<h4>Chapter 620: Mission Starts</h4>


    At 5 p.m. in the evening,


    "Are you all ready for the mission?", asked a boy with a mask on his face. The boy had silver-colored hair and was of average height.


    He was looking at 4 other individuals who had simr masks. All of them nodded their head. These were Axel and the group of 5 trainers who were going to start their missions.


    The base of Envy was around 2 hours from the city and they had nned to attack at night. Night was a good time to assassinate. Yes, Axel and his team had made a n to assassinate all 30-50 members who lived in the base. They had a particr direction now.


    "L, take out your Vileplume\ after we are deep in the forest, and then use your magic.", said Axel to Lolita. ''L'' was the code name for Lolita.


    Interestingly enough, Lolita''s Vileplume was a king-rank Pokemon and it new a new move that could help them hide the scent of those around it. This was not a foolproof n for hiding but scent was one of the prime reasons, they could be found and they had to be discreet.


    They started to move silently. There were a couple of wild Pokemons that came their way and Shedinja made quick work of them. Most of the wild Pokemons were already scared of the team as the team had some king-rank Pokemons outside. The team also tried their best to hide from these wild Pokemons.


    They didn''t have a problem in battling those wild Pokemons but this may give Envy their location. So, they were doing their best in hiding.


    After walking for 2 hours, they had reached their destination. Now, they were on top of a hill, around 1 km away from the base.


    "So far, so good. I don''t think, anyone had noticed us.", said Michael. He was the silent type but he was always to the point. Axel liked this guy.


    "Yes, for now we are safe. Now our mission begins. Marcus, you are up. Use ''Invisibility'' and get all the details of the base. Remember, your safetyes first, and don''t initiate the attack. Just nt these mines around the ce that we have discussed.", said Axel.


    Shedinja nodded its head and then disappeared. It had already used ''Invisibility''. Axel told others to look out. This was going to take a lot of time around an hour or two and they needed to be prepared for anything.


    It was already past 7 p.m. right now and it was already dark. Using ''Invisibility'' during nighttime when none of them were expecting Shedinja was a perfect cover-up.


    If they were going toplete this mission, Axel was going to need outside help. So, with the money from Gavin and the Gatr family, they bought some bombs and mines. These bombs and mines were incredibly expensive. The technology of bombs and mines had not been properly developed in this world.


    Axel had not bought a lot of them but they were going to be helpful in this mission.


    "Guys, we have to be ready. I think the guards are going to change at 12 a.m. and we need to wait for 3 more hours to attack. So, some of you, rest for some time and then take turns. This is going to be a long night."


    Axel knew that a person would be feeling very sleepy at 3 a.m. in the morning. This was a perfect time for attack and with the help of scouting and nting bombs by Shedinja, it was going to be a breeze. At least, theoretically.


    They had brought 5 bombs. The bombs were remote-controlled and after scouting the area for 2 hours, Shedinja had given its report. Axel wanted to nt the bombs in such a ce that had many guards or powerful guards. He also didn''t want the whole ce to copse. The hideout was underground. So, a single mistake could lead to catastrophic results.

    "So, we have 10 guards. All of them have at least 1 pseudo-king rank Pokemon. There are 3 guards surrounding the periphery of the underground hideout and 7 guards that are inside.


    There is also a camera room. Marcus will take out those camera guys. And then we will take out those 3 guards. There are a total of 35 members in this hideout and from what I hear, they are going to transport all the eggs after 2 days.", said Axel.


    "How are we going to take out those 7 guards?", asked Michael.


    "That will be the job of your Gengar and Zoro''s Gengar. Make is silent and swift. Remember, they are the members of Envy. As per my research, these trainers have Pokemons that have their characters. So, Pokemons like Mimique, Sableye, .... Would be there."


    "What are we going to do about 2 executives?"


    "Don''t worry, I will handle them. You guys should be fast. Fast enough that they could not take out their Pokemons from the balls. The faster we could do this, the easier it would be for us.", said Axel.

    Just as Axel had expected, the hierarchy of Envy was simr to Greed. There were 5 hierarchy of Envy:

    Axel had told Shedinja to listen to the conversations of these people and there were 2 Executives in this hidden base. Normally, an executive would have pseudo-king rank Pokemon as their strongest Pokemon. At least, that was what Axel had faced when he was fighting against the members of Greed.


    However, as per the details of Shedinja, each of the executives had 1 king rank Pokemon and there were 10 members who had multiple pseudo-king rank Pokemons.


    Axel knew what it meant. This was a high level operation and they were very careful. The difficulty of this mission had shot up. Axel had many king-rank Pokemon and Lolita and Gavin also had king-rank Pokemons. However, the number of Pokemons that they had was very less in number. They had to fight 35 members and if this goes out to all-out battle, then they were at a disadvantage.


    The time ticked on and after a few hours it was 3 a.m. already.


    "Marcus, tell your substitute that we are ready to start. Kill all those in the camera room and make it discreet.", said Axel to Shedinja.


    Shedinja had used its move ''Substitution'' and it could create 3 substitutes and they could also fight. Its move had also leveled up and now if he sent a message to the main body, it could tell that message to the substitute too. This was a handy move.

    (Level 45): It could now use substitutes to attack.


    (Level 50): It can use 3 substitutes.


    (Level 55): The stats of each substitute is 40% of the original.

    (Level 65): The main body couldmunicate with the substitute.

    This move had be one of the most powerful moves of Shedinja. Each of its substitutes could now have 50% power of the original. However, the main body would be too weak at that time. Its power would drastically decrease but that was the problem right now.


    "Axel, it has been taken care of.", said Shedinja.


    "Good, tell it to be inside the camera room and return if it feels that someone ising there.", said Axel.


    There were 4 members in the camera room. So, only 31 more to go.


    Axel also found out that the guards had a special device that could raise the rm on the entire underground facility. So, they had to be careful.

    At 2:30 a.m.


    "I hate this night duty. Fuck that Alina.", shouted one of the guards.


    "Haha, you know how she is. Why did you make her angry?", asked one of the guardsughing.


    "You know why. I just hate her guts and why are youughing? You are also here stuck with me.", said the first guard.


    "We get paid overtime at night and I need money to buy new stuff. I love night duty. We just have to be here and do nothing. It is free money."


    "Free money for you. I like my sleep. You look out for some time, I am going to sleep. That badly is already sleeping.", said the first guard.


    "Ohe on. I have looked at the whole ce. Both of you are sleeping.", protested the second guard.


    "I will give you my cut of overtime. Don''t worry. You love money. Just agree to it and don''t rat me out."


    "But I hear that this is a high-level operation. That is why there are 3 guards instead of 2. I think we should be careful."

    "That is good. How many Pokemons are out?"


    "3 of them. Sableye, Gengar, and Bte. Sableye is in pseudo-king rank. Others are elemental rank. Don''t worry, I can handle them.", said Shedinja with ease. It had trained under Gengar, Sableye, and Bte before, so it was very familiar with them.


    "No, Michael''s Gengar will deal with the sleeping guards. You will first kill the other guard and then target Sableye. Ok, let''s move.", said Axel.

    "Hey Gengar, do you think that we can be rich like we dreamed?", asked the second guard that was guarding.


    "Geeee... geengar!!!"


    "Yes, you are right. We will. Haha, I am just happy that Raichu ranked up. You will rank up too after some time. Then I will be even more powerful. Hahahha."

    The guard was thrown off to the right side. For a few seconds, he could not tell what had happened. He then first looked at his body and found out that his right arm had been chopped off and there was Gengar''s left arm had been chopped off too.


    He knew that he would not live long enough and he knew that Gengar would die too. However, he wanted to do maximum damage to that sucker, so he released all of his Pokemons.


    He had 5 balls with him and he released all of them.


    Raichu, Bte, Beedrill, Sandsh and Arbok came out of those balls. All of them saw the state of their trainer and all of them were beyond angry. The guard was a good trainer and his Pokemons loved him.


    As all of them were going to pounce on the intruder, the guard saw the Pokemon. The Pokemon was one of the weakest Pokemon in this entire world. A Shedinja. But this Shedinja was obviously a king-rank Pokemon. The guard knew that his Pokemon could not survive, so he told them,


    "All of you run and save yourself!!!", shouted the guard and he started to fall sleepy, and slowly his consciousness faded away to the darkness.
