Isaac opened the door slightly, and a very dark room became visible, with the only lighting was from the windows.
The light came from the streemps located around the parking lot, which was almost the only source of light.
Isaac turned his body halfway and saw Darth looking pale like he had seen a ghost, but he was still doing his duty as a lookout.
He turned his head back towards the room and entered it while leaving the door slightly ajar.
The room had bookshelves with different kinds of medical books and fairytales. In the middle of the room was a wooden desk with four different stacks of papers and an old-lookingputer in the middle of the wooden desk.
In front of theputer was a keyboard and office chair, which had ayer of dust.
There was a tightly locked cab next to the desk, with a scratching mark on the door of the cab and a symbol of child hiding.
The floor creaked every time Isaac stepped on it, which almost made his heart explode out of nervousness.
If Baba Yaga was on the floor below them, it wouldn''t be too hard to hear it.
Isaac had already noticed that this hospital was almost breaking apart, with some of the doors being rusty and walls having signs of cracking. He is currently praying towards the Goddess of Snow so that he won''t fall through the wooden floor.
He doesn''t know whether anyone heard his praying, but he didn''t know what else to do.
''Time is money... Time is everything.'' Isaac uttered all his willpower and bravery. He almost tiptoed, but he quickly made his way over to the wooden desk.
It didn''t take long for him to reach it, and even though it was only a few meters, he felt like he had just swam over 100km without stopping, and once he finally reached the shore, the amount of relief could not be described with words.
Isaac grabbed the office chair and pushed it to the side, and wiped the dust from the screen of theputer.
There was also ayer of dust on top of the keyboard, which he cleaned with the usage of his sleeve.
''''Let''s see...'''' He murmured and looked at the oldputer with a frown; he had never used something so old before.
He looked around theputer, trying to find a way to start it.
But then, he saw a button located on the side of theputer, which was hidden by the dust.
He cleaned off the dust and saw a button, which looked very familiar with a starting button on hisptop, but it was muchrger.
*nk*
He pressed it and heard a rhythmical sound of gears starting to turn and the sound of a fan spinning.
The sound wasn''t that loud, but even the slightest sound in the quiet hospital was very noticeable.
Outside the room.
Darth snapped his head towards the door, and even he heard the slight sound of theputer. He scratched his hair until it became messy, but he didn''t mind.
''''Hurry up... Hurry up...''''
Inside the room.
Isaac saw the screen flickering until it finally showed the starting screen.
He looked around the table until he saw a very old keyboard mouse. He used the mouse and moved it towards the files.
*Tap* *Tap*
He tapped a couple of times and had to wait very long 10 seconds until the files opened.
''''So slow...'''' Isaac gritted his teeth and tried to go through the files as fast as he could, but it was a very difficult task with the slowputer.
It was either luck, or he knew exactly what he was looking for, but he found a file with words [Patient Files]
He pressed it instantly, and over a hundred patients became visible, but most of them were elderly or adults.
He went to the sections with children and saw multiple faces with innocent faces, and some even looked sickly.
Isaac counted all of them and stopped counting once he reached 14.
''''14 children...'''' Isaac murmured and left the patient''s file. He started searching for the map of the hospital, and once again, he found it fairly quickly.
He only saw the blueprints of the hospital, but it was exactly what he needed.
He moved the mouse and pressed [Print]
Isaac heard another machine turning on and the sound of printing.
While waiting, he turned his head back to the door, and because the door was slightly ajar, he could see the corridor and saw the lights suddenly stopping flickering on the end of the corridor...
His face paled as he knew what this meant, ''''She ising...'''' He ran towards the printer and waited with an anxious look as the machine printed the blueprints of the hospital very slowly...
And once it had only 5% left, which only showed the area close to the parking lot, Isaac had enough waiting and yanked the paper forcefully and left the room instantly.
He saw Darth''s body trembling; he must also know that she ising.
''''Darth!'''' Isaac shout whispered, which caused Darth to turn his head robotically.
Isaac showed the paper and pointed at the stairs, which leads back to the roof.
Darth shakily nodded and quietly walked up the stairs while Isaac followed closely behind.
They felt a cold wind suddenly starting to increase in intensity, and a distinct sound of footsteps started approaching the third floor in a hurry!
Darth and Isaac opened the door and entered the roof. They instantly hid while the sound of footsteps went past the stairs and went towards the Chief Doctor''s room.
But... Soon their hearts almost exploded out of nervousness after the sound of footsteps reappeared, but this time close to the stairs.
That wasn''t all... The footsteps started approaching the door, and they could already see an outline of shadows underneath the door.
Darth covered his mouth and hoped that the roof was ssified as outside of the hospital so that Baba Yaga cannot enter!
Isaac was already preparing to run away, but it was like Baba Yaga was making fun of their fear because as soon as she came, she left as quickly.
The shadow disappeared, and the footsteps became distinct until they werepletely gone.
Isaac and Darth took a breath of relief. They nced at the paper in Isaac''s hand, and now they knew what they had to do.
