Now that we have fulfilled our promise and brought in the reinforcement, I think maybe it’s time for you to loosen your tight lips a little?” After they found Qin Ruo, Majestic Hero and the other League Commandersughed in embarrassment and made a sincere inquiry.

When I asked them to gather information through them, we got nothing in return. Even your own guys are puzzled by the invitation, iming that Fallen Angels was doing well and could havepleted the quest with no hassle. Qin Ruo, don’t you think it’s too much to hide the n from your own League?”


    “Tsk, how interesting! I am really curious now. Quick, spit it out. What’s this all about? Why is the Winter Demon making such a fuss and requesting help from all four Great Leagues at once?”


    All four of them turned to Qin Ruo with excitement and waited expectantly.


    “Alright.” Qin Ruo nodded and decided to tell the truth since they were now at the critical stage of the n.


    He proceeded to tell them everything he knew about the Divine Specter.


    He observed the altered expression of the fourmanders, which turned from shock to solemn, then from solemn to deep thought. Apparently, the four Commanders understood the enormous difficulty lying ahead of this quest.


    “Don’t worry. The reason I called you here is not to help us take down Divine Specter. I only need your assistance to hold the station while we are away! We will take care of the Divine Specter on our own.” He then guided them through the details of the n.

    He raised both of his hands andughed. “Alright. If you insist, I will not stop you. But let me get this straight, I am not confident that we wille out of this alive. So don’t me me if you drop Equipment.”


    “Come on. Are we that calctive? One or two Equipment is nothing worth mentioning.” This time, it was Scarlet Bauhinia who spoke up. He shrugged after both Qin Ruo and Majestic Hero turned to him. “Don’t even think about ditching me. I am also nning to build a city in the Underworld. I am on a fool’s errand if I don’t get to see the true strength of Divine Specter with my own eyes.”


    Netherw and ck God raised their brows when they heard Scarlet Bauhinia’s argument. They had to admit that Scarlet Bauhinia’s words resonated their true feelings. Both of them also stated that they wanted to be part of the mission.


    “Now, now, I don’t think you two should tag along,” Scarlet Bauhinia joked. “We are talking about a Specter here while both of you are Shadowmancer. Mind I remind you that your Dark Spells are ineffective against a Specter.”


    Qin Ruo wouldn’t have noticed if Scarlet Bauhinia did not mention it. Both Netherw and ck God, despite having veteran’s level of Magic Attack, would be of little use against the powerful Underworld creature.


    “Damn. We still can operate as support, can’t we? In case a Liches to spoil the party, we can count on Netherw to stall it!” ck God’s straightforward statement was hard to refute but it did upset Netherw. ‘Why only me? What’s your responsibility then? Sit and watch?’


    “Okay, okay. I think everyone is here.” Qin Ruo looked at the jammed space below and instructed the four Commanders, “Each of you would take over one side. Please deploy your troop immediately. Also, ask your members to pay extra attention to the Demon Faction yers inside the camp.”


    “Demon Faction?”


    The four of them turned toward the camp simultaneously but were unable to see through the Barrier.


    “That’s right. I already have ck Rock to keep an eye on them. Just be extra cautious,” Qin Ruo exined.


    They nodded and epted the task. “No problem.” The four Winged Champions then split and headed in different directions.

    “Divine Specter?”


    “Gosh! I have doubted it. I knew that Project Pioneer was not going to be this easy.”


    “So the hardest partes at the end stage.”


    As the defensive duty of the city under construction were being gradually handed over to the four Great Leagues, Qin Ruo timely supplemented the missing details about the Divine Specter and the reason he needed external help to his members through the League channel.


    After fighting in the Underworld for five straight days, almost every member of Fallen Angels had upped by two to three levels. Including Qin Ruo who had reached Level 56, everyone was yearning for their new life in the Underworld that woulde to fruition in two more days.


    But all of a sudden, they were being informed that there is one final obstacle to be surmounted.


    Despite being a little daunting, they had confidence in their Commander’s n and the exhortation to annihte the Divine Specter together soon drowned the entire channel.

    “There is nothing to be afraid of!”


    “Boss, we are ready!”

    Outside of Edgar Camp, numerous yers were seen exchanging positions actively.


    The atmosphere was unusually euphoric when the entire Fallen Angels defensive troop was being reced by elites from the other four Leagues. This was because the reinforcement could clearly feel the enthusiasm shown by Fallen Angels—A result of the satisfying quicker speed of farming and leveling in the Underworld.


    The 30,000 Tier 5 yers from Fallen Angels got into their positions speedily after they passed over the defensive duty. Led by Qin Ruo, Majestic Hero, Judge, and several other Veteran Champions, the team lined up uniformly in a conical formation.


    Judge, in a body of Dark Gold equipment and covered by blood red radiance, was at the front most of the attacking formation.


    Once the defense line opened up to make way, Judge lifted his war de and charged toward therge horde of Specters resolutely.


    Soon, Physical Attacks and Magical Spells mingled in the air and rushed toward Judge like a tsunami wave. The sudden and explosive bombardments from the Undead Horde overwhelmed the few League Commanders following closely behind. They were especially unsettled when all these skills and spells hit Judge simultaneously.


    However, an unbelievable scene was unveiled in front of them.


    The blood red Judge howled and steadied himself against the merciless assaults with his solid heavy armors. The more than hundreds of attacks did not appear to bother him at all.


    “...” The League Commanders ran out of words to describe what they had witnessed.


    ‘Too OP!’


    The attacks that fell on him epassed various ranged physical skills mixed with powerful spells cast by Skeleton Dragon, Vampire, and Hellhound.


    Even though Judge possessed extremely high defensive stat being a Steel Berserker, he was not supposed to be immune to both physical and magical attacks.


    ‘How did he manage that?’


    After refilling his lungs with fresh air, Judge stomped his feet and abruptly sped up. He was like a red hot iron bathed in holy radiance. The Berserker continued to charge into the Undead Horde determinedly.


    He showed no hesitation because his back was covered by five League Commanders and tens of veteran or semi-veteran Champions. Moreover, the support and constant healing provided by two best Radiant Priests of Fallen Angels—Violet Orchid and Violetmoon Devilite—had transformed him into a fearless terminator.

    Judge’s breakthrough had led to a series of chain reaction.


    First, Specters, Skeleton Dragon, and Vampire retreated from the front line following Judge’s unstoppable march. They continued to attack Judge from far and most probably won’t stop until the despicable human adventurer was smashed into pieces.


    This was when three bright radiance shot from Qin Ruo’s front.


    But Thunder Spell was still a tad quicker than Qin Ruo’s spell.


    Homme Fatale and Majestic Hero dashed into the horde almost simultaneously after Judge. They attacked relentlessly and their spells reached the targets before them.


    Boom boom boom!


    Tens of lightning pirs plummeted from the sky and fell directly on top of the horde. From far, the purple shes looked like a giantser show.


    This spell was very simr to Frostburst. Strong white lights surged continuously from within the horde after the attack and fused into arge white light curtain.


    At least five hundred Specters were evaporated instantaneously by the coordinated attack between the top two top-tier Electromancers.


    “Brilliant!”


    After the strong light had settled down, arge area around the two Commanders was found vacated. A thundering ovation was hearding from the back apuding their heroic performances.


    “Ha.”


    ck God, Scarlet Bauhinia, and Netherw looked at one another and nodded. In front of Fallen Angels and Hall of Hero, they were unwilling to back down and wished to disy their supremacy too.


    Schwaff!


    While the troops at their back began to sh with the hordeing from both nks, the three winged Commanders pped their wings and overtook Homme Fatale and Majestic Hero. They sprang toward Judge, who was now getting deeper into the Undead Horde.


    Three Shadowmancers...


    Although their attacking spells would lose part of the damages being absorbed by the Specters, they were veteran Champions after all. The weakened spells were still highly effective and deadly againstmon high-tier monsters.


    In less than two seconds after the three Champions dove into the horde, an immense magical fluctuation spread promptly from within, wave after wave.


    Numerous ck dragons, screaming shrilly like ghosts, appeared out of nowhere at the center of the disturbance.


    A few secondster, a sh of ck light “brightened” up the area and engulfed a plentiful of Specters.


    The Skeleton Dragons and Vampires in the air then started to plunge like birds with broken wings. Some cried and some groaned painfully after being pierced through by the serpentine-like Dark Element twitching in the air.


    The spellsted for three whole seconds.


    Anotherrge part of the horde was cleansed by the three top-tier Shadowmancers after that three-second massacre.


    Qin Ruo’s recycled Fatal Frost Crystal once again ran out of a target. After he saw Majestic Hero and Homme Fatale made another forward thrust, he shook his head and smiled helplessly.


    ‘I guess these violent Elementalists will not wait patiently for the entire army to advance properly in shape.”


    “Let’s hope they will not overdo things.”
