Chapter 6: Su Yen’s First Death.

Chapter 6: Su Yen''s First Death.

    Northern Barren Land

    Orchid City.

"Are the Su n insane?!" a middle-aged man asked with wide eyes.

Zhang Tao, the n master of the Zhang Sacred Land, sat on his majestic throne, shock written all over his face.

"Perhaps it was due to the strange magical armor that gave them the confidence to confront the beasts," said a young man standing a couple of meters from the n master.

Recovered from his shock, Zhang Tao looked at his eldest son and asked, "What type of strange magical armor would make them court death?"

"I don''t know, Father, but I heard it was the armor that helped them ovee the beast tide," Zhang Feng said.

"I see. This armor had clouded their reasoning and led them to their end," Zhang Tao said with ridicule. "How could Su Wei be so ipetent, choosing such a fool as his sessor?"

He shook his head and looked at his son with a narrowed gaze.

"Although the Su n has sent themselves to their end, we can still study the strange armor and use it for ourselves."

"So, try to get the strange armor as soon as possible."

    "Yes, Father."

In Willow City, inside the Li Sacred n, Li Xian had a bright smile on his face, looking at his two trustees.

"Hahaha. Who would have expected this..." He mmed the armchair with an ted smile.

"We''re still nning on sending another beast tide toward their city, but they''ve courted death already... Ha, this is refreshing..." Li Jun said with a bright smile, soothing his beard gently.

"You''re right..." Li Wei added. "After a day, and if we do not hear any news from them, we should send our men to take over the city."

"Right! Right!" Li Xian nodded, a corner of his lips curled up.

''In the whole of the barrennd, the Li Sacred n would be the first n to control arge city,'' he thought with deep pride.

"What about the strange magical armor?" he asked aftering out of his reverie.

"I''m already on it. After this battle, we should get our hands on it."

    ...

As the Su n soldiers plunged deeper into the heart of the Dreadshade Forest, a chaotic symphony of battle cries erupted, engulfing the air with a cacophony that resonated through the ancient trees.

The humans'' shouts of defiance, mingled with the nging of metal against metal, rang out like a rallying anthem.

Their voices carried an undercurrent of resolve, each cry echoing the collective will to defend theirnd.

"Die!" a young man with cracked armor shouted, deep determination burning on his face.

Standing in front of him was the Deste Cow, a ferocious beast known for its powerful horn attack.

However, the young man didn''t seem deterred by the powerful beast and attacked fearlessly.

    Boom!

Both the human and the beast were sent flying, crashing into a giant tree.

The Deste Cow had a deep cut on its body, while the young man had his Metal Bone construct shattered to pieces, blooding out of his mouth.

Despite this, a look of satisfaction appeared on his face when he saw the unmoving body of the Deste Cow.

This was how the battle of the Dreadshade Forest had been going on for hours.

The battle raged on, interwoven with the human battle cries were the eerie and spine-chilling roars of the beasts, each a distinct, terrifying note in the symphony of chaos.

The ferocious howls and guttural growls created an unsettling rhythm that reverberated through the forest, making the ground tremble beneath the weight of the onught.

Su Ming in the west was on a killing spree, saving as many Su n soldiers as he could.

Even though he was a Body Building realm, stage 8, his qi blood was not infinite.

Thus, his face was pale with uneven breathing. Despite this, his eyes burned with battle intent, and he dragged his exhausted body deeper into the forest.

Amidst this tumultuous chorus, the sh of weapons against scales, fur, and flesh produced a discordant melody, a haunting dance of life and death.

The Su soldiers were fearless, but the beasts weren''t to be trifled with.

They were not sentient beings, to begin with. They only acted on instinct and listened to themands of the beast overlords of the forest.

Therefore, when the humans invaded their territory, they didn''t need anymand to defend it.

Thus, leading to a fight to the death for both sides.

Bodies piled in heaps, both human and beast bodies with blood flowing like rivers.

    Nevertheless, the battle goes on.

Swords met ws, shields blocked fangs, and the shing ofbatants created a melody of violence that harmonized with the primal sounds of the forest.

Deep inside the forest, a silhouette walked unhurriedly toward the inner part of the forest.

Dressed in a white robe with a calm, peaceful face, not affected by the eerie cries and thick stench of blood in the air.

    Su Yen leisurely marched on.

After a couple of minutes, he left the outer region of the Dreadshade Forest and entered the inner region.

He could feel the qi in the air was much thicker and denser.

''What thick qi?'' he mused, not stopping in his tracks.

''If we could set up our main n here, everyone would develop quickly.'' he thought with a bright smile.

Compared to the qi in the city to the forest, it was likeparing dirt to gold.

They were iparable. Now, with this thought burning in his heart, it''s hard to quell the fire.

    Growl!

A ferocious growl came from Su Yen''s left, and a massive beast jumped out of its hiding.

Its sharp w was going for a kill.

Without turning his body, Su Yen swung his sword.

    Whoosh!

    Bang!

The massive beast crashed into an ancient tree, sliced into two.

Until death, the beast didn''t understand how it was killed.

Su Yen stopped in his tracks and looked at the dead beast.

"Thunderw Panther..." he murmured and continued walking deeper into the inner forest.

If any humans were to see this, they would be stunned.

No one dares to enter the Inner region ande back alive.

But with the look of things, Su Yen was leisurely walking as if he was in his backyard.

    Growl!

    Bang!

    "Magma Sabertooth."

    Bang!

    "Ironw Lizard."

The deeper he went inside, the more ferocious beasts he encountered.

Previously, he had to walk a couple of meters before he encountered another beast.

Now, he only needed to walk a couple of feet before he was attacked by another beast.

Despite this, he wasn''t deterred and continued on his path, ughtering every beast in his path.

Suddenly, he halted in his tracks and looked at the scene in front of him with wide eyes.

Just as he was stunned by the scene in front of him, a massive tiger came out of nowhere and struck Su Yen''s neck with its deadly sharp w.

Noticing the deadly situation, Su Yen tried to dodge the attack, but the attack was too swift to miss.

    Pu!

Blood sshed out of his neck, and he fell to his knees. He faced deep fear for a moment before he regained his tranquility.

    Roar!

A massive tiger appeared in front of Su Yen, looking at him with somewhat disdain.

With this, Su Yen realized this was the overlord of the inner forest.

Just when the tiger expected to see deep fear on Su Yen''s face, his lips curled up into a knowing smile.

    Thud!

Su Yen''s head crashed to the ground, life drifting out of him.

    Growl!

The Shadowstripe Tiger howled loudly, showing its dominance over the forest.

Just as the massive Shadowstripe Tiger turned its body to return to its home, Su Yen''s dead body twitched.
