    The bead that the little girl had handed to the Supreme Lord emitted an even more intense light at a unique frequency, like a lonely lighthouse standing in the vast sea. Others may not know it, but it was a definite signal to one person. It was also the first step toward a miracle.

    The woman wielding such a sword was Isildi, one of the most powerful Princesses of the Abyss. From her entire body flowed an energy like the Abyss itself, but it was clearer and brighter.


    "You are the reason I am...." She trailed off, gritting her teeth almost violently.

    Isildi caught Cheon Geums eye while fleeing back then. He had not realized that Hee-Ryeong was actually Isildi, believing she was merely a victim caught in the chaos. It was onlyter that he realized her true identity.


    Compared to the life of Isildi, the human life of Hee-Ryeong was incredibly short. Yet ironically, the most vivid and bitter recollections out of all of Isildi''s memories were solely from Hee-Ryeong''s time. Now that her instincts had awakened, it had be impossible to return to simply being Yun Hee-Ryeong. And whatever memories remained of Hee-Ryeong were merely a temporary measure of control. Like the continent of Tionis'' Verdandi, she had lost everything that could suppress the Princess of the Abyss''s instincts.


    Once the instinctspletely overtook her, she would, like herself in the past, destroy everything in this world.

    Her rage exploded violently. A powerful storm began to swirl around her, and she eventually trampled Reaper with her dark energy sword, then started to stab it wildly.

    "Shut up Be silent!!"

    "Yes. It was a mistake. Waking up what should not have been woken. So die, you bastard!!"

    "That''s right, I am going to stay here and shatter the gateway."


    Her promise to her master was broken, but she decided to remain here and destroy the passage connecting the Spirit Realm and the Lower Realm. If the connection between the two worlds was severed, the destructive aftermath of the Spirit Realm would not spread to the Heavenly Central ins. But that also meant she would get swept away by the copsing dimension and get lost within the crevices. And that essentially meant her sure death. No one could survive in the crevices except for the already dead Sleesia.


    "Don''t speak nonsense!! How can you, a mere human from the Lower Realm, possibly aplish such an impossible task that even the Supreme Lord cannot?!" The guardians argued, but they ended up mping their mouths shut when they locked eyes with Hee-Ryeong.


    After all, it was just mere moments ago when they witnessed her overpower the demon that had defeated even the Supreme Lord.


    "Are you trying to die?"


    "Everything that suppressed my instincts is gone. If it continues like this"


    The Supreme Lord fell silent.


    "So let me apologize the only way I can now to my master. So all of you should leave," she firmly said as she drew her energy sword.


    The crack Davey had created in the dimensional passage started to weaken and tear further under her inconceivable power.


    "Supreme Lord! Are you really telling me to turn my back on my homnd and leave? I can''t do such a thing!"


    "Is there no other way?!"


    "It''s all my fault, a consequence of my own actions, my karma" The badly injured man murmured somberly. "If only the real Royal Seal had not been stolen, I might have been able to stop the copse"


    But the seal had been devoured by the red demon, so the power to control the unraveling Spirit Realm was gone.

    The Supreme Lord''s eyes widened upon realizing who he was. It was none other than the stranger from the Lower Realm who had returned the Royal Seal.

    "Man, what a mess? What''s up? Why is she here?"


    Even if the young man was acting as if he had no understanding of the situation and was speaking breezily, the Supreme Lord instinctively felt that this man knew everything about the current situation. In fact, the Supreme Lord was right about it.


    After learning about the demon from Kain, Davey immediately caught a gap leading to the Spirit Realm, widened it enough for him to pass through, and entered the Spirit Realm, only to change direction to go back to the Heavenly Central ins before finally returning here.


    "You''vee after the demon? You''re toote. The demon is dead, and thisnd has begun to copse. Without the real Royal Seal, which is already lost"

    But the seal Davey had first given was a fake created by Dokgo Jun, and the real Royal Seal was hidden somewhere in the Heavenly Central ins by Dokgo Jun. Nobody knew this, which led to the present situation.


    "Demons don''t just die that easily when killed. I must be stupid to haveete."

    It was a baffling situation. All hope was lost since the real Royal Seal, the one thing that could control the destruction, was thought to be gone, and yet How could there be another Royal Seal?


    As confusion filled the Supreme Lord, Davey simply shrugged.


    "How can there be two seals... Where did you find this?!"


    "I picked it up on the way."

    "That seal seems like its amon item, isn''t it?"


    <em>Nonsense!</em> The Supreme Leader thought in rage. He wanted to scream at the absurd im, but he did not want to make another mistake, so he bit back his tongue.


    Whatever the circumstances, if there was a way to save both the Spirit Realm and the Lower Realm, that was the path he had to choose. So he grasped the real Royal Seal with a determined expression and soon disappeared into the light along with the guardians. He intended to reconnect the Royal Seal with himself to control thisnd.


    Davey and Hee-Ryeong were then left alone after the guardians and the Supreme Lord disappeared.


    You cannot kill me. The only thing that could kill me is a dimension that copses. You have made a mistake. Hee-Ryeong asserted with an angry re directed at Davey.


    Indeed, killing a Princess of the Abyss of her level through normal means was near impossible unless a dimensional rift was present. If she did not resist, then, of course, a fatal blow could be delivered. But her awakened instincts would not allow such a thing to happen so easily. In other words, to kill her through normal means, she would have to be sted into the dimensional rift using the Spirit Realm.

    Simultaneously, Hee-Ryeong''s body spasmed as she desperately suppressed her instincts. Confusion was apparent on her face while a clear, abnormal phenomenon was urring.


    "Isn''t it great? Your power is really something, huh?" Davey remarked, approaching Hee-Ryeong.


    "When I took the water energy and qi from your body," he began to say, making Hee-Ryeong look up at him with exhaustion evident on her face. "You thought I had not done anything, didnt you?"


    Would that be the case?


    Grinning, he pulled out the blue and red pills and said, If I cast a debuff spell on you, and I still lose to you, I''d have to die by drowning in a washbasin. I will suppress your instincts. Those who do what they never did before die, or so they say."


    But now, having already created an anomaly like Verdandi, what difference would it make to spare another rebellious Abyssal wanting to live a human life?
