 Chapter 2 - Transmigrated As Princess -1

    In the bright daylight¡­..but the place was covered in darkness and smoke was all around the place, which looked holy and in the middle of there was a throne, where a man sat dressed in a White royal robe and his silver hair flow like they were dancing in the air. His face was hidden under darkness but the aura around him was strong but the man was calm.


    He didn''t look around anywhere but fixed his gaze at the person who was in front of him.


    "Lord! we brought her," declared a man who was calm as if he was here to give information and nothing would harm him from this mysterious man.


    " Let her decide what she wants," said the mysterious Man.


    After saying he dismissed that man and a mischievous smile formed on his face.


    "Let''s see what you will do" he mumbled and suddenly disappeared from the throne.


    Meanwhile,


    In a Royal and luxurious room, the fragrance of blooming flowers and a small ray of sunlight land in piercing throw the window, and in the middle of the room, a girl was sleeping soundly alone in the king-size bed.


    The girl held a pillow near to her chest tightly which was covering the view of her face no one was able to see the beautiful face of the girl but by seeing her black colour hair, which was scattered all over her face and her backside, her hairs look bright, shine and beautiful which give the vibes that girl must be really beautiful.


    The girl''s eyes were closed but the way she was sleeping soundly looked like she was very comfortable with the pillow around her thumping chest.


    On the top of the bed, a beautiful chandelier was hanging which was shining in the bright light of the sun arriving from the window and Close to the window a tree branch which comes in the room their two birds were sitting as they were chirping in the morning.


    Birds keep wailing, that look like they were happy today and they were singing a song like they were enjoying the beauty of the day and beauty of the girl on the bed.


    Just by seeing the beautiful scene in the room and the smell of flowers blooming in the tree which comes in the room, anyone wants to praise the beauty of the morning. But the girl who was sleeping soundly had no effect of sound and the bright sunlight, that she would wake up soon.


    It''s like she was sleeping much comfortably without any worry after a long time.


    Suddenly the girl turns to the other side of the mattress in her sleep and she holds the pillow tightly around her chest. she mummer, "How soft".


    While her eyes were still closed, tightly clinching pillow again she pronounced. "how soft and comfortable".


    The girl felt that, how she was sleeping feels too much comfortable, and speculating, she removed the pillow from her hand.


    Just as she removed the pillow from her chest, and came to a beautiful sight of her face which looked adorable and flawless of any marks or pimple.


    She slowly stretches her hand and starts to touch the mattress here and there with the closed eyes. as she tries to feel something.


    " Why does my mattress feel so comfortable today?" the girl mummer, who still had not opened her eyes.


    feeling the mattress underneath her, she realizes something different. "It feels like it''s not my bed," and opens her eyes.


    the first scene came in her view was a tree branch and two bird who was sitting in the branch which came inside the room through the window.


    "What happened to my window.?" she exclaimed in surprise while relaxing on the mattress. And her eyes shift on the chandelier on the top of her head, moving from the window.


    "And when did I hang a chandelier in my room?" she proclaims and stare at the chandelier above her head.


    As the realization hit her and she completely opens her eyes and sat immediately. as her gaze wandered around the room and the things kept inside the room. the only luxury could be seen. she widely opens her mouth and her eyes only staring in the room.


    "It must be a dream" she believed and keeps both palms over her eyes to rubs them to clearer her views. However, when she opened her eyes nothing change. As she thought it would disappear.


    But nothing happened what she thought.


    "No... I can''t believe...in my eyes, it was not a dream instead real," she exclaimed and jumped from the bed her sight captured a sculpture kept near a table.


    "Hooww beautiful!" she whispered running to where it was and touched the sculpture. her glamorous black eyes were shining like stars in happiness.


    "It must be really expensive," she uttered and keep her hand on the sculpture face and her lips raised, a bright smile formed on her face.


    Seeing a glamorous sculpture, she even forgets about the sudden shock that it''s really not her ....any fantasy dreams.


    But her mind comes back to her place and she removed her hand from the statue, nervously said, "it is not my room" as she notices the things inside the room.


    "Where I am?" the girl said and went to the window and pat the bird with her hand.


    She wanted to enjoy the beauty of the room and the thing kept there, which looked like an ancient era, but she was scared with the thought she didn''t know where she was.


    Then she moved back and sits on the bed, she starts to think about where she was and how she came here.


    "I think someone had kidnapped me," it''s come to her little brain and keeps her hand on her forehead.


    "No ! it does not feel like that, if someone kidnapped me then they must be tied to me," she hummed and checked her hands. But to her surprise, there was no Mark on her body, for being tied by any rope or someone uses force on her.


    "Maybe someone kidnapped me when I was sleeping," she removed her hand from her forehead and kept both hands in her hair and started messing with them.


    "Then why did they keep me in such a luxurious place". she wondered.

 Chapter 3 - Transmigrated As Princess -2

    "Then why did they keep me in such a luxurious place," she wondered.


    "I am a normal girl, do not have that much money then why me, or maybe they think of me as someone else?" Linxiao speculate and looked frustrated because she was clueless of the situation.


    "Ohhh god" she yelled in frustration and rolled back on the bed.


    "Just calm down girl," she comfort her and rose from the bed and started to look for the way so she could leave.


    As she stood and her sight fell on the gate which was larger than she had seen in her room.


    She steeped outside of the room to the corridor and what shocked her more was that she saw people who had worn different clothes. As they were standing in their place like they were guards, guarding the place.


    "Where am I?" she mumbled while hiding behind a pillar from where she could see what was happening there and what was the situation right now with the people.


    "It seems, those guards were here for me," she guesses.


    "I have to find a way to get out from here before anyone could find me," she whispered and was thinking of the way.


    "Miss" however an energetic voice came to her ear and startled her.


    Linxiao looks towards a girl who comes near and leans down her head to bow in front of her.


    That girl''s behaviour startled her and the sudden voice of the girl made her scared. Linxiao thought, she was caught by her kidnapper. But to her surprise the girl did not say any word other than ''miss'' and bowed to her with respect, then she left her alone.


    "What was with the girl?"Linxiao asserted.


    "Wait, look like I am not kidnapped, there must be other things," she mummer to herself.


    "People and their behaviour here does not look like they are kidnappers, so Why I am here?, what is this place?, where am I? and how did I come here?" She had too many questions to find their answer but no one would answer her questions.


    "I have to find out how I came here? and anyway first thing to go from here," she muttered and kept her hand on her chest to relax her rapidly beating heart.


    However, she still didn''t come out from her hiding place.


    She was still observing her surroundings when she noticed that all people may be male or female and both had worn different clothing, which she had never seen worn by normal people.


    Then a sudden thought came to her mind about how she had come here.


    She starts reminding herself that, what she had done yesterday night or but she only comes to only one conclusion.


    "I was in my home at night when I came back from university then, I remember, I was sleeping with my laptop in hand when I was working in the room". She only able to recollect this much information.


    "But how come, I came here without my knowledge or even I did not drink anything yesterday " she scratches her head while finding out about the situation.


    Then again she looked at the place and the people who looked different and the clothes they were wearing right now looked like a dress which was used in the historical drama, which she had seen on television many times.


    "It looks like I came to the shooting place of some historical Tv show" she concluded that she was on a Drama set.


    "But I remember correctly I did not know anyone here," she said.


    She finally came outside from her hiding place after confirming that she did not have any harm from other people.


    She looks here and there like she wants to find someone to seek their help to go outside of this place.


    Just as she moved in the corridor. She saw a girl who was holding a bowl that was filled with delicious fruits.


    Linxiao saw a bowl full of fruits. Just seeing them she felt that she was hungry, then suddenly a growl..... came out from her stomach.


    Linxiao thought and took her hand toward her abdomen." it is the only morning then, why did you feel hungry that early".


    However, she remembers by seeing fruits that she did not eat anything yesterday night because she was busy with her work.


    She was working on a laptop all night to finish her work and even did not remember


    , when she dozed off to sleep.


    But seeing a girl in front of her who had worn a light blue colour long dress whose sleeves were too wide or say that she was wearing a Chinese ancient dress from the Qing Dynasty.


    Linxiao saw that girl, and kept away her thoughts of fruit and hunger, she came back to that girl and averted her gaze from the bowl full of fruits to the girl''s face.


    She tries to focus on only that girl, not the fruit of the Bowl.


    Linxiao comes forward near the girl said "ummm... miss can you help me out to leave this place, I am not able to find my way".


    Linxiao asks the girl in front of her by looking into her eyes and her only focuses were towards her eyes because she knows if she does not control her eyes then, they always would go to the bowl which that girl had kept.


    Meanwhile,


    A girl who was stopped by Linxiao, stared at Linxiao with wide eyes like she saw a ghost in front of her. As Linxiao speak, the girl looked at her like she was hearing someone for the first time in her life.


    The girl looks confused and worried, she clears her thought wants to say something but nothing comes out of her mouth because the non-stop talk of Linxiao never leaves any chance for her to say something.


    Just as Linxiao stops. the girl looks at her in anxiety and comes closer to Linxiao, "Miss Linxiao why did you come outside of the room and how did you feel right now?" she inquiry Linxiao.


    anxiety clearly visible on her face that how much worried she was for Linxiao.


    However, Linxiao did not say anything to the girl because she didn''t understand anything.


    Girl comes closer to Linxiao leaving the bowl in near table, and grabs Linxiao''s hand in her. she starts crying and questioning Linxiao, "whhyy...why did you run away from the imperial palace?".


    Linxiao saw girl who kept crying and cleaning her tears from her other hand. she was clueless what the girl said to her as she keep wailing.


    Linxiao wants to say something to her, however, before she could utter a word, girl comes forward and hugs her immediately.


    With the sudden hug from a stranger starlet her. she blinked her eyes and didn''t find any words to say to girl who was clingy with her.


    But as she saw that girl keep crying and had no sign of quit soon. So, Linxiao, as a caring person, returned a hug to girl.


    "Miss Linxiao don''t leave me alone please...., don''t.,.run away again," the girl proclaimed while hugged her tightly.


    Linxiao wanted to free herself from a clingy girl who come nowhere and hugged tightly as her life depended on her.


    Linxiao mummer to herself "hmmm .. don''t leave you alone and don''t run away again, how can I run away, even I don''t know you". which was not heard by the girl who hugged her.

 Chapter 4 - You Cant Hurt Yourself

    Linxiao thoughts in her mind "she is in drama set or, it must be some scene of the drama, maybe that girl was rehearsing her scene". But she speculates again, ''''Why did she come to me for rehearsing her scene, even though she did not answer my question, which I first asked her, instead she was using me for her rehearsal".


    Linxiao was thinking all of this in her mind when she was still held by the girl.


    "Miss Linxiao, are you okay? Is your body still hurt somewhere?" that girl leaves Linxiao from hug and starts asking questions as she checked on Linxiao''s body here and there by touching her.


    And the sudden voice of the girl helps Linxiao to come back from her own thoughts.


    Linxiao looks at the girl whose acting skills look genuine. If she don''t know it was historical drama set, then she might think the girl really cares for her.


    But Linxiao knew the reality and glanced at the girl''s hand, that was still on her shoulder. she held the girl''s hand and removed her hand from her shoulder.


    Linxiao says "miss I would appreciate your talent if I saw your Drama air on TV in future. but right now, I am not in the position, so please you should stop". saying this Linxiao stops in the middle and continue again. "And secondly please keep your acting rehearsal to yourself or to someone else who was interesting".


    "And thirdly answer to my question which I had asked you first, where was the exit of this place," Linxiao said in frustration as she was holding her irritation.


    "Miss what are you saying?," Liu Ying (the girl who was in a blue dress) said to Linxiao.


    Liu Ying looks at Linxiao''s behaviour and listens what she had said to her but she did not understand what Linxiao was saying to her.


    "Drama aaaa.... or Acti...ing" what did you say, Miss," Liu Ying inquired again while crying because she didn''t understand what language her miss was using.


    Linxiao listened to what Liu Ying told her "ohhh sorry I didn''t know that saying your skill acting will hurt you" she said while smiling apologetically.


    Linxiao thinks, she insults girl acting skill. so that''s why Liu Ying was crying.


    "And please tell me where was the exit door," Linxiao asked again to Liu Ying but this time she asked with humbleness.


    Nevertheless, it was unknown to her what will happen next when she will find the answer to the questions which she was longing for.


    However, Liu Ying does not understand why her miss asked about the exit, again and again.when she herself knew that.


    Liu Ying came forward ignoring the question about the exit and asked "miss why did you come out of your room?, I was just coming towards your room for your help". she says with concern.


    Linxiao stares at Liu Ying with her furious eyes like she really pissed off because of how clingy this girl was but she controlled herself, she did not show it on her face.


    "Why come out, huhh huhh.. you want to know?. huuh, because I want to go away from here, that''s why" Linxiao answered but she was getting furious with so many questions.


    "Miss you can''t go again," Liu Ying said.


    she came closer and held Linxiao''s. As she was afraid that if she doesn''t hold her miss maybe she will again run away leaving her behind.


    so, Liu Ying held Linxiao''s hands tightly as her life depended on her.


    Seeing what Liu Ying was try to do. she thought girl wants to catch her for something.


    But for what? which she still did not know and the reason behind her doing this.


    So Linxiao can''t trust anyone in these strange places with strange people around her and didn''t let her guard down.


    Linxiao removes her hands from Liu Ying''s clutch and looks here and there to find any way that she can go outside from this place. because till now she understands that girl will not help her.


    she have to found her way herself.


    Just as Liu Ying could do something.


    Linxiao run away from Liu Ying catching sight of a huge door that were in the open area and looks like the exit of the place.


    "Miss you can''t run away again" Liu Ying shouts and also runs behind Linxiao.


    Just hearing Liu Ying''s shouted. some of the guards who were guarding the palace came behind Liu Ying and Linxiao who were already running towards the exit direction.


    Guards also started to run behind Linxiao to catch their Princess. If they would not able to catch her or something bad happens to her again, then they would be held responsible for that and their life will be at stake.


    Linxiao hears the commotion and she looks behind while running, to her surprise she saw that Liu Ying and others who were playing as guards were also run behind her.


    She saw that Liu Ying was crying while telling her to stop.


    Linxiao wants to laugh and tease Liu Ying if she would not in this situation right now because she thought how can anyone cry anytime. If she had to give Liu Ying a name, then she should give her name as a cry baby.


    She thinks if there would be any competition for crying then she was sure that Liu Ying would be a winner of that competition.


    Then again Linxiao looks behind Liu Ying, she finds that at least seven to ten male and females who were playing as guards were also running behind her.


    The scene looked like they were doing their suiting or something which didn''t come to her mind right now.


    She looks back and thinks again that it looked like they were going to some running competition.


    Linxiao did not understand why these people wanted to catch her when she did not know any of them.


    Even though she never had any connection with any of the drama creators, maybe they were directors or producers and she never met anyone before.


    Instead, she is just a normal girl who was going only to her university, so why are they behind her.


    Linxiao looks behind her while running as fast as possible. Her heartbeat starts to increase because of running fast.


    She had never participated in any physical activity in her University, so it was hard for her to keep up with the fast running pace.


    "Why are you chasing after me?" Linxiao asked Liu Ying while she was running and didn''t stop in her tracks.


    "Miss stop, please stop...miss, you can''t run away again" Liu Ying replied to Linxiao.


    Liu Ying tried to keep up with Linxiao so she could stop her from running but she wasn''t able to do soo.


    "I will not stop, I have to go out from here" Linxiao counter-attack to Liu Ying.


    "Where you wanna go, miss? You can''t hurt yourself again," Liu Ying said.

 Chapter 5 - Catch Her

    Just listening to Liu Ying, she stops in her track to think about something but she shakes her head and again starts to run towards the gate.


    She ignores all the calls of Liu Ying.


    Linxiao thinks about how weird the girl was. She did not know her but the girl acted clingy with her like they knew each other for a long time.


    "I wanna go to my Home" Linxiao Said, still running as fast as she can.


    She did not understand what these people wanted from her. She didn''t have enough money or anything like that.


    She wants to tell them that they are wrong. She was not the right person whom maybe they thought she was.


    Just as she was about to reach her destination. she collides with something hard in her way.


    she lost her balance because of collusion in the middle of her way. as her speed was fast.


    she closed her eyes tightly, she waited to feel pain falling onto the ground but to her surprise, it never came to her. instead a warm and strong-arm wrapped in her body.


    Just as she was about to fall on the ground by the collusion of the hard chest of a man, his warm hand clutched her waist. as she was now, in his embrace.


    When she feels a hand on her body, she knows that someone had saved her from slip. She clutches the clothes of the person tightly to support herself.


    The scene paused for a moment like a man staring at Linxiao.


    A man who just saved her stares in her beautiful face with his wide eyes.


    He saw how beautiful she look in close proximity. When she had closed her eyes like a frightened child who fears pain and had a complicated emotion on her face.


    Linxiao waited for the man to leave her, but to her surprise, he did not leave her.  She gulps as she felt her heart was racing like a bullet train.


    she could hear the fast heartbeats of her. and she knows he could also hear them as they were close to each other. she waited for he would leave her but still he didn''t let her go in his arm. she signed and slowly opened her eyes, to see the face of her saviour.


    Who didn''t have the intention to free her.


    When she opened her eyes a handsome face came to her view at first. He was staring at her like he was seeing a girl for the first time.


    Linxiao''s eyes stuck in his alluring black eyes. they was glowing like a galaxy. If someone stares into his black eyes for too long. Then they would surely fall for him.


    She scans his face from eye to nose like a robot who deadly wants to recognize his master.


    "How handsome", only one word comes out from her mouth in the excitement of seeing the beauty of his face. Other hand he lost into her eyes. as he thought it has something different in her eyes.


    By hearing her, The man comes back to her senses from the magic of Linxiao''s face. A mixed-up emotion was seen on his face but he hides it and immediately leaves it off his hands.


    However, in the excitement of seeing the handsome man in front of her. Linxiao had already removed her hands from men''s clothes. And just he removed his hand from her body. Linxiao lost her balance and fell to the ground with a loud bang sound.


    "Ouch," she cried in pain.


    Linxiao frowns on him for his behaviour. How can he leave her to fall? When he saved her in the first place.


    Linxiao stood from the ground, she started rubbing her back and hips with her hand. while staring at the man in front of her. He had worn a white-coloured long Robe-type outfit which was used in ancient times in the Qing dynasty.


    "Why did You leave me, when you saved me first?," Linxiao says to him glaring into his eyes.


    He looked at Linxiao''s small figure again, when she stood from the ground.


    He didn''t answer her and smirked, glancing at her like he was mocking her.


    Just as he wants to open his mouth to say something to her, he stopped in the middle by the arrival of Liu Ying and other guards.


    "Are you ok, Miss Linxiao?", Liu Ying cried while checking on her body.


    It clearly shows how much she cared for her miss, who didn''t give her any face.


    "What happened?", The man asked, eyeing Liu Ying and saw other guards behind her.


    "Nothing happens prince", Liu Ying replies to the man in hesitation. While hiding the fact Linxiao wants to run away again.


    "Then what about the commotion?," he asked, glaring toward Linxiao and back to Liu Ying''s side.


    "Prince..." Liu Ying gulped but nothing came out of her mouth. Fear was visible on her face seeing the Prince in front of her.


    Linxiao sawed the scene in front of her where they both ignored her like thin air and talking to each other. She did not understand why the girl fears to him. but how can she be silent when it''s related to her.


    "prince my foot", she murmured to herself, which was only heard by her.


    Linxiao thinks that that man was another actor in the drama by seeing his clothes and his personality. Which enough to make girls crazy when he would be on screen.


    Like a heartthrob....


    How could she have too much fantasy? Like she was on a Drama set.


    She Ignored all of them. she makes her way towards the gates. when she was already running.


    " Miss you can''t run again" Liu Ying screamed seeing her race again.


    The man turns on high alert hearing Liu Ying.


    He left his focus from Liu Ying to Linxiao who was running towards the gate.


    "Catch her" he instructed his man to catch Linxiao.


    Some new guards came out when others were already behind her.

 Chapter 6 - Prince Lin Feng

    Prince Lin Feng instruction and men were already behind her. Just as guards had seized her, they brought her back to prince Lin Feng.


    "Leave me"Linxiao yelled at the guard who was holding her from both sides.


    " You wanna go away....? for what...?, you want to die this early just because of a man? Are you that weak?." Lin Feng said in outrage glaring at Linxiao with his furious and cold eyes. which only reflect a disdain for her right now.


    Linxiao stares into his eyes which was looking beautiful and alluring a moment ago but now they turn into bloodshot and only wants to destroy the world with his eyes.


    Chilli spins down on her body seeing him like this. she wants to say something but she loses her courage to ask him anything because of the fear of the man.


    Now, she understood why Liu Ying shutter while converse with him.


    Linxiao moved a little back from her position where she was standing. B, ut what she could do when she was in the grip of guards.


    She bows her head in fear which was not seen by anyone, she blinks her innocent eyes two-three times in the fear of Lin Feng, and then she closes her eyes.


    Linxiao did not say anything to the man, what she wanted to say to him was all left in her mind.


    However, seeing Linxiao silent, who did not utter a word, the prince became more furious and irritated.


    He came closer to her and he held her shoulder from both sides then he asked "answer me Linxiao!".


    Lin Feng looked furious seeing Linxiao. who had not to answer any of his questions.


    "I did not understand anything, what are you saying?" Linxiao mumbled in her child-like innocent voice looking at his face from the corner of her naive eyes.


    She continued when she saw that he did not react in any way.


    "And who are you?...., asking questions to me?," Linxiao asked Lin Feng in front of her.


    Lin Feng, "....".


    Hearing the reply which came from Linxiao, Lin Feng looked at her with his blank eyes and instantly removed his hand from her shoulder.


    How could she talk to him? didn''t he have any right on her?


    "Well done, Linxiao you are bluffing as nothing happened," Lin Feng chuckled and watch her from head to toe.


    " Are you that ashamed of your deed? Now, You refuse to know me, Huh....don''t want to face me after what you had done." he glared at her with his cold and frightening gazes.


    Linxiao''s body became stiff with the frightening sight of Lin Feng.


    "How did I know you?, when I was seeing you for the first time" she counters fearfully.


    "....." Lin Feng


    "...." Liu Ying


    "...." Guards


    However, She didn''t know what she was saying and the topic changed. how she had answered him and how she can face this person in front of her whom she didn''t know and what about his attitude towards her.


    Lin Feng looked at Linxiao dumbfoundedly, the coldness and bloodshot in his eyes which were before nowhere seen in his handsome face.


    On the other side Liu Ying who was beside Linxiao, also glanced at her dumbfounded while opening her mouth widely and close.


    Liu Ying saw her miss who was answering Prince, she wanted to help her but stopped in the middle hearing Linxiao answer.


    She has no way she could save her miss from the prince. when she acted crazy and did not give any chance to explain her miss.


    "Very good Linxiao!, Now you refuse to recognise me. Have you hit your brain somewhere in the river when you were running for suicide....." Lin Feng stopped in middle. he didn''t want to bring the past.


    He frowned at her, his gaze shifted to her eyes. He stares in them like he wants to know, what she was thinking and what was inside her small peanut like a brain.


    But pity him that he can''t read her.


    He clenched his hand in a fist. which was hanging on the side of his body.


    "And what are you saying, can''t you recognise me, I am your brother," said Lin Feng.


    How can she forget her brother?


    Linxiao eyes turn wide hearing what Lin Feng had said, she stares at him with blank eyes.


    "Brother!" she exclaimed in surprise and gawking him like she had seen a phantom.


    Suddenly, she did not know what happened to hear but listening to him and what he said, she felt that her head started to ache.


    She felt like she had said the word brother many times.


    Like she felt hallucination for the first time in her entire life.


    She closed her eyes tightly and her hand subconsciously went to her head which was hurting like hell suddenly. the pain was unbearable for her.


    She saw some scene in front of her eyes that was foreign to her, a boy and girl running in hills together, they were laughing and doing many things. some memory that did not belong to her. scenes change and she caught a glimpse of something which she couldn''t bear to see. what she had seen in front of her eyes.

 Chapter 9 - Princess Didnt Recognise Anyone?

    "Is there any other issue with Linxiao?" asked Lin Feng in hesitation remembering the fact that how Linxiao has behaved and was not able to recognise him.


    Lin Feng had too much concern about that issue.


    "What are you saying, prince Lin Feng? I did not understand," Master Wang inquired in confusion. He didn''t understand what prince Lin Feng wanted to ask.


    "I am asking, if there is any injury or something like that on Linxiao," Lin Feng interrogated hesitantly to master wang.


    Master Wang saw the hesitation in Lin Feng''s expression but he did not understand why Prince was asking that.


    "It relief there is not any injury on the princess'' body. it was like God has his eyes on the princess that he was helping her so that nothing happened to Princess," Master wang said with a smile that looked amused.


    He thanks God in his heart that God had saved their princess.


    "But why are you asking that prince?" master wang question back to Lin Feng, who has looked confused and hesitant was written on his face.

    "Princess body needs healing, so give this medicine to Princess Linxiao till she regains her strength" Master Wang passed the medicine to Liu Ying by bringing medicine in his hand to Liu Ying. She politely collected the Medicine pouch master wang had given to her.


    After that Master Wang instructs Liu Ying how she had to give medicine to Linxiao, at which time was prescribed by him. And, explaining all the necessary details.


    Master Wang bowed to prince Lin Feng and left Princess Linxiao''s Palace with Lin Feng man.


    Liu Ying also left the room to take water for Linxiao. when she noticed an empty pot of water.


    With that, only Lin Feng and Linxiao were left alone in a room.


    With glowing sunlight coming into the room through the window, Lin Feng saw and moved towards the window. he closed them with one hand.


    Lin Feng reached back to Linxiao''s bed and saw her sleeping figure. he clenched his fist tightly, anger was clearly visible in his face his eyes turn wild like before, that Linxiao had seen before.


    " I will not leave you...you...dam man," Lin Feng mumbled, staring toward Linxiao''s sleeping figure.


    Just then Liu Ying came inside the room holding a pot that was filled with water.


    "Keep eye on Linxiao and don''t leave her alone," Liu Ying heard Lin Feng instruction when she was keeping jug on the side table.


    Liu Ying peeked towards Lin Feng and nodded a little in his direction.


    Lin Feng saw Liu Ying nodding her head and after confirming that someone will always stay with Linxiao all-time. Lin Feng left without any worry.

 Chapter 10 - Struggling To Death

    Linxiao was slumbering peacefully in the middle of the bed, with the scent of blooming flowers that were coming beside the window.


    her body looked relaxed, her long lashes touched her face delight skin as her eyes were closed.


    However, the peace end unexpectedly, In her forehead a little frown could be seen and sweat around her chin. her eyebrow and eyelashes which were beautiful as the moon started to twist. when Linxiao squeezes them in her sleep.


    The expression on her face alter slightly from the magnificent complexion, which was bright as the moon before, and now, flinched to turn dark.


    Linxiao clenched her hand tightly, her eyes were still closed, she grabbed the bedsheet from both of her hands as the soft material were squeezed between Linxiao''s tighten fingers.


    She starts to shake her head in sleep, her every expression demonstrate like she was in a sort of great pain. As she struggles in her sleep, if someone had sawed her like this, they must assume, her body was possessed by a dangerous and formidable soul.


    "Help... Help..." Linxiao began struggling while crying out her heart. She feels that she can''t breathe.


    "Help...help..." Her sound of crying started to increase. Just as her sound increases, her grip on the sheet also tighten.


    That seems someone''s grip was around her neck. who want to strangle her to death.


    However, no one could be detected besides Linxiao or in the room who could be doing that. as Liu Ying, who had the duty to look after Linxiao were not present there.


    Linxiao screamed for help. However, anyone was not around her, who could wake up her from the horrible dream or what was happening to her.


    No one can comfort her...


    No one was there to bring her out of struggling....


    "Help....." Linxiao starts to scream more in her dream.

    On the other side of the courtyard, Two-men who were dressed in guard clothing, standing outside of her chamber had heard the yelling of Linxiao, which was coming from inside her room, they looked at each other.

    However, Linxiao was scared of this beautiful place because she brought into a world that did not belong to her again she did not know what was happening around her.


    "What about this place, and where I am?" ...


    "And what about the place where she was before?"....

    She had numerous questions to ask.


    She had lots of things to know but didn''t find it.

    When she was alone at this place.


    She tried to see through the place and saw a large tree in the middle of all the trees.


    That tree looked beautiful and only had leaves but the leaves were different from the normal tree leaves whom she had never seen. That tree looks mysterious but gives a magical vibe at the same time.


    She tries to go there to look for that tree and maybe she finds some of her answers which she was looking for. However, she halted in her place when she heard a sweet, pretty, and mesmerising voice that can make someone crazy and at the same time give a hazardous aura around that voice.


    " If you want to find out what is happening?"..that voice stopped in the middle.


    Linxiao looked around to see who was there but did not see anyone there. However, she can feel the presence of someone around that place. She felt scared.


    "Who are you?".. She asked in a frightened and fearful voice.


    " I thought you remembered me," A voice said.


    Hearing this Linxiao feels chilly down her spine because that voice was sweet and horrified at the same time.


    "Tsk, Tsk, Tsk, Let it be, for now, you will know, If you believe in yourself you will find what you want". That voice said.


    " Why am I?" Linxiao asked from that voice.


    She talks to a person who was not even visible but to find the truth and reason why things are happening like that, she mustered courage and asked.


    "Accept the reality," that voice said.


    "Tell me who you are¡­?" Linxiao said she had many questions to ask and it is her chance to find.. the clue but when she asked again she was not able to hear anything and felt that person had already left, that person was not there.


    As she felt that no one was around and again her curious eyes which always have curiosity in them saw a tree in front of her and she went near to it¡­..


    Then suddenly her eyes opened and she looked around and she was confused at the same time because she saw that she was sleeping in bed, again at the same place where she had already been for a few days.


    Linxiao saw Liu Ying standing beside her.


    She was confused and her brain was in a mess because she felt that what she had seen did not look like a dream that felt so real.


    "But how is that possible?" She whispered to herself.

    "How is it possible?" I asked myself but I remember that all these are possible. When I came to this place and became a transmigrant Princess then all the things happening here will be possible.


    I remember what that woman had said that If I would accept these then I will find my answer. I was lost in my own thoughts.


    Linxiao accepts the reality and starts to think that she was Linxiao. and the host and she was not a different person. They were the same person and she was a crown princess and all the people and things belonged to her, Linxiao.

    Then, I saw that she had clothes in her hand and I felt confused seeing clothes, that''s why Liu Ying had clothes in her hand at this time?.

He was lost somewhere but I didn''t disturb him from his thoughts and looked around the place and I can say the architecture had done his job greatly because the place looked great and spacious and the flowers which were decorated in raw from starting from the door to inside the palace, enhance the beauty of this courtyard.


    On the top of the palace was written a word ''IMPERIAL PALACE OF EMPEROR LIN YUZHANG'' with dark black colour ink.

    I followed behind my brother and saw a middle-age man dressed in a combination of blue and black colour long robe and his black colour eyes give a calm, loving and same time dangerous aura it looked like that person would be dangerous to whom they wrong him but loving to others who were close to his heart. And a heavy crown was in his head which only increase his position from others, make him unique in his own way, his face has neutral look did not have a smile or anger but give a vibe that he must be handsome as Lin Feng in his adultness.


    I saw him from where I was standing, a person who is my father, and emperor of this kingdom.


    My brother and I were both standing in front of Emperor Yuzhang aka..  My father¡­


    I saw my brother now to Father, then I also imitated him and greeted my father.


    "Greeting to his Majesty¡­" we both said in unison and I was surprised to myself that I did not make a mistake.

 Chapter 22 - No One Believes Her

    When I saw my father in front of me sitting patiently all the things around me is normal however, The things inside me are not normal, I felt lots of different feelings at the same time, it felt like¡­.some..thing..different which I can''t describe just like something was hidden inside me wants to come out. my senses felt like it was not favourable.


    However, when my mind was not right, everything was messed up. Then I felt warm hands touch my shoulders which calm my tensed muscles and my boiling anger.


    Then again I saw a father who was seated at his throne. He looked at me in hesitation.


    What he had said, I can see that he regretted saying it. He didn''t want to say anything like that but he was emperor and had to maintain his appearances so he did not let it be seen to others in his face that he regretted.


    So, I did not further explain and say anything because it felt like all my efforts would go in vain.

 Chapter 23 - Mo Lichen....

Instead, he thinks that he should find the culprit behind this and the person who tries to kill her as soon as possible so he can protect her. After that, he left.

    Someone else is also there who isn''t able to get asleep. It felt like sleep never came to him.

    However, not able to sleep, he stood from the bed and went toward a chamber that was inside his room, where his library was positioned. That chamber looks old and has many sections which are filled with different types of books. A smell of refreshing cool mint was filled inside which was coming from one section and mixed with the scents of old books. That makes the chamber refreshing and calms the mind of a person who is facing the misery of life.


    However, it is not worked with Mo Lichen when he opens the door and came inside, his deep eyes wandering around the each section like he wants to ensure something and he went toward sections of different types of books one after another so that he could find a good book to read that would calm him or something. which one he was searching for but didn''t find what he wanted. Then, he came outside from the library to the garden wearing a shawl on his shoulder which perfectly covered his upper body and a dagger that was hanging around his well-built waist.


    When he walked around the garden that looked like a structure of God came to earth to show off, what is beauty and who is called a beauty¡­.


    Mo Lichen entered the garden, looked at the beauty of flowers and glanced above his head, towards the sky like his deep eyes were reading the twinkling stars in the heart of the sky.


    However, there is nothing in his mind other than the sweet, feared or at the same time tempting voice that he heard a few days before. He felt that all the things in his mind were a mess, till the day when he heard that pleading cried voice of a girl.


    Her voice is something different which makes him want to go towards her, a feeling that tells him and wants to help her.


    That voice always came in his dreams like she was haunting him all night for not being able to help her. Whenever he tried to sleep, he only heard her voice because of her, he had spent many sleepless nights.

    Mo Lichen heard the slow and subdued sound of footsteps, running breath and puff sound coming from the person who was behind the shadow.


    Just when the person came towards him or that person could attack him, Mo Lichen grabbed the neck of the person and that man felt helpless, not able to breathe because of the hard squeeze of Mo Lichen hand.


    Mo Lichen didn''t lose his grip on prey, then suddenly heard a hoarse mouth preceding voice.".Ma...maas...Master, it is Me..,...cough!cough!".


    Just when Mo Lichen heard his voice he frowned and immediately took his hands back from the neck of that man.


    "Why did you come here like this?" Mo Lichen asked, staring at that man, he wanted to know why he came to him hidden like this and at this late night.


    Otherside, condition of that man did not look right, he immediately put his hands on his neck and chest because he is not able to breathe, his young and handsome dammenor  nowhere to be seen instead, his complexion turns to paler and his face looked red like all the blood in his body came upright to his face and his pupils widely starting to his master.


    "Cough!...his..highness..I came here to give you information which we received¡­" said that man.


    "I did not ask..this," said Mo Lichen in anger and glaring at the man.


    He was angry because if he did not remove his hands-on time maybe he would die. He was disappointed with him and seeing his pale face and the red scars on his neck which occurred because of him.


    Without caring for his condition the man bowed to Mo Lichen like a loyal man who never cared for himself when it came to his master.

 Chapter 24 - Mo Lichen Start War Against Dongfang Kingdom

    Without caring for his condition the man bowed to Mo Lichen like a loyal man who never cared for himself when it came to his master.


    "His highness.." He said.


    "No need for this" Mo Lichen said seeing his condition and knowing that he must be in pain, then why would he need to bow in front of him, in this condition so he ignored the formalities.


    "His highness.. it is because¡­ one of our men died in the Second Prince''s hands and he is keeping his eyes on your every move and person related to you. I don''t want to disclose my identity that I was a person who is helping you in the dark," the man explained.


    Hearing this anger rooted in him, his brother again tries to get on his nerves.


    When he ignored his brother''s deeds and wrongdoings then why he tried to do something which he should not, and now he was looking for death, then surely, he would give him what he wanted and complete his deathwise.


    "What you found¡­?" Asked Mo Lichen.


    The man came near to Mo Lichen and he told him slowly, that even people beside him standing would not be able to hear what he said.


    After hearing that man, Mo Lichen eyebrow twisted and he dismissed him.


    After that Mo Lichen directly came back to his chamber and called Lu Yan his one of his trusted men and his knight.


    Lu Yan came into the chamber and tightly closed the door behind him and came in front of Mo Lichen.


    "His highness," he greeted him and Mo Lichen nodded.


    "Prepared our departure for Dongfang kingdom," said Mo Lichen indifferently.


    Hearing what his master had said, Lu yan mouth opened widely and closed.  it surprised him but immediately he came back to his senses and said.


    "Okay, highness.. how many men do we need to prepare for this" asked Lu Yan.


    He did not ask his highness why they were going to another kingdom and what suddenly occurred to the master that he called him late at night and wanted to go to the Dongfang kingdom.


    Did his highness want a war against that kingdom? Or something else..?


    Many questions were in his mind but Lu Yan did not ask, despite being how eager he was to know why they were going but he followed Mo Lichen instruction and asked him how many men they needed for this journey.


    "Only you and me," said Mo Lichen, ignoring the shocked man''s face of Lu Yan.


    "His highness." Lu Yan did not understand what his master was saying and what he wanted to do but he followed his order and did not ask further.


    "Okay, his highness," said Lu Yan.


    After understanding all the instructions which Mo Lichen gave him he came out.

    When Iu yan left, there was a mysterious smile formed in Mo Lichen''s face and he looked like he was ready to do an evil deed, something dangerous.


    "Look brother!, what you did to yourself now!, no one can save you" after saying he smiled and looked outside of the chamber waiting for this night to finish and starting a new day, his day.


    At this late-night''s small gestures and movements which Mo Lichen, Linxiao and Lin Feng had done. They don''t know that today''s little movements will bring disaster to them or fortunes.

    When both Lin Feng and Liu Ying reached inside they saw Linxiao''s pale body lying down on the ground.

    Lin Feng angrily looked at Liu Ying and said, "What were you doing outside? Can''t you take care of her?"

    "Brother...why are you scolding Liu Ying, she did what I asked her to do" came a soft voice of Linxiao from Lin Feng'' arm who was sleeping in his arms like a cute baby.

 Chapter 25 - Someone Wants To Kill Linxiao...

    When Lin Feng came inside with Liu Ying, Linxiao did not know that someone had come inside to the ancestor hall.


    However, when Lin Feng lifted her in his arms, she felt that someone was picking her up. And before he could say something. She heard Lin Feng was scolding Liu Ying because of her. so she quickly explained to Lin Feng that it was not Liu Ying''s fault.

    Suddenly Linxiao came out of these horrible memories which are giving her immense suffering and pain.


    After clearing her thoughts. Linxiao went toward a mirror that was kept in the middle wall with a beautiful chair that looked princess style in the chamber.


    Linxiao came towards the beautiful chair and sat in front of a beautiful mirror whose sides were covered with beautiful Peacock feathers all around.


    Linxiao sat in front of the mirror but her mind always went towards the horror scene that someone will try to kill her.


    Linxiao thought that when the person who tried to kill her knew. She is still alive. He would come behind her and again try to kill her.


    This thought frightened her to the core.


    Linxiao thinks that before that person again comes to her. she should try to find who that person was and that would only be a way to save herself.


    Linxiao sat there then suddenly she murmured: " think girl, think...try to remember¡­.why Linxiao went to that river and who was the person whom she was..waiting at that time".


    "What was..the information she..wanted". Linxiao tries to remember and think seriously.


    Then suddenly the bulb of her head glows.  She found that she had gone there to meet a girl who had clues and some information about her mother. which would lead her to the culprit. Her Mother the Empress of the kingdom who was missing for years.


    She was waiting for that girl who had information.


    Just when Linxiao remembered this part of segments of host memories. She understands all the things that Linxiao(host) was there for her mother..

    Exactly when Linxiao remembered this part of segments of host memories. She understands all the things that previous Linxiao was there for her mother.


    Meaning that she was there so she could find out about her mother. But things didn''t go the way she expected.


    That information may be helpful for her and could help her to find a missing Empress of the Dongfang kingdom. who was missing for years and previous Linxiao could be able to get her mother.


    But heaven and earth don''t want this. They have another fate and Destiny for her.

    That shook her from the core seeing what portraits she had seen in the mirror.


    Seeing what she had seen in front of her.


    She immediately stood from the chair and took two steps back in shock.


    Her whole body trembled because of the glimpse she saw in the mirror that did not look like her.


    Linxiao''s eyes looked towards the mirror in surprise, her throat felt like they dried up from long and no word came out from her mouth.


    Linxiao was standing away from the mirror but fear was there and in nervousness, her hands clenched the corner of her clothes.


    Linxiao is behaving like a scared puppy because what she saw in front of her was her picture.


    Linxiao saw a person who was all different and opposite to her characters. Because the person in the mirror was her, but her eyes were not like her, they were red.


    Linxiao did not understand when all these happened and why her eyes looked red.


    She didn''t know when all her actions, thinking and promises to herself turned like that.


    But why suddenly thinking about all this made her angry that led her eyes to turn into a dangerous red one.


    She wonders when her eyes look like that and that''s made her think that the person in the mirror was not her.


    Because her eyes turned red with anger.. And it looked like fire was coming out of her eyes, as they were ready to burn the world and the person looked like a living Devil in the Human World.


    Linxiao''s black eyes can''t believe that the person in the mirror was her. She stared at her appearance which was not her personality.


    She is known for her kind temperament in her world.


    Then what is it....


    Her personality was always cute, sweet, helping and easily attracted anyone toward her. But the person she saw was really not like her. It has a personality aggressive, inflamed and dangerous and killing intended, a dangerous aura was all around her, which anyone wants to be avoided and would have felt that not to go towards that person.


    Seeing this image her mind did not work.


    She starts to go towards the mirror carefully to examine her face.


    To confirm that probably what she saw was just all her imagination not real.


    As she went close to the mirror she shook her head and closed her eyes. Then after she again opened her eyes but nothing changed in front of her.


    Her beautiful cherry face looked the same as she had seen before as a dangerous aura came to her.


    But Linxiao knew she was calm from inside and her mind was so. Then why she is seeing her appearances like that, she did not understand at all.


    To clear her doubts that they are not real she puts her beautiful hands on her cherry blossoms face to ensure her face was right and nothing is wrong.


    But...to her surprise when she put her hands on her face and looked at her appearance in the mirror a shock flashed through her eyes.


    Because her appearance in the mirror stayed still without any movement in her hands and face.


    Linxiao has a question in her mind that the appearance in the mirror was her. then why didn''t it change when she put her hands on her face.


    These things make Linxiao feared.


    And in the fear of what was happening around her, she hurriedly went two steps back to her foot and she was tricked with something and fell to the ground.


    A loud¡­..bang..sound could be heard..


    She fell to the ground on her ass. That hurt a lot but this pain was nothing for Linxiao as a fear in her heart.


    She looks towards the mirror in disbelief.


    Linxiao looked in the mirror with panic and terror. And her mind was not working but in anxiety, only one question came out of her mouth.


    "Who...are¡­.. you?" Linxiao shutter and asked, looking towards the person in the mirror.


    Because the person there was not her shadow. rather another person who looked exactly like her.

    "Who...are¡­.. you?" Linxiao shutter and asked, looking towards the person in the mirror.


    Because the person in the mirror was not her shadow, instead she thought that was another person. who looked exactly like her.


    Linxiao felt that it was some other person, not her at all.


    She goes closer to the mirror and with her shaking hands she touches the mirror. so she could touch another person to confirm that..is this shadow or something else?.


    She touched the mirror but her hands felt nothing. It''s clearly a shadow, so why is it different from her?


    Before Linxiao''s mind could process this mystery.


    She heard as Shadow spoke, "Don''t you recognise me I am you". And laugh mischievous standing in the mirror.


    Hearing the voice of her shadow Linxiao takes her steps two feet away from the mirror.


    Linxiao can''t able to believe in her eyes that what was happening all of this.


    She felt her head spin suddenly with so much confusion around her.


    "No no ..it can''t be true, how can a shadow speak? No, it''s all my imagination.."Linxiao said to herself and she clutched her head.


    Linxiao thought that yesterday she was not able to get a good sleep so that''s why she felt like this.


    Just as she was thinking, she hears the shadow voice again.


    "I am you, and you are me..it''s hard to accept yourself, I am your inner self," That shadow says again.


    "No¡­.no it can''t be true". Linxiao said while shaking her head. She was not able to think and she lifted a vase in her that was kept around there.


    Linxiao tightly clutches that vase in her hand and throws it towards the mirror with lots of force.


    Just as that vase hit the mirror. A beautiful Peacock feather mirror broke and scattered all over on the ground. And the shadow which Linxiao had seen who was hunting her disappeared from there.


    In this, on hearing the sound of something breaking, Liu Ying comes into the chamber without wasting any minute.


    "What happened there Linxiao?" asked surprised  Liu Ying to her while looking at the broken and shattered glass of the mirror all over the floor.


    Liu Ying thought that a moment ago all was good with Linxiao as she left her in her chamber. Then what suddenly happened with Linxiao.


    She thinks about what happened and how that mirror broke.


    Meanwhile,


    Linxiao looked at Liu Ying coming towards her. She felt revealed and extremely glad seeing her. that she went running towards Liu Ying as she found water in the wild desert.


    Linxiao came and hugged her tightly.


    Seeing someone close to her this time Linxiao felt relaxed but not able to answer Liu Ying''s question. That''s what happened here?.


    Linxiao didn''t understand what was happening around her and some weird things and all this was coming in front of her.


    As she already had accepted the truth of her life and was ready to live this life happily.


    trying to become happy and learn how to survive in this world. Then why?


    Why did all the weird things come to her as she tried hard to live?..


    " Then What is all this?" Liu Ying asked to scare Linxiao, who was in her arms and did not have any sign that she could leave her early.


    Liu Ying rubs Linxiao''s back and slowly tries to calm her down. But still, she doesn''t understand what happened with Linxiao''s that she behaved like this.


    Linxiao came back to her senses and saw what she was doing. She held Liu Ying tightly in a hug as her whole life depended on her.

    A marketplace, where all people were summoned for purchasing or doing their works and some were there for fun and that place was full of people''s crowd, lanterns were lit on the street.


    They decorated beautiful flowers in the market whose fragrance was enough to make this marvellous place more lively and the red lanterns which were hanging on the top of each shop made it look a more stunning place to visit.


    In this lively place, two men who looked suspicious came into the market as they wore simple attire as commoners of the kingdom, but something was missing and different from both of the men, which made them suspicious in this lively and crowded place. They looked like commoners in the crowd but if someone notices them, going closer towards them, then they could measure the difference with them.


    One was wearing a white robe which gives anyone a sense of peace and calm mind but for this man''s personality as cold as ice and sharp physique and looks. That white robe does not suit his cold personality. But that makes him look cute and handsome at the same time in a white robe.


    Another man who was following behind the haughty man looked like a child, young and mannered.


    A cold man with a pair of brown eyes as an eagle and tall, masculine body which any woman is always ready to drool and masculine male body which made women head over hell for him.


    As both men entered the market silently, no one noticed the existence of a hot, handsome man in the market.


    And these two men were none other than the First prince of Jinchen kingdom, Mo Lichen and his trusted man, General Lu Yan. who were wandering around in Dongfang kingdom''s busy market.


    As both men were in a hurry on their way to go forward. That handsome cold man, Mo Lichen, was looking towards a shop as he did not notice someone coming towards him and that person collided with him with a bang.


    "Ouch.." Mo Lichen heard a meek voice of that person who collapsed on him.


    Before both men, prince Mo Lichen and others fell. They support each other by gripping one another''s body tightly.


    A young man who collided with a cold prince Mo Lichen, he looked young and handsome as a rare beauty, a cute species who could take away the heart of so many girls in one go.


    Young man''s black deep eyes were staring towards a handsome man as he was seeing something precious.


    Cold man, Mo Lichen, whose one hand was gripping the waist of the younger man and his other hand was supporting his shoulder steadily from behind. Which was stopping and did not let the young man fall as Mo Lichen was staring into the brown pair of eyes.


    Both of them staring into each other''s eyes for quite a moment. A pair of chocolate black eyes were surprisingly staring into brown eagle deep eyes as the entire world stopped there for a moment. an electric shock pass through the air and the wind started blowing very strong.


    Younger man''s both hands were on Mo Lichen''s shoulder. As their faces were closed to each other. That they forget how ambitious they were looking to onlookers.


    "Master¡­" said a second man, Lu Yan berate coming towards them who was behind the Mo Lichen.


    This sudden voice of Lu Yan broke the train of thought of both Mo Lichen and young men who were in their own world. As Mo Lichen leaves the young man from his grip and straightens his clothes, which were spoiled as they collided with the young man.


    "Master are you ..alright?" inquired Lu Yan while staring at a young man who was busy observing these two.


    Lu Yan glanced at the young man in front of him angrily as he wanted to kill him for collapsing on his Highness, crown prince, Mo Lichen.


    Lu Yan was busy checking out this young man on another side Mo Lichen, who was busy with his clothes, as when they heard a furious voice of the young man.


    "Did you see what you had done?" The young man raised a question to Mo Lichen, who looked towards the young man when he heard his voice. The young man was staring into his eyes madly as someone snatched something precious from him.


    Mo Lichen looked at the young man, lifting his brows as he didn''t understand what he was saying.


    Finding that person in front of him, he didn''t even acknowledge his mistake and did not realise what he did. The young man became irritated and looked with a feverish expression towards the ground as he was showing something. Following the sight of a young man, Mo Lichen looked in the direction where the young man was looking.


    Mo Lichen saw the dragon''s beard candy was on the ground.


    Before he could utter something to this weird young man. Who eats candies at this age, Lu Yan appears beside Mo Lichen and speaks before him, "If you were so worried about some useless candy then can''t you walk properly, when you were running in street carelessly".


    Hearing that, they didn''t accept their mistake. When it was their fault, who collided with him. And even they had the courage to accuse him of not seeing them and walking carelessly in the streets. That infuriates the young man.


    "You!.. you people already run my sweet candy and you still have the nerve to say something to me," asserted a young man whose cheeks looked red because of anger inside him for spoiling his candy as he pointed his finger to the ground where the sweet candy had fallen.


    "You.. what did you say we ruined your stupid candy, you are bashing on us. When you come towards my master, collide with him and even ruin his clothes." Lu Yan proclaims, pointing his finger at Mo Lichen''s clothes which were spoiled tiny with the candy essence on the right side of the robe.


    As his tone was harmonizing, the same as a young man''s tone.

 Chapter 29 - Infuriated Mo Lichen

    Lu yan pointed his finger at Mo Lichen''s clothes which were tiny spoiled due to the candy essence on the right side of his robe.


    Lu yan''s tone was harmonizing the same as a young man''s tone.


    "Yoouuu!... you are trying to spoof me" assert the young man pointing his Index finger to Lu yan, who was busy staring at the young man. so he could think what next word he can use against him. As no one could accuse his highness when he didn''t utter a word to him.


    "Did he think that his Highness did not say something to him then he could have bullied him and accused him for what he didn''t do, without knowing his identity." Lu yan thought and smirked while staring at the young man.


    Mo Lichen, who didn''t say a word, was quiet all-time standing beside both Lu yan and a Younger man because he did not want to be recognized by others. when he was here to get something. He was lowering his status. when he came to Dongfang kingdom in disguise as a commoner. But as they both, Lu yan and a young man were arguing for a candy that irritates him.


    Mo Lichen frowned as his eyes drifted on both of them, he clenched his fist and closed his brown eyes which turned red. As he was trying to control his anger. Which came because of that young man who annoyed him to the core just for candy and arguing for that to him.


    Ignoring Mo Lichen, Lu yan and the young man was busy arguing with each other and didn''t notice Mo Lichen who got infuriated because of them.


    He didn''t want to do anything which could disclose his identity. He was annoyed with a nonstop argument between both of them.


    Mo Lichen looked at Lu yan who didn''t take a name that he would stop. As he was fighting like a kid. Mo Lichen thinks that he didn''t know Lu yan at all, seeing him arguing with someone. who served him, and had strong, powerful and capable fighting skills in the battlefield, were arguing with a young man as teenagers at this moment.


    Both Lu yan and the young man look like the same age but having a different kind of seniority and attitude with them.


    Lu Yan had a tough personality but behaved like a kid, while he was arguing with a young man.


    "Do you think that, if you look quite attractive and handsome then you could do anything as you pleased and don''t accept your own mistakes?"  said the young man. Lu yan looked at the young man who was busy taking out a none-related topic to argue with him, looks like as he came today with the only purpose to fight with them.


    "Whhhhaatttt did yooouu just said... say it again..? Our Mistake!..? Lu yan counter as his furious gaze was on the young man.


    "Yaa..mistake!" The young man announced to Lu yan and averted his gaze which went on Mo Lichen who stood there like its matter was nothing related to him."Anyway, it''s nothing related to you," the young man informed Lu yan and again looked at Mo Lichen.


    But Lu yan again came, tilted the young man keeping his hands on his shoulder towards himself, who was looking at Mo Lichen as he was ready to argue with him next after Lu yan. However, now he was facing Lu yan in front of him.


    "Tell properly! what did you say?.. Huuuh.. Our mistake! when was it our mistake?.." said Lu yan as they both were staring into each other''s eyes furiously.


    "How can you behave this way? '''' the young man raised his brow and announced. "I already said, it''s nothing related to you,". The young man repeated his words to Lu yan again, who was not ready to give up on him. Both Lu yan and the young man start fighting again, ignoring Mo Lichen''s presence from whom this matter related at the first place.


    "Enough of enough... " both heard a cold voice, and they stopped arguing and looked towards the owner of the source of the voice.


    Lu yan''s eyes traveled to Mo Lichen and he saw that his master was angry. Lu yan lowered his eyes immediately and bowed his head in front of Mo Lichen and was not able to say a word again which can make his master angry.


    Lu Yan looked at his master from the corner of his eyes who was now glaring at the young man with whom he was arguing.


    Lu yan felt ashamed realising what he did, he knew, Mo Lichen must be angry and boiling with anger, from inside at this moment because he already informed that, they were going to Dongfang kingdom for a purpose and Mo Lichen did not wants till then their identity would be disclosed to anyone.


    "But here I am arguing with a crazy young man in the middle of the Dongfang street," Lu yan thought to himself.


    When he raised his head and saw people around were looking at them, curiously and oddly. Because of their argument, some people were staring in their direction as they gathered the attention of the ongoing people around them.


    As they were staring at them, some were peeping and stopped at their position, wanting to know what was happening there and who would win in this argument.


    Lu yan has nothing left to say for his mistake, what he did was that he forgot Mo Lichen instructions.


    Meanwhile,


    A young man who felt Chilli down his spine hearing a ruthless and cold voice. That he wants to run away from this cold man, whose gaze was on him as he wants to dig a hole inside his body from his horror eyes.


    "If anyone could die hearing this demon and ruthless man''s voice, Then till now I would surely die," the young man thought in his mind seeing Mo Lichen coming towards him.


    "What do you want?" Asked Mo Lichen as his eyes were on him, a young man came out of his thoughts and saw Mo Lichen was standing in front of him.


    He didn''t have guts that he could directly see into Mo Lichen''s eyes. As he was frightened seeing him coming to him.

 Chapter 30 - Do I Look Like Prince..

    He didn''t have guts that he could directly see into Mo Lichen''s eyes. As he scared because of Mo Lichen''s steps coming towards him.


    Averting his gaze from Mo Lichen''s eyes, the young man mustered courage and asserted, "you owe me an apology".


    "Apology! .." Lichen Said while raising his brows and having a sharp smirk on his face and went close towards the young man Meanwhile, he took his steps back in fear because of Mo Lichen closeness to him.


    "Yoouu; you stop there..don''t you dare to take further steps " young man stuttered moving his lips slowly looking at Mo Lichen as nothing came out from his lips at the moment.


    Mo Lichen ignores the young man''s words, and he comes closer to him. However, he takes his steps back as Mo Lichen takes his steps closer to him.


    While young man looked at his back, where no space left so he could move behind further as there was only a wall left behind him.


    Mo Lichen extended his right hand and brought it towards the young man''s face and held his chin while his other hand was on the wall behind the young man. Mo Lichen''s body completely encircled the young man''s entire body as he caged him between the wall and his piercing aura.


    Mo Lichen stared into his eyes. "Do you need an apology from me?" he said in a hoarse voice and the young man could feel his hot breath over his face because Mo Lichen''s face was closed to him.


    Hearing what Mo Lichen had said, young man gulped in fear, "NO...No¡­" The young man says in fear because of too much closeness between them which were suffocating him and he shook his head in refusal at Mo Lichen while looking into his deep brown eagle-eyes.


    As Mo Lichen''s deep piercing gaze made him captivating and spellbound towards him to say what he wanted to hear from others.


    "No!.. No need of apologies...big brother..no need of apologies. In fact, it''s my fault that I didn''t walk properly and come in your way and collide with you. It has nothing to do with you, it''s absolutely my mistake." Young man said recklessly as he was in a hurry to go away from Mo Lichen''s grip and he immediately jerked Mo Lichen''s hand which was gripping his chin. So that he would free himself from Mo Lichen.


    As soon as Mo Lichen''s grip loosened from his chin. Young man...immediately ran away from there with the speed of light as he saw some ghost.


    Mo Lichen raised his brows, looked at his right hand which was smacked by man and he smirked seeing the young man ran away from him but he could not understand the young man''s sudden behaviour who was arguing with Lu Yan none stop, look confident but in front of him he scared as a soft kitten.


    On the other side Lu Yan saw young man running away from Mo Lichen as he had seen a ghost, he wants to go behind him so that he can catch him, ''how could he run away from crown prince Mo Lichen when he talks to him, he didn''t even finish it, yet'' Lu Yan thought and try to go behind him but he stopped, as Mo Lichen refused him from doing so...


    Mo Lichen tilted towards Lu Yan and gestured to him, showing his palm to stop him from going behind a young man who ran away in the middle of the conversation as he was dealing with him.


    Lu Yan shook his head in agreement with Mo Lichen as he knew he already made a blunder so this time he heard and followed Mo Lichen''s orders and did not go behind the crazy man.


    Mo Lichen stopped Lu Yan because they have other more important things to take care of.. and also they don''t have that much time to deal with the stranger. It''s all a slight mistake of him as well that he did not pay attention when he was going forward and collided with him.


    After a silly argument with a stranger, they ignored it and went to their destination.


    Meanwhile,


    Young Man Who escaped from Mo Lichen came to another alley to hide there as he had seen a ghost who was behind him.


    He stopped in an alley and took the support of the near-wall beside him. He put his hand on his beating heart and closed his eyes as his breath was up and down, as he was panting and his heart beating crazily because he came here running as fast as possible and a bead of sweat formed on his forehead.


    As soon as he stopped and made himself calm down, a young woman came towards him and kept her hand on his shoulder, as his back was facing to her eyes.


    As the sudden touch of someone on his shoulder startled him, he closed his eyes and thought that someone caught him because of the incident that happened earlier. "Miss" but hearing a girl''s soft voice, he felt relaxed but in another moment he tilted his body towards the girl and stared into her eyes. As before, that girl could say anything further she stopped in the middle seeing a young man was staring at her.


    Realising what she did wrong.


    "My apologies...his highness," said the girl, lowering her brow and bowing her head in front of the man.


    "No need for this Liu Ying¡­" young man said and kept his hand on his thumping chest which was beating fast because of his earlier run.


    "But remember..don''t say nothing like before," He proclaimed, staring into her eyes.


    Liu Ying''s cheeks glowed red as tomatoes, and her eyes were staring deep black eyes as she blushed, her lips curled upwards seeing this handsome young man whose intense gaze was on her.


    "Yes..highness" she shook her head in agreement with the young man.


    "Liu Ying..." the man gritted his teeth and complained.


    "Do I look like a prince to you¡­?" he raises a question, pointing his finger towards his clothes.


    Liu Ying shook her head. "No¡­" seeing his blue-coloured casual robe.


    "So...," the handsome man asked, going close to Liu Ying.


    Seeing the closeness between them Liu Ying blushes and she comes towards the young man and keeps her hands on the young man''s shoulder and tiptoes her feet, she raises till his ears. "Then what should I call you...?" she whispered in the young man''s ear.

    Liu Ying tiptoe and asked, "Then what should I call you ...Linxiao?'''' As she stressed on her words.

Liu Ying asked in amusement as she knows that Linxiao never comes up with any name without any reason, so she asked about the reason behind her name, and wanted to know the mystery behind the name.


    "Don''t you think I am a genius?" while smirking Linxiao said.


    Before Liu Ying counters her, she cuts her off and announces.


    "Well it''s nothing great, in the name Xiao Tong,..Xiao..came from my last name of Linxiao and about tong¡­"As she said, a devilish smile appeared on her face and she throws a flirty wink to Liu Ying "I can''t tell you this now, maybe a little later" she says with a chuckle.

    Just as Linxiao came out of her bed-chamber and started to go towards the bathhouse, she saw Liu Ying coming towards her and she bowed her head, joining her both hands forward in respect.


    Linxiao nodded her head. She thought it was necessary for Liu Ying to bow to her whenever she met her.


    "Linxiao where are you going?" she asked after arising from the bow.


    "I am going to the bathhouse," Linxiao replied politely.


    "Let me help you with your bath" Liu Ying stated and came forward and started to walk behind Linxiao.

 Chapter 33 - We Are Friends

    "Linxiao, where are you going?" she asked after bowing in front of her.


    "I am going for a bath," Linxiao replied politely.


    "Let me help you with the bath," Liu Ying stated as she came forward and walked behind Linxiao.


    Linxiao did not refuse Liu Ying''s request. Because she knew, as a princess, she had to accept help from others for such petty matters.


    As they both were heading to the bathhouse Linxiao told Liu Ying, "can you not bow to me every time, whenever you see me".


    "Huhhh" Liu Ying did not know why she was saying this. But she understood what Linxiao meant.


    "How dare I not to do so?, as I am here to serve you and perform my responsibility" Liu Ying counter Linxiao as they were about to reach the bathhouse and in the middle of their way servants came and they also bow to Linxiao, to which she politely nods in respect and returns their greetings with a little smile.


    Seeing that other servants bow to Linxiao, Liu Ying asserted, "Look, they work here, and it was their way of respecting their masters, so I am doing the same for you".


    Linxiao did not feel good hearing this reply of Liu Ying, so she chuckled and asked, "aren''t we friends?"


    "We are but.." Liu Ying could not complete as she was hesitating, Linxiao stops in her tracks and tilts her head towards Liu Ying, "but what? She questioned Liu Ying.


    "As you know... that I am also a servant here, so how can I disrespect you?" Liu Ying counters back and responds to Linxiao and after that, she leans her head.


    "But before that, you are my friend. I don''t want this type of respect from you". After completing what she wanted to say, Linxiao turned and started heading towards the bathhouse.


    Liu Ying said nothing and followed behind her. While talking to each other, they did not know when they reached the bathhouse, where some maid servants were already present. Who was preparing for Linxiao''s bath.


    Detecting them all, Linxiao hesitated and thought, "did she have to take a bath in front of all of them?".


    And she forgot she was talking to Liu Ying.


    Liu Ying waited for Linxiao to say something or she could reply to her, but when she saw Linxiao''s reserved face coming beside her. Which looks neutral from her usual self as she looks nervous and confused, staring at something.


    Liu Ying followed her sight, which was looking towards the maid servants, who were busy in preparing the Linxiao''s bath.


    However, Linxiao was watching them with wide eyes and looked lost somewhere as she was thinking of something deep.


    "Linxiao!" Liu Ying went towards Linxiao, yelled her name and shook her body to bring Linxiao back from her deep thoughts.


    Linxiao looks at Liu Ying and after that, she turns her head and orders the maidservants, "you all can go out" they all stop doing their work after hearing princess Linxiao order.


    "Linxiao they are here to help you" Liu Ying interrupted and looked into Linxiao''s eyes to find the reason for her sudden order.


    "I don''t want anyone, now" she asserts politely. How could Linxiao be comfortable with them? When she does not have a habit of all of this luxurious life and has to take baths when people are staring at her. It will take time for her to fully adapt here.


    All the servants looked towards Liu Ying as they were waiting for her order. Seeing that, Linxiao was steady with her order. Liu Ying nodded her head towards them and after that, all the maidservants left.


    watching them go out, Linxiao smiles a little and feels at ease.


    After all the servants went out, Linxiao averted her gaze to Liu Ying, who was busy with putting rose petals in the water.


    "Umm, Liu Ying, I am saying to you about something," Linxiao asserted and went toward the bathtub.


    After putting rose petals in, Liu Ying took a jar that was filled with milk and poured all the milk from the jar into the water. While doing this she asked, "what are you saying?" She questioned Linxiao as she knew they were conversing before.


    "As I had said before, you don''t need to bow to me. What I need is my friend, not a princess, need her maid," Linxiao announced while undressing her upper robe and got inside the gigantic bathtub, which Liu Ying had already prepared for her.


    "And I had already said that I have to respect my Princess. '''' Hearing Liu Ying she felt infuriated, but she closed her eyes to relieve herself. As hot water mixed with the milk calms her nerves. She ignored what Liu Ying said and was enjoying the fragrance of rose petals.


    While enjoying the bath, she thought about the Liu Ying situation from her point of view as working here she has to follow the rules of the royal palace.


    Liu Ying looked in Linxiao''s direction Who had closed her eyes.


    After a while, Linxiao opened her eyes and said, "Okay! I understand what you are saying. You can bow and say whatever you like in front of others but.." she pauses and Liu Ying looks at her as she is waiting to hear out what Linxiao was about to say, "but whenever we are alone and no one is around us. I don''t want any formalities from my friend," Linxiao proclaims, and smiles looking at Liu Ying.


    For this Liu Ying did not counter and complained and she accepted Linxiao''s request as she was happy that Linxiao prioritized her.


    "Okay, her highness," Liu Ying laughed, and she teased Linxiao.


    But she thought about Linxiao''s strange behaviour, and why she was acting differently suddenly.


    However, she followed Linxiao''s request. But she had questions in her mind. Which she wanted to ask but did not ask.


    After the bath, Linxiao went to the dressing room where she got ready with the help of Liu Ying. On other hand Liu Ying thought to ask what was running inside her mind.


    "Linxiao, why all of a sudden you say something like that to me and make that request?".

    "Linxiao, why suddenly you say something like this to me and make that request?".


    While sitting on the royal chair, Linxiao peered into Liu Ying''s eyes from the mirror and said, "it is because I came back from the death and uneventful moment. I realized how the things and people around me are precious. Whom I forget to cherish in the middle. So, this time I thought I should not repeat my mistakes. And you are my friend so, can''t I care for you and treat you well, equal to me as we are friends."


    Linxiao chuckled and said, "as there is a saying goes, between the friends never look for their inequality. In friendship, friends are equal".


    Linxiao could not come up with any better excuse to answer Liu Ying''s query. Which arose in her mind, and that can raise suspicion towards her. So, it''s better to solve them before they arise.


    But little did she don''t know what the effect of her conversation would be on Liu Ying.


    As like always, Liu Ying became emotional and started crying after hearing what Linxiao had said.


    Noticing from the mirror that Liu Ying was crying. Linxiao became anxious, catching a glimpse of her cry and thought, did she say something wrong?. She stood from the chair and came toward Liu Ying. so she could ask why she was crying, but Liu Ying moved toward her and immediately hugged her in arms.


    Linxiao could not understand her actions. She returned her hug and patted her back. After that, she separated Liu Ying from her, "Why are you crying now?," whipping her falling tears with her fingers Linxiao asked.


    "Linxiao, you care for me so much. I never had thought in my dream about that," Liu Ying said, looking into Linxiao''s eyes. While smiling, she answered Linxiao''s other question. "It''s nothing, it''s happy tears" Liu Ying wiped them in a while saying.


    Liu Ying had never thought that one-day Linxiao would think about her like this.


    It''s not like previous Linxiao mistreated her. They were friends but the previous host never cared for her like how Linxiao was treating her.


    While smiling, she thought Linxiao''s change was positive.


    Knowing it, Linxiao feels relieved, and she says, "Okay ..ok stop your precious pearls from falling, otherwise they will fill this room" Linxiao teases her while laughing and squeezing her cheeks.

    "But did you forget, you can''t go out now"? Liu Ying asserted and looked at Linxiao.


    However, seeing Linxiao''s confused look and hearing what she said before about going out. Liu Ying realized she did not inform Linxiao about that.


    "Why?" Linxiao exclaims in surprise. And look at Liu Ying. "Why can''t I go outside?"

    "Give me a minute and wait for me here, do not go anywhere." Saying this, Linxiao went outside of the dressing room.


    Liu Ying stood in the dressing room and waited for Linxiao to come back. But it has already passed too much time and Linxiao did not appear. It was enough of Liu Ying''s patience, and she could not wait for any longer.

    " I said let me go", This time Linxiao smirks and leaves Liu Ying. As she was satisfied with her work in disguise, herself in man''s clothes. Even Liu Ying could not recognize her.


    As Linxiao left Liu Ying''s body, however, Liu Ying whose anger was in seventh heaven. She looked at Linxiao with her piercing gaze, as if she could murder her. She yelled, looked into the man''s eyes, and interrogate, " Tell me, who are you?, and why did you come here. It''s better to go out before I could call guards, who will drag you out from here and your life would be at stake".

    "But why is the prince here?" Liu Ying asked about important matters, ignoring those.

    "Brother.." Linxiao wanted to speak before, so he could not scold Liu Ying for the mistake which she didn''t have done. Instead, it''s her mistake to come out of the palace, when his Majesty had given the order that she can''t go outside.


    However, it shocked Linxiao after hearing what the next sentence Lin Feng had said.

    But before he could ask his General, Shi Rong came to his side and bowed his head.


    "Your Highness, we have found the person you were looking for." General Shi-Rong informed Lin Feng.


    Lin Feng turned toward general Shi Rong and nodded at him. Whose heads still lowered in front of Lin Feng.


    After that, he looked towards Liu Ying and stated "at this hour, you should have been in the palace".


    "Yes, your highness, I was about to head back to the palace," Liu Ying says, and lowered her head and from the corner of her eyes, she looked at Linxiao.

    "How dare she?'''' Liu Ying furrowed and yelled. She came closer to Linxiao seeing beautiful girls around on this street. Knowing if girls saw her with Linxiao they must think someone already had accompanied Linxiao so they would not come closer and approach Linxiao. As she was protecting her princess, her friend.

He went there, taking his steps towards the window saturated in his chamber. As he needs fresh air to clear the mess out of his head. Which he felt was because of Xiao Tong, as Linxiao, who dressed in the man''s attire.


    Mo Lichen needs to calm himself from the feeling of restlessness.


    When Mo Lichen reached the enormous window from where he could view almost half of the area of the place. His sight captured Lin Feng. Who stood on the other side of the courtyard, conversing with a girl. Who dressed in a light pink colour. Mo Lichen did not know the girl as her back was facing him.


    In the evening, at the time of sundown, the entire place was warm and an icy breeze in the warm sunset touched his face. Turning, Mo Lichen calm and away from Linxiao thought. As his sight fell on the fluttering black hair of the girl in the air.


    Nevertheless, Lin Feng was talking to Linxiao. He noticed Mo Lichen standing at the window. Who was looking at him.

    Mo Lichen did not understand what happened to him. Without his awareness, his lips curled upward as a slight smile painted on his face by observing Linxiao in the woman''s attire. She had worn a baby pink colour royal dress and her black long hair fall on her waist.


    ''How could a person look like this?'' Mo Lichen wondered in his heart.


    However, Linxiao glared back at Mo Lichen with a grim expression as she was ready to punch him in a moment if she could. Not liking to appear into his view and before Mo Lichen would become suspicious of her, Linxiao tilted her head back to Lin Feng.


    In this brief moment of sight, Mo Lichen felt too many complicated emotions in just a few seconds. That he could not describe.

 Chapter 50 - Lin Feng Involvement
