Seth felt apprehsion. Th he conctrated more to find it. The other female Guards have already reacted and were organizing.

The Manor was like a maze with many doors and corridors. It worked well with an emy that didn''t know it well but against something that perceived its surings through sound. Things be tricky.

They adapt fast this time as they evade and attack in sync, making the Monster run away again.

Sadly, the Monster''s body harded, its weight increased, the floor cracked under its weight and the st was redirected at them. It th roared ditching all stealth!

Elongating another pir this time faster than before. Thankfully, his calction was right as the elongation of the pir met with the pouncing of the monster.
The wall supporting the pir cracked and shattered in no time. But that reduced the monster''s momtum.

That stunned the monster for three seconds While Seth elongated the staff to create distance by pushing himself away.

Seth stared at the Monster corpse. It looked like a dog, with a wide mouth, reaching its neck. Its skin was coarse like a crocodile.

Seth nted his now Short Staff on the g while he crouched. His perception is at an all-time high! With the level up, his staff "Increase Perception" is sharper.
His heart skipped a beat. He was wrong.
Before, he thought there was one Monster! Now, with the level up he realized there might be more.
The other one exposed itself to drag atttion and weaked the fighters while this one was betting its time.
With Abuhe Vulcan gone, and Mara''s position exposed, the Monster was moving toward them in its Stealth Mode.

Since Seth was not exposed to any danger he never used the attribute. But he did select three attributes.

Seth cursed as he saw the Monster wasn''t following his route. But that is all good.

He unsheathed it and due to his stealth, no sound was heard but the Monster stopped moving for a momt!
It ssed something. At that momt, one of the female guards almost spotted it. But the Monster moved into another room.
The Monsters applied strgth to its hind legs, as it was going to make onest leap. Aiming to reach Mara''s room fast.
Seth still has his perception high with the Short Sword and he can pinpoint the Monster''s location.
Boom!
The monster breached all obstacles andnded right in the room and was ready to attack Mara.

The aura from the strike froze the Monster for a second and a sh of de appeared and pierced the side of its body, th to its heart. Th the de disappeared just as fast!

This time there was no blood, but the monster copsed into blue ashes, before a rotating disc formed and something akin to a ck hole formed at the ctre.
It sucked the ashes of the Monster in seconds th the disc transformed into a glowing Oval Azure Coloured Crystal. Nine symbols rotate in its halo.
The Crystal shed to Seth and his hand moved automatically and caught it.
