Frankie turned to Sanford, skeptical.

The two dove back into their chess match.

Maggie, though not a chess expert, followed the game closely, her gaze fixed on the board.
Nearby, Kyson and Shari were celebrating on the sofa, having just won their game against Barlow and Karina.

With that, she gave Barlow a dismissive shove and headed over to Debora, who was absorbed in her TV show.
Barlow scratched his head and chuckled, a rueful smile on his lips.
