    “You wretch! The Vern family’s reinforcements are here. Even if you have supernatural abilities, you won’t escape death today!”


    Russo grinned menacingly.

    Dustin’s eyes were icy.

    Following Rowan’smand, dozens of Vern family guards drew their swords. They advanced to surround Dustin.

    Everyone was stunned. They nced at their empty hands and then at the floating weapons above. They were momentarily at a loss and wondered what had just happened.


    Just as everyone was bewildered, Dustin turned his hand. The floating knives changed direction. They pointed their tips at the Vern family guards.


    “Go!”


    Dustin pointed his sword finger across the air.


    Dozens of steel des shot out. They aimed diagonally at the Vern family guards. In an instant, blood sprayed, and cries filled the air. The once formidable family guards nowy onthe ground. Some were missing hands and legs and were unable to stand.
