I wanted to properly announce that I am not continuing the story of Scavenged Empire.


    The reason for this is twofold.


    1. I simply don''t think that this is the story I want to tell right now. I might return to it in the future, but during this writing process, I found out what aspects I did and did not like about the story.


    2. I couldn''t keep up with the Writathon. For the last few weeks I have been working day and night to keep up with the writathon, however, this cost me quite a lot of sleep and in addition, I had to make up for lost time whenever I felt unable to write due to being sick. This in turn caused more stress when trying to keep up with the writathon.

    Overall I am glad I tried doing the Writathon (and perhaps I might finish one in the future) and it taught me many lessons that I will use going forward.


    For now, I''ll be focusing on some other stuff and recovering for a bit. I do plan on returning with a new series that uses some of the ideas I tried exploring with SE.
