    In ''Dao continent'' which is located at the center of the universe has a legend that everything was created from the chaos formed by the ''Battle of Four Beasts'', and the universe evolved during their battle. Various life forms like flora and fauna and a variety of other races were created from the remains of battle thus forming continents and regions. Even after the continents were created, the battle continued for billions of years, destroying most formed continents.


    When people of the continents lived in fear and desperation, there was a man who braved himself and accumulated the power of ''Heaven and Earth'' to stop the four beasts battle by sealing them within his body. His name is ''Tian An''.The people of Continents revered him as ''God Sovereign''.


    The universe is divided into several continents and the Red Jade continent is one of them. Here people cultivate the power called Dao power, everyone is born mortal and by cultivating Dao power life essence will increase resulting in living longer lives. There are certain stages in which Dao power is cultivated based on longer life and strength.


    Cultivation levels:


    Elementary Dao realm: It has 10 stages and the power level will increase with each stage 10-stage will have a long life of 500 years.


    The other realms are


    The Martial Dao realm,


    TheEarth Dao realm,


    The Profound Dao realm,


    The Heavenly Dao realm,


    andThe Sovereign Dao realm.


    These realms have 3-stages and long life increases with the breakthrough of each realm.@@

 1 The Prophecy.

    An old man is sitting in meditative pose closing his eyes and feeling something in a room which was filled with many valuable artifacts and treasures. He is the great prophecy master named Zuji. He travels all over the Red jade continent telling prophecies and collecting treasures from kings and nobles, even though everyone knew about his arrogant nature but nobody hated him as his prophecies were accurate. Now he came back anxiously to his homeland the Tian province to meet the King Ji Xian. He sent a servant to palace notifying his return when Ji Xian heard his return he hastily arrived at Zuji''s home alone.


    Ji Xian was a tall and handsome man with a powerful physique and wearing good looking dark blue attire. When Ji Xian came to Zuji''s home he stood aside and looked at anxious Zuji. "Master, what matter have you called me for?" he asked. Zuji looked at him straight and said, "The fate of the entire continent is about to change or maybe entire universe." Zuji looked at him with complex expression and said," Xian I have been your master for about a hundred years and looked after you after your father died. As you are the only apprentice that I have in the past 150 years. As a master, I have looked at your fate." Ji Xian looked at him and said," Master whatever fate it is I want to know it."Zuji is his master he will certainly believe it.


    Zuji looked at the distant stars and said, "The good thing is you and Queen will give birth to an outstanding daughter in two years who can dominate entire Tian continent."Ji Xian has wide smile on his face as Zuji continued, "After 20 years your daughter will be the cause of a very big event at that time if you go against her wishes you will regret."Ji Xian was so happy as he was going to father after so many years he didn''t listen to the last words Zuji said. As Zuji saw Ji Xian was in trance he pulled his hand to get back to senses. Ji Xian grinning ear to ear said,


    "Master, thank you for telling me,I and my wife are going to be parents, Ha Ha Ha!..."


    "Xian you have to be careful after 20 years, I cannot see the fate of your daughter and cause of the event, you have to be careful."


    Here Zuji mumbled to himself, "Strange, I am inducing a very weak fate pulse, something is going to happen in a year, but I cannot figure out what it is and why I am I unable to look at the fate of Xian''s daughter. I cannot say it irresponsibly."

    In Tian province at dusk when everyone is getting back to their home from work, In Di family, the atmosphere is somewhat anxious because today Di family patriarch''s wife Di Xinyue having labor and going to give birth to a child. The Di family is one of the prestigious top 10 families of the Tian continent. They are powerful because they have Earth Dao realm expert as elders. The Di Zian, the Di family patriarch is moving back and forth near the bedroom anxiously, suddenly entire Tian province is covered in darkness and the entire area turned pitch black and weirdly time stopped.


    In the sky filled with darkness, two blood red colored eyes opened and spoke in a hoarse voice,


    " It is about time to serve my master," but nobody listened to voice as time itself stopped. Suddenly time started moving and the world became silent a very large vortex of energy condensed above Tian province from which a fearful azure colored lightning struck the ground near Tang mountains.


    In Di family, the midwife came from the bedroom and told patriarch," Congratulations, Patriarch you are a father to a son." Di Zian was very happy and ran into the room to see his son. The boy looked cute and adorable. Di Zian bent down near the bed and took his son into his hands and smiling said, "Xinyue, the boy just looks like you so cute and he will grow up to be a very handsome man." Di Xinyue has a smile on her face and weakly said, "Husband, he will be invincible in future." Di Zian called for Di family meeting and announced the birth of his son to celebrate the happy event. When he came back the grandma of medicine pavilion was checking on the condition of the mother and the child. Di Zian came over and asked, " How is the condition of Xinyue and my son grandma." Grandma looked at Di Zian and said, "There is nothing wrong with Xinyue she will be fine and will be recuperated within two weeks, but the problem is with the child." When Di Zian heard there is some problem with his son he hastily asked, "What is the problem?"


    " Your son is born without Dao veins and cannot practice Dao for the rest of his life, even with every medicine that I know of, it cannot be helped." Di Zian was gawked and stammered, " is..is there no solution, what about heavenly medicine." He didn''t look at his wife as he doesn''t want to see her sorrowful expression. When he finally turned to see her, she has a calm smile on her face. Di Zian felt very sad and thought she will be heartbroken, while she calmly said with a smile, "My son is going to be invincible."

 3 His name is Di Cheng.

    ''My son will be invincible'', when Di Zian heard it he kept staring at Di Xinyue with a worried gaze. His son was born with no Dao veins and his wife is saying he will become invincible. When she saw her husband''s worried gaze she smiled and said, " It''s okay, I didn''t lose my mind and everything is fine. I can''t prove now, but I can feel that our son will have great accomplishments in the future and become an outstanding person who will stand at the top of the world." When Di Zian heard her he sighed. The son who is his flesh and blood and he will take care of him, all he has to do is find a medicine which can fix his Dao veins.


    "Husband, give our son a name," said Di Xinyue. Di Zian kept recalling what his wife said, " Since you say he will be great and I wish for him to be strong and accomplished, let''s call him Di Cheng."


    Di Xinyue kept caressing her son cheeks with love and embraced him and called his name ''Di Cheng''. Di Zian left the room to take care of other matters and grandma gave some medicine to Xinyue told her to rest and left the room.


    Xinyue lied beside Di Cheng and kept staring at his sleeping face and recalled the time when she was having labor. At that time when the entire area became dark and time itself stopped, only she was not affected and she forgot the pain she was having from labor, she was very afraid that something is going to happen to the child, at that time a delicate voice resounded in her mind.


    ''Don''t worry mother, nothing is going to happen to me, everything will be alright,'' when she heard that voice she became aware whose voice it is, ''my child is talking to me'' she thought. Despite knowing that her son not having Dao veins didn''t affect her, because her son talked to her even before he was born and he will certainly have a great future. She knew nobody will believe her even her husband will doubt so she never told anyone.


    While she and her son were sleeping, in the main hall of Di family there is a commotion knowing that patriarch''s son was born without Dao Veins. While everyone was discussing that, a guard ran and said that some people from the king''s palace are waiting for him. After hearing his face became serious and ordered elders to take care of matters here and left the hall.

    The King of Tian province Ji Xian is talking with his master Zuji.


    " Xian, your wife is pregnant now, and she will give birth to a daughter, so you have to be very careful in taking care of her, I have a premonition about the strange event occurred last night and it is related to your daughter.     Di family is one of the ten noble families in Tian province and is known for the military as well as medical techniques. Most of the children of elders are practicing martial techniques and very few are interested in medicine. Di Cheng however never showed any interest in martial arts or medicine.


    Di Cheng is a tall and handsome man with long black hair and deep eyes with black pupils, even though he never practiced martial arts he has a well-built physique. The only problem is he is very lazy and never showed interest in anything, all he does is sitting in his balcony and viewing the road bustling with people. Di Zian, his father told him many times to do something or help something in medicine department so that he can gain some knowledge, but he didn''t care. He was pampered by his mother and rarely interacted with other family members.


    "Cheng''er, what are you looking at ?" a voice came from behind him. " Mother, why do we have day and night, light and dark and moon and stars, what is the purpose of them." Di Cheng turned his head and asked his mother curiously. Di Xinyue was gawked by her son''s sudden question and touched his forehead to check whether he is alright. After checking he is alright she smiled and asked, "Why do you ask that ?" Di Cheng looked at the red looking sun who is shrinking in the West and said," They are doing the same thing every day but when I do the same things every day people call me lazy." Di Xinyue didn''t answer for some timeand finally, she opened her mouth and said, "Cheng''er the answers for these questions, you have to find it for yourself, people are different and there are many different answers for a single question but I believe you can find the correct answer." Di Cheng didn''t understand what his mother was saying but nodded his head.


    " Cheng''r, I made some sweets for you, come and eat them," Xinyue said. Di Cheng happily left the room with his mother.

    Tian province king''s palace in a certain courtyard.


    " Husband, are you really going to send our daughter with your master, she is only thirteen and rarely left the palace," the Queen, Ji Xing urged her husband.     Di Cheng is sitting on a rock nearby pond in the garden and watching the fish, his mother came over and sat beside him and said, "Cheng''er your father is calling for you."Di Cheng turned his head and smiled and said," Mother do you think I am lazy because I am doing nothing and wasting my time." He became sincere and said," I have no Dao veins so I am unable to cultivate, my aptitude in medicine is not that good and I am unable to help anybody in the family and I know every one look down on me and it''s natural." He looked at the pond again pulled the grass and gripped it in his hand and said," Mother you and father doesn''t need to be worried, I don''t know for sure but I can tell you that my time will come."He released his hand and green grass became powder. Di Xinyue is shocked because that grip at least has the power of Elementary Dao Realm 3-stage physical strength. She looked at her son ''I knew it, even though he doesn''t have Dao ki, he has a powerful physical body,'' she is proud to have him as her son.


    Di Cheng and his mother returned to a room where his father was going through some documents when Di Zian saw his son he waved his hand and gave him an invitation letter.


    It is an invitation for ''Martial Arts competition'' which is going to be held by Bu family.


    "Cheng''er this competition is held every four years, last time you are a small kid, now you can come along with me to the competition," when he saw his son is about to speak he waved his hand and said, " I am not asking you to enter in the competition, I am asking you to watch the competition and broaden your horizon." Di Cheng thought for a while '' yes, I can have a look at the outside world, all day staying here is boring,'' he nodded his head. "We will be going to Bu family in ten days prepare yourself.


    In Bu family.


    "Patriarch, I just got information that Di family patriarch is attending the competition along with his son Di Cheng," an elder who was responsible invitations said to Bu family patriarch Bu Fan.

    The martial art''s competition is going to be held in the capital, the arena is specially prepared so that it can sustain many audiences.


    Aside from Bu family and Di family the other noble families attending the competition are Fei family, Jian family, Che family, Su family and the last four are Tu, Mu, Chu, and Xi families. The families attending the competition were given lodging in a luxurious inn in the capital city.


    "Brother Bu Shen, I came here two days ago you have to show me the attractions of the capital city, " asked a coquettish looking female. "Fei Ling, why don''t you accompany your brother Fei Long," said Bu Shen annoyingly. Fei Ling is the daughter of Fei family patriarch looks charming and beautiful.

    Di Cheng is bored staying in Di family, so he wants to get some air and visit some interesting places. Now the competition is a perfect chance for him to roam in the capital.

" Di Cheng said to Di Chen while looking at the nearby stalls.

Take this bracelet it is a gift from me," with that he took a silver colored bracelet with red stripes and gave it to Di Cheng. Di Cheng wore the bracelet and stored the things he bought.


    While they are strolling a commotion broke out nearby palace walls and saw people crowded there to watch the fun. Di Chen and Di Cheng are watching from distance. There is a girl picking the flowers and broken vase lying on the ground she was none other than Xia Ling the maid in the imperial palace and there are three people staring wickedly at her they are young masters of Tu, Chu, and Su families. Tu She of Tu family is angrily looking at Xia Ling and said, "Damn bitch!! How dare you splash water on me, do you know who I am?"


    Xia Ling slowly stood up and hung her head low she didn''t speak. "Tu She just let it go, she didn''t do it on purpose and nothing happened to you," advised Chu Yan of Chu family but his eyes never left her. " Tu She, it is not good for your reputation to cause trouble, just ask something to compensate and everything will be settled," said Su Song of Su family lewdly.


    Many people in the crowd understand the nature of these young masters but no one spoke, they don''t want to meddle in the affairs of noble families. When Xia Ling heard them she trembled in fear and her face became pale. She is a maid in the imperial palace, but she doesn''t want to cause trouble, maids in the palace don''t have any special significance, if people in palace knows about this, it will ruin the palace reputation, so she has to endure it.

    "You..." When Su Song was about to take action he was stopped by both Tu She and Chu Yan.


    Xia Ling picked the flowers and broken vase and left the scene immediately with Di Cheng.


    Di Chen, who is watching everything standing in the crowd smiled and quietly left the place.


    Chu Yan and Su Song left together with Tu She. While walking Chu Yan couldn''t help but said, "Tu She were you leaving them just like that? We just lost face because of those two people. We have to do something."


    Tu She grinds his teeth in anger said slowly,

    Di Cheng nodded his head, "Yes I am Di family patriarch''s son. Sister doesn''t need to be worried I only saved you because I wanted to. So you have to be careful while walking back home. "


    Xia Ling nodded and bowed her head and said, "Young master Cheng, my name is Xia Ling, I just don''t know how to thank you. I don''t have that much money with me right now, I can pay you after some time."
