Chapter 77: New ns!


    Fu Yan did not have to wait for long as Fei Hong''s call came after just 10 minutes.


    She told him that Jiao Mei will being to pick him up after a while. Fu Yan yawned again and went towards the washroom to freshen up.


    While changing his clothes in front of the full wall mirror, he again flexed a little and smiled. He went out shaking his head.


    "I really need to stop doing this. What if someone saw me doing this." Though he said this, he went inside again and posed again.


    Well, it''s a dream of every young man to have a good body and show off. Even though Fu Yan became a Librarian, he had apany now and his brain was much faster than others. He was still a young boy and still had fantasies, though he tried to suppress them, he had ns to enjoy his life to full.


    After settling his dress and hygiene, Fu Yan went to the study room and started to monitorwork activity on the screen.


    After a while, the doorbell sounded and Fu Yan picked up hisptop and went outside. When he opened the door, he saw Jiao Mei standing there.


    "Thanks foring to pick me up. I know this was not in your job description but still thanks."


    Jiao Mei just nodded and replied.


    "No, it''s not a problem. But I suggest that Mr. Fu should buy a car as it''s quite convenient to travel that way."


    Fu yan nodded and said.


    "Well, I will do so. So let''s go then." Fu Yan started to walk towards the car.


    He sat down in the back seat of the car and Jiao Mei started to drive without saying anything.


    Fu Yan just looked outside while peeking at Jiao Mei from time to time. He had asked Qing to collect data about Jiao Mei after his aunt had rmended her and from what he had seen, he knew that she was quitepetent and from her working history, he came to understand that she would do her work quite diligently. Also because of an incident in the past, she became quite introverted simr to how he was in the past.


    That''s why his aunt asked him to treat her nicely. After contemting for quite a while and taking her past into ount, Fu Yan decided to trust her for now.


    After a while, they arrived at thepany office and he could see many reporters outside the building.


    "Well, it was a good idea toe in through the back door, or else these reporters would have even dug up the past of my parents." Fu Yan thought while seeing this scene.


    After arriving in the basement parking lot and Fu Yan took out a mask from his pocket and after putting it on, Fu Yan stepped out of the car and walked towards the elevator.


    Following the directions of Jiao Mei, he soon arrived at the office floor and then through the service door, and into the office itself.


    Jiao Meo led him straight to the meeting room and Fei Hong was waiting for them there already.


    When she saw Fu Yan, she greeted him and then all three of them sat down. Fei Hong ced many files in front of him and started to exin the situation to him.


    Many of them were about the recent situation of thepany. Like finance and about the progress on what Fu Yan had ordered Fei Hong to do.


    There were also some issues rted to employees as the office had grown enough to need more employees handling ounting and Fei Hong wanted to discuss with him about hiring new employees and a CFO as they needed an expert rted to this field.


    Fu Yan skimmed through all the files and started to discuss them with Fei Hong and in between, he would ask Jiao Mei about regtions rted to the field.


    After 2 hours of discussion, the meeting ended and Fu Yan told Fei Hong that he would do something about the overloaded ounting department.


    He already had a n in his mind as he wanted to use Qing here but for that, he needed new server farms and to increase the data capacity of Qing.


    He consulted with Jiao Mei about what things the government demands from businesses and what audits they needed to provide to the government and other stuff.


    "Ok, I understand. Fei Hong you will start buying new server farms aggressively. Even if the price is higher than the market as long as it''s not too much we will buy it. Also, buy these farms in another name, I mean don''t use thepany name. We won''t be integrating them with thepany so they will stand alone. Use the same process as we have used while creating thepany. It doesn''t matter if it''s a local server farm or in some other country as long as it''s in stable condition and security is good we will buy them. I need to expand the server capacity to 5 times what we have now. Transfer the funds to another ount and pay the tax for it so that it won''t cause troubleter. Like we are not paying taxes or shit. We are clean and we will stay clean."


    After saying this, Fu Yan looked at Fei Hong andter nodded. Then Fu Yan shifted his attention to Jiao Mei and said.


    "I suspect that someone will try to nder ourpany or use some other dirty means in the near future and I want you to be prepared for that. I want to give them a strong response. They need to know that we are not newborn babies who don''t know anything about the world. Let them understand that we are a tough nut to crack."


    Jiao Mei nodded and replied.


    "Ok I will prepare my team right away and we will respond fast if anything like this happens."


    "Alright, that''s it for external problems now let''s focus on internals." Fu Yan said while stretching his arms.


    "There won''t be any new products beingunched for a while now. Let''s strengthen our foundation now and prepare for future products. I n to train the employees for now and let them adapt to the current pace and understand the technologies that we have developed for now. This way the load on my side will lessen and I can focus on other things."


    Fei Hong nodded and asked.


    "So how are you nning to train them? Will it be like Tang Ru?"


    Fu Yan shook his head and exined.


    "No, Tang Ru is special. Though the process might be simr, junior employees will only be taught basics until we are sure of their loyalty and won''t be allowed ess to the core technologies. I n to create an online course for them and give them daily tasks. Let them understand some part of the technologies so that they can handle the daily operations. These courses will only be avable internally and won''t be essible outside thepany building."


    Fei Hong nodded in agreement.


    Fu Yan looked at her and continued.


    "Even though they will only be taught basics, we still need them to sign a secrecy agreement and a minimum of 5 years of service restriction agreement as we can''t have them leave as soon as they learn. We are training our future core employees so we need them to stay. Of course, it won''t be without any benefits. Those who will sign the agreement will get a 50% increase in their sries and after 2 years a full 100% on top of it. So a total of 200% increase. They will also get insurance benefits and medical treatment, too."


    Fei Hong looked at Fu Yan and said in a worried tone.


    "Fu Yan I understand what you are trying to do but with the ongoing server farm expansion and now this sry increase, but I don''t think our current budget will be able to handle all this."


    Fu Yan smiled and said.


    "Don''t worry about the budget. There will be a huge deal in the near future. I am waiting for the Google thing to settle down as they are the mainpetitor to our trantion software and from their past activities, I know they wille to our door soon."


    Fei Hong showed a worried look and asked.


    "Fu Yan, what is your n? I mean how do you n to deal with them? They are a big internationalpany. I think it''s going to be hard for us topete with them."


    Fu Yan shook his head slightly and replied with a smile.


    "No, you don''t understand. We are easily able topete with them. Our trantion software is faster and more uratepared to theirs. On top of that it''s real-time trantion, which is in itself enough to give them a headache so it''s not a problem, we can''tpete. The problem right now is that Google will try to buy ourpany and when we refuse, they will use some underhand means. We need to prepare for that."
