He already had the TM of ''Hidden power''. He asked Gyarados toe near and ced the TM on its head. It took some time and he was awarded the notification.

Now, what was he going to do with Gyarados with electric Hidden power? As of right now, he had no clue. But he knew that Gyarados needed to learn some moves. So, he selected these:
Twister (Dragon)
Hurricane (Flying)
Thunder (Electric)
Stone edge (Rock)
Stealth rock (Rock)
Crunch and (Dark)
Thrash (Normal)
These were a lot of moves. Gyarados had the ability to use moves of different typing with ease. He wanted Gyarados to train on these moves until he finished with the solution.
He nned to leave his home after the solution was made. He didn''t know how much time it would take to perfect the solution but he was hopeful.
After sorting out Gyarado''s training ns he looked at Ivysaur. Axel had a lot of expectations from Ivysaur. He wanted it to be the next Hasirama Senju (Naruto reference).
So, there were a lot of moves that it should learn and Axel must say that it was doing a tremendous job. But it still had not fully evolved. Though his system feature would let his Pokemons develop new moves without entering elemental rank, Axel felt that a Pokemon should at least fully evolve before it.
A non fully evolved Pokemon had a lot of disadvantages. Its body had not fully matured so its stamina would not be up to the mark. It would tire easily and its intellect was low. Axel tried to teach Ivysaur the new move but he had miserably failed.
So, he decided it to learn other moves until it evolves into Venusaur.
It had worked hard and had trained, ''Leech seed'', ''Synthesis'', ''Vine whip'', ''Razor leaf'', ''Sr beam'', ''Frenzy nt'', ''Grassy Terrain'' and ... to a good level.

Now, he wanted it to learn some new moves. For it to be the next Hasirama, it had to learn a lot of moves and thenbine them.
He wanted it to learn:
Grass pledge
Aromatherapy
Poison powder
Sleeping powder
Axel started to train Gyarados and Ivysaur on new moves. First of all, he wanted Gyarados to learn ''Thrash''. It was a normal type move and it was easier to learn. For Ivysaur, he started with ''Grass Pledge''.
It took an entire afternoon until they got ustomed to it. Axel then went on to his 2 other Pokemons, Beedrill and Charizard.
Nidorino had just ranked up so it still needed some time to getfortable with its new rank.
Axel let Beedrill and Shedinja fight after their rank-up. Shedinja was still OP but Beedrill was not behind. The second rank up of Resolve to stage II had multiplied its stats and senses much more than the first rank up. If it could reach thest stage it would be a monster.
However, Axel wanted Beedrill to learn a new move. Something that couldplement its ''Resolve Stage II''. He had thought a lot about it and he had an interesting idea.

He started his normal routine. He would train himself early in the morning, focus on his Pokemon training till the afternoon and then start to make the solution in evening.
He would also spend time with his family. He wanted to cure Scyther of its broken wings but he was not a doctor. He tried contacting his friends in Venu family and even Oak but since the wound has happened for years, it was almost impossible to cure it.
He felt bad as Scyther was a battle-hungry Pokemon. It could still battle but everybody knew that it was not at its full potential. On a good note, the league hadpletely explored the ind and he finally got his allottednd.

Axel had nned to go to Lumlow Cay after his Pokemon had ranked up to at least King-ranked Pokemon. His dreams, those voices, and hallucinations had made him afraid. He was pretty sure that it was Latias but he was not 100% sure. So he wanted to be sufficiently strong before going to the ind.
All of his Pokemons had trained a lot. There were very diligent unlike before. The horror of Oak''s Charizard was still in their mind and soul.
Lyra''s Dratini had also learned a new move ''Dragon tail''. It already knew ''Dragon dance'' and ''methrower''. So it now had a healthy move set. Lyra seemed to be very serious about training her Dratini which made Axel happy and proud.
It had already been 40 days since Axel came to his home. However, the solution had still not been found. They had already tried hundreds of variations of the form. Mark had repeatedly said to change the core materials. But Axel was adamant. He knew that the solution would be from these materials cause that was what the system had hinted to him.

It waste afternoon and they were doing their research. They had already tried 5 variations today. On the sixth variation something amazing happened.

Axel sprang up from his feet when he heard the notification. He stayed quiet about it and let Mark test it on the heart gauge. Soon,
"Axel, the gauge says that the solution is 100%patible."
"Really!! Let me have a look.", said Axel and looked at the heart gauge.
"Did we really do it? Did we finally find the solution? I just can''t believe it.", said Mark. Excitement was written all over his face.
"There is only 1 way to find out. Let''s test it on Light.", said Axel.
