    When he arrived in his room, Li Mo was waiting for him.


    "Brother Yan, what were you saying on the phone. I could not understand."

    For the next week, Fu Yan went to sses in the morning and worked on his algorithm in the evening.


    This routine would have continued if his PC had not started to slow down considerably.


    "I think I have to go buy a new PC now or else my work wille to a stop. But I can''t just stop here."

    "They are all too slow and it won''t be able to meet my demands. I need a more powerful PC and from what I can see a smaller one can''t meet my demands. A bigger one will do, but it won''t fit in my room and even if it fits somehow, the amount of electricity it will draw and heat and noise it will produce will affect the life of my roommates" Fu Yan thought.


    "Well it''s time to rent a house and live there"


    With that, he put down hisptop and the book also disappeared in his tattoo.


    When he turned off the music and took off his earphones, a loud cheering greeted him.


    His roommates had returned and they were ying a game while shouting at each other and also cheering when they managed to kill their opponents.


    When they saw Fu Yan standing up and looking at them, Shen Bai said to him.


    "You are up, when we came back we called you but you were too busy in your work so we did not disturb you. So what are you doing these days? We can hardly see you outside the room or the library."

    He went out of the university and walked towards the real estate office that was just 2 blocks away from his university.

    "I want to rent a house that has 4 bedrooms and awn and also have all services avable (electricity, gas,, etc.)"


    "Sir we have a house that matches your description but the rent would be a little high"


    She said this because she could see that Fu Yan was a student and many students did not have much money on them.


    "Money is not a problem. When can you show me the house?" Fu Yan said with a confident tone.


    Upon hearing this, the salesdy''s eyes sparkled with light and she thought "WOW! A rich second generation".


    "Sir, if you want we can go right away"


    "Ok let''s go now. I want to rent it as soon as possible."


    "Well right away sir, Let me get the keys for the house from the manager."


    After that they went to see the house on thepany car and after seeing the house, Fu Yan liked it right away.


    "Well I like it so what is the rent for it."


    "Sir, the rent is 8000 plus you have to pay a security fee of 25000 and 6 months'' rent in advance"


    When she said this, she was really hoping that Fu Yan would rent the house because many other customers went away after hearing these conditions.


    Well these demands are a bit high but after seeing the house i think they are not that excessive.

    Upon hearing this the salesdy gleamed with joy because she would get amission of at least 1500 to 2000 from this deal.


    "Well Sir let''s return to the office and sign the contract"


    With that they went back to the real estate office.


    Fu Yan transferred the money and signed the contract.


    "Well the house is ready, now I need a goodputer."
