking, there was no word of exchange between them, but all know what is happening. Sarah just looked at Nav, she was in tears, slowly she turned and saw the computer on the table, she walked toward it slowly.


    As she looked at it, there was an incomplete picture skipping between a code, "Sarah that is a game, a problem i trying to fix for so many years, once i finish i can look at the picture, i just need to find the bug and fix it, also that is a old computer so don''t touch it. " Sarah looked at Nav, and smiled, "so you do have hobby, anyhow why you leaving us?" Raj and Vivian looked at Nav, he took a breather, "I didn''t mean to do it, but my job here is done, you all are happy and will have a great life, I need to go back to my place, this place gives me so much memory which contains happiness and pain, I just want to escape it." Raj slowly went near Nav, slowly he put his hand on his shoulder, there was no authority or force in the touch, it was care and love. "Nav, I understand you, but don''t go now, come join us for dinner, then in a week there will be a party for Sarah, its her birthday, stay till then you can go back, give us some chance to show you good hospitality and love." Nav was in tears, he couldn''t say no, and just nodded his head. Vivian, just came in front of Nav, "anyhow Mr. Nav, i just saw your cloth and bag, and here is what will happen, tomorrow we will go shopping for new cloth, you like or not, it will happen, then also a good bag for you. You''re cloth, bag and style is stuck 20 years ago, you need so much changes." Nav just smiled.


    The whole week was filled with joy and fun, Nav was having his time of life, they''re like family to him, he was feeling happy, and he as completely stopped taking his medicine, at night he will be busy with his game code, while most will be spend with the Sarah family, he notice the mood in the mansion is bright and cheerful, all was busy in making the mansion clean and beautiful, even the lion in the gate looked tame and cute for nav. in all this happiness, he could sense a feeling he is being watched, sometime he can feel it very near, sometime, very far, the smell, sudden sense of touches on his head or hand, made him confuse only, this feeling of being watched is most felt when he is near Sarah, but he couldn''t make out of it, except due to not taking medicine. In this time, Nav loved to explore the mountain, and he was showing Sarah some hidden places, and unknown thing in this valley, Vivian and Raj, felt happy seeing the bond between them, and how much Sarah is slowly becoming her old self, adventurous and brave, the most Nav enjoy was morning in the valley, where the rising sun giving warm, and the cold mountain breeze make the hot mildly soothing, it was added by smell of jasmine, this all was giving so much relief and happiness to Nav. the week ended, and at night Sarah, birthday party was slowly getting alive with guest arriving.

    Finally the day of celebration arrived, Nav was given a nice suit by the family to wear for the event, he was their main guest, and as Nav wear that cloth he was awestruck looking at him, he was wearing a simple a white khaki, and a black blazers with stiff neck, his slim fit black pants with white shoe, made him look so dazzling. As the night slowly started to creep in, Nav looked from far, as he walked to the mansion, they offered him car, but he refused, he always prefer the walk, so many fancy car and people start to come and enter the mansion, all looked at him and there was whisper and look of amazement, Nav ignore all that and went inside. The mansion was fully bright. there was so many light hanging from the ceiling making the mansion so bright, especially the chandelier, it was so graceful and grand looking,, in the outskirt the fountain with dazzling color, was dancing to the tune of music. The lion was well lit with lamp from under and side, to give a reagent view for the lion, today both ion looked sp royal and magnificent. Mansion wall was echoing back, the sound of music, from the live band which are playing, as for guests they look so posh and elegant, he can see so many workers were busy in attending for the guest, it was like endless people are coming for this party, Nav felt bit out of place and searched for Raj family.


    Nav felt he was like fish out of water, he just looked for a place to sit, and rest and he can slowly move out, but as he was thinking this there was a loud voice, it was Raj, "for our guest of honor, please give a loud applause for Mr. Nav" he was greeted by applause from all around him, there was Raj rushing to meet him, and hugged him, Nav just hugged back, and sighed, his escape plan is ruined, Raj hold Nav hand firmly, and, was introduced to everyone around, and telling miracle he did. Nav felt very embarrassing and he was lost for word, he was hoping to escape only, soon Raj let Nav hand as he was needed for something else. As all was busy with talking, Nav slowly moved to a near pillar and start to drink water and hoping the event end fast, so he can escape, as Nav was thinking of this only, suddenly there was a big cheer, and there was Sarah,  she was coming down in a beautiful red velvet gown from the stair, Vivian was beside her, and they both looked so beautiful, she looked like an angel. She was wearing a simple necklace, and high heel, as she come down the stairs, all was in awe seeing her grace and beauty. Nav just looked at her, and for the first time, he couldn¡¯t recognize her, she looked so different from other time, this time Sarah had a regal look, yet he just smiled and looked.


    As Sarah was cutting the 7 tier white cake, Nav was asked to be near them, and as all watched, many knew what has Nav done for this family, and they were glad he was here, they all felt Nav is an angel for this family. Slowly as all was enjoying the event with dancing and food, there was a big hush, almost all the mansion went silent, and there was heavy feeling around the mansion and people around it, a white large car, slowly entered the main gate, Raj slowly walked toward outside, it was he was joyous to see this person, while Vivian hold tight Sarah hand, since Sarah start to show sign of scare and fear, Nav looked confused, not sure what is happening he, felt best to move away, when suddenly a hand hold his wrist,  John pulled near Nav, ¡°Raj dad has arrived, the real lion of this mansion"


    As all was focused to the entrance, Nav  slowly freed himself, and felt it was time for him to leave the mansion, since it might end in unwanted things, he felt there is no reason to be here, since all are look afraid, and he doesn''t want that feeling,. As he slowly start to walk out, to the back door, he felt an eye is looking at him from midst of crowd, when all was busy looking at front, this eyes were looking at him, he can sense that someone is looking at him only, and he felt couldn''t escape this gaze. Nav mustered up his courage, and slowly start to look around for this person, and as he slowly looked, Nav felt like struck by thunder, and he was froze, there was so many memories and feeling was rushing into him at that very moment, he saw those eyes, it was blueish-green eyes, those eyes had deep look, and  he knew those eyes, slowly, face belonging to those eyes become clear, it was a oval face, with a wide cheekbones, she had dimple on her cheeks, she was in whitish color, her red emerald lips was brimming with smile. She was wearing a saree, it was made from silk in light yellow and black mix color, and there was so many jewel on it, that it radiates from the lights, yet her face was the most radishing, as she smiled and looked at Nav, he just whsipered ¡°Anu¡±

    As everyone was busy talking and waiting for Raj¡¯s dad, Nav was looking straigth at this lovely maiden, he was almost in tears, and there was smile in his dried cracked lips, slowly his eyes become wet and sparkle, his skin was rushing with blood, and start to give him glow, finally even his dried lips also began to gain its moisture, he was looking so different then few moment ago. Nav looked like been rejuvenated as if fountain of youth was given to him, his whole body changed, he was looking taller and more confidence, its like this maiden was giving him the energy to become his real self, one he lost so many years ago. No one haven''t notice the changes, since all was busy with the commotion outside, and all was rushing to go outside to meet the person outside, while Nav just stood froze, he has forgotten about going back.


    Nav looked at her, he was giving a piercing look at her, as she slowly was moving through the crowd, he¡¯s eyes didn¡¯t even blink since afraid he might lost her. He¡¯s eyes just tracing all her movement, like a hawk zooming on his prey, Nav eyes just focused on her, nothing else was a matter for him, it was as if time has froze around Nav. She also kept looking  at him, and moving around the crowds, in such fast, without hitting anyone, she was moving like a fish so swift and fast around people, with not even taking her eyes of Nav. Slowly she was disappearing into the crowd, she smiled at Nav, and start to disappear in the crowd like the morning mist, Nav become panic, and  started to rush, move in front to hold her, yet she slowly moved disappearing into the crowd, like the mist. As Nav looked hard, she was totally lost in the crowd, he couldn''t see her anywhere, there was big disappointment in Nav face, he was almost in tears for missing her. slowly the crowd outside start to enter, and make way for a person to enter.


    As the crowd moved aside, like a ocean parting away, Nav was still looking for her, he was so focused in looking for her, that he was so oblivious to all the things happening around him, yet as he looked around for her, slowly, a dark shadow was starting fall on the mansion floor, and as it became big, an imposing figure walked past all the crowd, wearing a black coat and white shirt, on his hand is a walking stick, with craving of lion on top  made from gold and the stick is made of a rare wood, it had intricate design on it, mostly based on lion.. He was tall, easily towering so many of the guests, big stature body like a wrestler, had a big white moustache and beard. His face clearly shows his age with the wrinkle on his face, and his hair has turned white indicate his age, yet there was no sign of weakness, he was like a lion. He was walking with such authority and power, all around him gave way, they moved so don''t want to get in this lion way to avoid being prey for it.. This person was  full of confidence and arrogant, he looked at all like a royal person. As he was walking toward Sarah with full brim of smile, his big white teeth is shown, he stopped a brief moment, and slowly he turned and looked at Nav, he gripped his stick, but Nav was oblivious for all this, he didn''t see this person at all.. For a moment this person looked bit shaken, as he looked at Nav, and then gained his composure and proceed to walk near Sarah.


    slowly, Nav regain his self sense, and noticed all looking at this person, as he was walking toward Sarah, as Nav looked, at this person from back, the guy stopped and looked back, for few seconds there was exchange of glances between them, Nav couldn''t decipher the emotion in that look, but he felt not welcome at all in that, and slowly the guy kept walking, as Nav was lost in his thought, as he reached near Sarah, many were holding their breath afraid of her reaction, as she was known to be afraid of him.. As for Nav, he felt the urge to move away from here, since he didn¡¯t feel good at all after seeing this person. Yet he was still trying to look for that women in the crowd. For he was more focused on finding her, then looking at what was happening in the front. Nav was so focused in looking for her, that all other become blank, for him, this women is more important then anything else at that moment.


    As slowly this guy neared Sarah, Vivian was holding her hand tightly and giving her the support, and prepared to do all to ensure she doesn¡¯t feel threatened or afraid. Yet there was a big shock, and whole place went silent for a moment when Sarah just run and hugged her grandfather, she was full of smile and happiness in seeing this old man. Raj and Vivian were shocked, and couldn''t fathom this sudden  changes by Sarah, her grandfather was so happy, that he laughed very loudly, the whole mansion was vibrating with his laugh, the sound due to echo from his laugh  from inside the mansion made it more creepy then nice. There was so much joyous time, with Sarah and her grandfather were having lot of talk and fun,. It was so lovely environment for all, it was such a nice moment. Sarah slowly went near her grandfather ear to say something, hearing that the old man, had tears on his eyes. As Nav was oblivious to all this happening around him, as he was busy in his own thoughts, when suddenly he felt a hand was pulling him, it was Raj just come and get hold of Nav, and pulled him to the front, he was bringing him to meet the family. At that moment, there was dance going on the hall, in slow music tempo, so the light of mansion was lowered for the occasion, but what it made was making the mansion look dark and gloomy. As Raj, pulled Nav and walked toward his family, Nav slowly came back to his senses, and saw the old man waiting for him like a lion to eat him.

    The air was slowly getting heavy, for Nav, as if a storm is brewing, and it will involve this old person, and he couldn''t understand the reason for this dreaded feeling., as he was coming near them, he was feeling more heavy, and  as Nav saw the old man, something inside him made him twitch. The old man was fully focused on Nav, but he was changing glances  John, then at Nav again, Nav noticed this man has no emotion to show, but he was  certainly holding  tight the stick on his hand, he was looking very uncomfortable, as Nav neared him, he was more fuming when he saw how close Nav was with Sarah, with Raj dictating the move to introduce person, from Sarah it was Vivian, then finally as they turn to look at this old man. Slowly Nav turned and looked at this guy, he was like a lion ready to pounce on him, yet Nav just looked at him, for a minute, Nav couldn''t think of reason for this person anger on him, or his uncomfortable look, but as he looked more into this person, Nav slowly felt a pain, his mind was rushing back all his memories from his early years,  and slowly he felt so much anger and pain. His face changed, his lips become red, Nav just become like a lion himself, Raj noticed that Nav was different  and he start to stand straight and looked more menace and authorities, he slowly walked toward this old man. The storm is really brewing between this two which soon will unleash on all, for unknown reason, this was like meeting of two lion hell bent killing each other.


    Raj brought him to meet his father, but it was the opposite, Nav walked staright to this old man, and since was standing straight, he was more taller then this old man, the old man was also looked seething, since not many people were brave to look at him like this, ¡°Nav meet my father" before Raj could finish his sentence, "Raja Singham" Nav completed the sentence, as Raj looked stunned, he was confused in hearing a very determined voice from Nav, as Raj looked, he noted there is a tense moment in the air, both of them looked at each other with no blink of eyes, as if they were ready to tear each other, Raj continued, "Dad, meet Nav, the saviour of this family.". Raja Singham hand gripped tightly the cane, he gritted his teeth and his face twitched, as Raj finished his word, the old man slowly smiled, and extend his hand to Nav.. Nav just looked at him and his hand, there was no emotion just focused and determined person in front of him. Nav had a very stern look only, not of a person pain but of confidence, he slowly accepted the hand,  ¡°Hello, sir, glad to meet you, it¡¯s been so long time, finally the time has brought us back here hello, Anu¡¯s father.¡± The old man, stepped back, he dropped the hand, but he remained in his posture, slowly looking at Nav, while Raj was frozen in his place, "Anu?!" the name was vibrating around the mansion.


    The whole mansion was in silence, the dancing has stopped when this name was mentioned, this name which was almost lost in fodder of this mansion, but came back alive again,  the whole mansion was murmuring of this name ¡°Anu¡­Anu¡± many don¡¯t know who she is, few who knew this name, looked at Nav, with confuse and question marks, thinking who is this person. How does he know of her, . There was so many questions running on all mind, Raj and Vivian, was confused, since they¡¯re not sure of person standing in front of them anymore, they just felt that Nav who they knew as weak and lost has changed into a something else. Most importantly, How does he knew of her, his sister, Anu, the one who has disappeared  so long ago. As he looked at his father, Raj was having a cold sweat, his father face was full of hatred and pain, the stick on his was slowly cracking, and he was fuming, John rushed toward the old man to calm him, while Raj stood between them to avoid any unwanted incident. Vivian, asked maid to bring Sarah to he room, and she also made the guest leave the mansion, as this two person stood their ground and just looked waiting for a moment to strike. This two person are waiting to strike, for reason unknown to anyone here, and it was scary for all around at that time.
