''Psycho Shift'' was an interesting move. It could transfer a status condition to the enemy, but kazam had not mastered the move, so it could only share the pain and effects of what it was feeling. "Criiii..." Golbat let out a loud screech of pain.
The pain kazam was feeling was too much for Golbat to handle. It was now confused and poisoned. Although the effect was only 30%, Golbat could still feel all the pain.
It must be remembered that kazam was once a Shadow Pokemon, so it had a high tolerance for pain, unlike Golbat.
"Now!! Heal me!" shouted kazam to Venusaur and Axel.
Venusaur quickly removed the status condition andpletely healed kazam. Now the tables had turned. There was a few seconds gap where Golbat couldn''t tell what the hell was happening to it, and kazam took full advantage of it.
It used ''Elemental Maniption,'' and five spears with yellow electric arcs shot towards Golbat at full speed. Three of them hit Golbat''s body, while it managed to dodge two. These moves had dealt a heavy blow to Golbat. Those five spears were of electric nature, so they were super effective against Golbat. Additionally, since it was a psychic-type attack, which Golbat was weak against, it hit Golbat very hard. One of those spears had made a hole in Golbat''s left wing, making it difficult for it to fly.
"Light, Golbat has some blood type ability, so be careful," shouted Axel.
He could see Golbat''s status and could tell that it had another new move it hadn''t used yet. The move was called ''Blood Maniption.'' Axel didn''t know what it did, but it looked dangerous. Despite being confused and poisoned, Golbat''s battle ability was notpromised. It closed its eyes and started using sonar waves to fight.
Being a poisoned-type Pokemon, it was highly resistant to poison. The battle had been going on for 10 minutes, and many Pokemon had died. There was blood everywhere.
Suddenly, something happened. The blood of the dead Pokemon started to float and move around Golbat. Then, a mini sea of blood floated in the air, forming multiple spears that revolved at high speed. Axel could sense that the prating power of those blood spears was very high.
kazam realized that this was Golbat''s ultimate move, ''Blood Maniption.'' The blood spears moved at high speed. kazam also threw ten spears made of fire towards the blood spears. However, there were around twenty blood spears, and kazam couldn''t defend against all of them with the fire spears. Ten of those blood spears were vaporized by the fire spears, but ten of them wereing towards kazam.
kazam was going to use ''Teleport'' to dodge the attack, but Golbat already anticipated that move. Suddenly, tentacles made of blood emerged from the ground, binding kazam and preventing it from moving. kazam was a littlete to use ''Teleport'' because of this and was struck by two of the blood spears. The prating power of those spears was so high that they made two holes in kazam''s body. This was a dire situation.
However, kazam was an experienced Pokemon. It didn''t dwell on the situation and used ''Telekinesis'' to make two dead bodies of wild Pokemon float. Those Pokemon had been severely poisoned by Nidorino, and they struck Golbat at high speed. This poisoned Golbat even more. This was a different poison, the poison of Nidorino, and it was highly concentrated.
"Nidorino, do it now!!!" shouted kazam in its mind, and Nidorino immediately used ''Poison Spread'' to increase the intensity of the poison and ''Poison Damage Transfer'' to drain health from Golbat.
Golbat was now being drained by Nidorino''s poison, giving kazam much-needed time to rest. Venusaur immediately used ''Leech Whip'' to recover kazam''s health and also used the move ''Recover'' to heal itself.
kazam was terribly hurt by those two holes. The holes weren''t closing up, but kazam didn''t have time to worry about it. It had an enemy to defeat. Then, it used ''Hyper Beam,'' but Golbat blocked it with a shield made of blood. kazam quickly teleported just behind Golbat and used ''Drain Punch.'' Golbat didn''t have enough time to register what had happened and crashed into the ground after flying for a moment. The hole in its wing hadn''t helped it stay in the sky. kazam then used ''Elemental Maniption'' to create five thunder spears and mmed them towards Golbat. Four out of the five spears hit Golbat in different parts of its body, and then it stopped moving. Golbat was dead.
"Venusaur, use all of your power to heal Light right now." Venusaur focused all its power on healing kazam. Those holes had not healed and kazam was losing massive amounts of blood. It was starting to get drowsy and Axel could feel that it would die if it fainted.
Maybe it was luck or Arceus himself but kazam was not meant to die that day.

The holes slowly and steadily closed up, and after some time, they werepletely healed. Axel could finally breathe a sigh of relief. His partner was no longer in immediate danger. He told kazam to rest for some time and looked at the other battle situations.
