Chapter ?627 The Truth Dawns.


    Isaded back on top of the church roof. He saw Sophia, with the children, running towards the portal. There were several more demons that appeared from the crack, but he took care of them with one bullet.


    Soon, they entered the portal, and returned to Four Seasons. Like clockwork, the portals soon copsed, stopping Demons from having any way to enter that world.


    ''''How did this happen...'''' Isaac wondered aloud as the smoking pirs reached the sky. It was as if doomsday had arrived.


    He turned around, and saw the faraway neighborhood. His face showed worry as he jumped down the roof,nded on top of a triangr-roofed building, and ran on top of it before jumping to another roof. Running like that took him only ten minutes to reach the neighborhood.


    He soon arrived in Be''s, and his previous residence. Thewn wasn''t cut, and the windows showed dark house. Isaac broke through the door, and looked around the building. It was empty with dust gathered on the furniture. It was like no one had been there for months, even years.


    ''''Be?'''' Isaac spoke aloud, then shouted a little louder. However, there was no one in the building. His brows creased into a frown. This was strange. Did Be move away because it seemed like no one had been there for years?


    At least it seemed that she had escaped Stronglord.


    Isaac entered the living room, and looked at the chandelier hanging from the ceiling. At first, it was still like calm waves. Then, a calm wind breeze appeared, making it swing back, and forth.


    Tap, tap... Footsteps appeared from the doorway. Isaac pulled out Silvercloud, and turned to the figure. A hooded figure, with seemingly female features, stood silently while gazing in his direction. He couldn''t see the face underneath the hood, like it was masked with shadow.


    Isaac ced the finger on the trigger, and stroked it, ''''Who are you?''''

    After hearing the voice, it was clear whose voice it was. Isaac immediately lowered the gun, and asked with a frown, ''''Be, why are you here? You need to leave, now!''''


    Be hung her head low, and said, ''''Can you...e with me?''''


    ''''Hmm?'''' Isaac wondered why he was hiding her face, ''''To the portal? I think it copsed, so we need to move to another city.''''


    ''''No... not the portal.'''' Be slowly raised her head, and the hood slid off her face, revealing her horns, and bronze skin, ''''Come with me, to Demon World.''''


    ''''Demon!'''' Isaac raised the gun, and his eyes turned ice-cold, ''''Who are you, and how dare you mimic her form?''''


    ''''It''s me Be.'''' She said while softly smiling, ''''Remember when I gave you your Hexagon Armor?''''


    ''''Eh?'''' Isaac looked down at his hidden armor. However, he still couldn''t believe the demon, ''''You are lying.''''


    ''''No, I am not...'''' Be sighed, and raised her hand. As she was about to snap her fingers, she said, ''''I am sorry, but this is for your safety.''''


    Snap... she slowly snapped her fingers, and suddenly Isaac''s eyes widened, and he copsed on the ground like he had lost all control of his body. The Hexagon Armor was wrapped tightly around him and was squeezing him tightly.


    ''''This Hexagon Armor is a creation of the demon race, and we can perfectly control it.'''' Be knelt before fallen Isaac, and gently caressed his cheek, ''''You will forgive me... I know you will.''''


    ''''Be...?'''' Isaac couldn''t believe it. However, inside him, he realized that she was indeed Be, ''''W-Why?''''


    ''''I am a demon spy, whose duty was to destroy the Veil of Illusion, and clear the path for the demon race toe here.'''' Be said, and patted his white hair softly, ''''I can convince the Kings to let you live among us. We could, live like before, with me making food, and you being with me...''''

    Be slightly flinched, but she expected that reaction, ''''No one can escape demons... With this, at least I might be able to save a few of you. You will realize soon, that Demons are power, they are the order.''''


    ''''I... f*cking hate you!'''' Isaac spoke with hate, and resentment. "Do you have any idea what you did?! I might not understand about Veil of Illusion, but I understand that this attack is because of you! Do you know how many will die because of you?!''''


    ''''I understand...'''' Be sadly smiled, and pressed her forehead against Isaac''s, ''''They would have arrived here. No one could have stopped that. Monthter, a yearter, or two years at max, they would still have arrived here, and it would have ended the same.''''


    Isaac pulled his head away from Be, and shouted, ''''Silvernium!''''


    Silvernium floated away from the holster, and shot through the camouge jacket, and struck the Hexagon Armor. Both his armor, and camouge disappeared, leaving him barechested. Isaac stood up, and backhanded across Be''s face.


    Be''''s head twisted to the side, but no damage was visible. She turned back to Isaac, and said, ''''Please,e with me. I love you, and we could be happy together.''''


    Isaac grabbed her by throat, and shouted, ''''Never!'''' then he threw her through the window.


    Be spun around in the air, andnded on the ground. The corner of her lips curved downward as the sadness filled her. Then, Isaac jumped through the window, and smashed his fist into her face.


    Be stood still, even while the fist crushed into her face. Her sad eyes soon dimmed down before the luster returned. A smile appeared on her face as she said,


    ''''I now know what I need to do. You are currently angry, I get it. But, once you see Dream World, you will love it!'''' Be grabbed Isaac by the arm and said, ''''I will show you. You will love it!''''


    ''What is wrong with her?'' Isaac thought with a frown, ''She isn''t like Be I know... Is this what the term ''Demonification'' means... when they show their real colors.''
