<h4>Chapter 494: Karena Mega</h4>


    Axel could not understand the girl. She was the one who was going to touch Togepi. Axel was the one who had warned her to not get close and now she was ming Axel cause her hair got burnt.


    How did any of these make any sense?


    Axel was controlling his anger for some time but now he could not. His girl was not right on her mind and that was what he had said, "Girl, I think you have some mental condition. It was your fault not mine."


    The girl also lost her cool. She started to take big steps thumping the ground and said, "Your Pokemon had injured me. I want to receive somepensation. If you don''t give me thepensation, then I will sue you."


    "How much money do you want?"


    "I want 10,000 Poke dors."


    "OK done. I will give it to you and just go out of my sight.", said Axel. He didn''t want to fight with her for 10k Poke dors. His time was very important.


    "No, I meant 100k Poke dors. I misspoke.", said the girl.


    By now everyone could say that the girl was taking advantage of Axel. First, a lot of them thought that it was Axel''s fault but now they could tell that it was the fault of the girl.


    "Listen bitch, I don''t care what you are. You tried to touch my Pokemon. Why would you touch another trainer''s Pokemon. You got what you deserve. If you want to sue me, then go ahead. I don''t care. You will realize that you have made the biggest mistake if you did it.


    If you want to settle with a battle, I am ready too. But I need 100k Poke dors if I win. I have wasted a lot of my time with you."


    "YOUUUUUU...."


    The girl wanted to battle Axel and show him who was the boss. But after seeing the power and the lineup of Axel''s Pokemons, she could confidently say that she would lose horribly. So, she didn''t think that she should battle Axel but she was going to sue him.


    Normally, the court would favor the girl''s side, so she was confident that she would win. However, she didn''t know who Axel really was and she was going to just dig her own grave.


    The nurse tried to calm both of them down but both of them were not listening to her. One thing that Axel didn''t know about the girl was that the name of the girl was Karena Mega. She was a member of the Mega family, one of the 3 starter families of the Johto region.


    She was also the daughter of one of the elders, so she had a very high standing. She was sure that if she filed a suit, the court would favor her. However, she didn''t know the true influence of Axel.


    Karena bought a cap and then went out of the library. She gave a death re to Axel before she went. Axel also didn''t have any time to waste. He wanted to call all of his Pokemons but all of them wanted to stay there and rx. He was worried about the new Pokemons cause they were very small and were not powerful enough to defend anything.


    But there were also king-ranked Pokemons in the group, so he didn''t have to be worried about them. They also didn''t want to be inside the balls for so long, so Axel told all of them to rx there.


    He went to further his studies in the library.

    The final thing he was going to see was about Bagon. He didn''t need to look at the resources, medicines, and vitamins side cause Bagon was a very famous Pokemon and he already knew all about it.


    He first looked at the theory of Bagon and its history. Bagon was a dragon type and also a pseudo-legendary Pokemon. It needed a lot of training to progress but its power would drastically increase with every evolution and rank up. Mainly its attack and defense power would increase a lot. Smence was known for its high defense and high attack power.


    Bagon had 3 thick, gray ridges that covered the top of its head and continued downward to cover its neck as well. After it evolves to Shelgon, these ridges cover its whole body except for its face and legs forming a short bone structure. When it evolves to Smence, those ridges would spread out. White ridges would in on its stomach and red ridges would be its wings, eyebrows, back of its next, back of its tail, and back of its legs.


    These ridges were very hard like unbreakable bone. All in all these ridges were very important and one of the most popr ways to train it was to train its ridges.


    That was why Axel wanted it to train on its move ''Headbutt''. However, Axel thought that he could do more to improve the ridges of Bagon. It was not even 3 months old, so it was advised to not let it train in any other moves than egg moves.


    However, he could also let it train in ''Dragon rush'' and ''Thrash'' as those were also egg moves and these were physical moves that would improve its body stats. ''Thrash'' was very brutal and Bagon needed some good body stats to not get injured. However, ''Dragon rush'' could be trained.


    Axel would also train it in training grounds, which would improve its body stats.

    Axel had nowpleted reading all the books and his view had be very wide. Axel basically came here to get a second opinion on how to train his new Pokemons. However, he didn''t know that he would learn so much more.


    It was already 8 p.m. at night but he still had around 12 hours for the whole 24 hours toplete. Axel had trained his aura and psychic in such a way that he could not sleep for a day and be okay with it.


    However, he didn''t have anything to do right now as his mission ofing here forpleted for today. He was also bored after reading so many books for such a long time.


    So, Axel decided to take a break.


    He wanted to go outside but just as he turned around, he saw that kazam was just right beside him. He was scared for a moment there cause he didn''t know about its presence.


    He was so engrossed in the story that he could recognize its presence.


    "Light, what are you doing here?", asked Axel.


    You cannot call out your Pokemons in the library. It was against the rules. So, how was kazam here and why was it not caught?


    "Marcus went on to spy on the girl that said to sue you. So, he told me to guard you.", said kazam.


    Axel gave a big sigh after hearing it. Shedinja aka Marucs, was taking the knight thing very seriously right now. This thing intensified after it could not be a part of the tide battle. It felt that it was somehow responsible for all the injuries as it could not protect Axel and the team.


    Axel was touched that his Pokemons cared so much about him but he was totally safe inside the library.


    He didn''t want to ask how did it hid from so many librarians as he was very tired.


    Both of them went outside and they started to eat.


    Axel was not worried about Shedinja. It was a tier 2 king-rank Pokemon and it was very powerful. It could turn invisible and it was very fast. It was a perfect assassin.


    As they were eating, Axel could see that his knight wasing towards him.


    "So, did you find anything about her?", asked Axel.


    "Yes, she is from the Mega family. One of the starter families of this region. She had already filed a case against you and I think those court people woulde here tomorrow to give you a notice.", said Shedinja.


    "So, that''s why she was so confident huh."


    "Don''t worry Axel. We have already nned all the things for the case.", said Shedinja.


    "You guys did?", asked Axel in a surprised voice. He didn''t know what his Pokemons were doing for the whole day. It turned out that they were investigating and collecting evidence.


    "Yes, we asked the nurse to tell the court that she was not hurt, you saved her and only her hair was damaged. However, the nurse didn''t want to say anything cause the girl was from Mega family. They are really scared of starter families here.", said Shedinja.


    "Then what happened?", asked Axel.


    This time, it was Gogoat who replied, "Then I said that you are the sessor of Oak and student of Red. If you don''t tell the truth then Oak will eat you alive."


    "Yes, after that she immediately agreed.", said Shedinja.


    "Oh, that is good. But that still doesn''t prove that Togepi didn''t hurt her intentionally or under mymand.", said Axel.


    "We also took care of that.", said Shedinja.


    "We went around to ask who saw and heard your conversation. It turned out that there were 2 people who saw and heard your conversation. They also didn''t want to mess with Mega family. So, when I told them your identity, both of them agreed.", said Gogoat.


    Among all the Pokemons on his team, Shedinja was his knight, so it cared about Axel''s well-being the most. Then there was Gogoat. Gogoat''s past was not very wonderful. Its trainer had died from a wild Hypno. So, it was a Pokemon that took justice very seriously.


    It didn''t like when someone did something illegally or took advantage of others. That was why both Gogoat and Shedinja were totally invested in this case.


    Axel was happy that they were bonding over something other than training and battles.

    Pidgeot started to shout something and Shedinja tranted it.


    "ppy says that after we win the case we can ask for 1 billion Poke dors aspensation for that girl insulting your reputation."


    Pidgeot a.k.a ppy was very money minded. It wanted to earn a lot of money as it knew that all worldly possessions came from money. It was not particr about what it liked.


    Sometimes, it liked a locket from the shop. One time Axel had to buy it a device that could sharpen its beak. The device was totally a hoax and it didn''t work.


    However, the things that Pidgeot wanted could be bought with a couple of thousand Poke dors. But it was asking for 1 billion Poke dors as if it was nothing.


    Axel thought that when it ranks up to king-rank Pokemon, Axel should let it handle a part of his restaurant business. It was a business-minded Pokemon.


    Togepi was just trying to hide itself on the corner. All these things had happened to cause Togepi. It was feeling responsible and felt that it had made things difficult for Axel.


    However, it was also a proud and arrogant Pokemon. So, there was no way it was going there to apologize to Axel. So, it decided to just avoid all of them entirely.


    Axel immediately noticed it and called Togepi toe near him. Since it was called, it could no longer ignore Axel cause its pride would not let it. So, it went towards Axel making its most arrogant face and looking tough.


    "Listen, I know you are feeling guilty about it but there is nothing to worry about. It was not your fault.", said Axel


    "Chukki?"


    "Yes, it was not your fault. A stranger could not get close to a trainer Pokemons without his/her permission. It doesn''t matter if we lose or win this case but you should do the things that are right and you are not in the wrong.", said Axel.


    After hearing it, Togepi puffed off its chest saying that it knew this all along. Axel wanted tough looking at it but he held it in.


    After talking and eating with them, he booked a hall for his Pokemons. He didn''t want them to sleep outside. Meanwhile, he was inside the library with Shedinja.


    Shedinja was inside his shadows, so the librarian could tell that where it was.


    The thing that he wanted to look out for now was rted to Palkia and its pocket spaces.
