Chapter 133: They Want it? They Can Have It!


    Mauritius, a small ind nation in the Indian Ocean, known for its tourism and scenic spot. It was also known as a heaven on earth because of its breathtaking views and spots.


    The country in the ind has an area of 790 sq miles and consists mostly of small jungles and salt waterkes.


    A white light shined in one part of this ind nation and Fu Yan appeared in a small alley. After teleporting here, Fu Yan looked around and then walked in one direction and as usual Nir was beside him but invisible to anyone but Fu Yan.


    Fu Yan walked around for a while and then chose a hotel. He checked using a fake ID that he had prepared long ago with the help of Qing.


    After getting into the hotel room, Fu Yan sat down on the bed and then suddenly a [span]white light came on and aptop appeared in front of him. [/span]


    Fu Yan connected to the inte and then typed a series ofmands. After a while, a strange website opened and Fu Yan entered a string of numbers in it.


    After doing all these operations, Fu Yan ced theptop on the side and closed his eyes for a while and thought about what to do next.


    When he was thinking about the future, theptop made a noise and Fu Yan immediately picked it up and looked towards the camera.


    "Wee back Big Brother!" Qing''s voice sounded in the room.


    Fu Yan let out a smile and gently gave a nod.


    "Tell me about the situation after I went into the car with Ming Ye." Fu Yan immediately got to the point.


    "Big Brother, after you went with thatdy, I followed your car throughout the city. Then suddenly I spotted some peopleing closer to the house. So as per your instructions, I executed the emergency protocol and transferred my core program to the backup server that I had prepared beforehand. As for the data on the home server, it waspletely wiped out with no chances of being recovered. To avoid suspicion, I kept the normal operations of thepany software going on and waited for you to contact me."


    Fu Yan calmly listened to all this and then asked.


    "What about thepany? Is it still operational?"


    "Yes Big Brother. Thepany operations are still going on as per normal. It''s just that Miss Fei Hong tried to get the simtor program offline but since I had no instructions from you to allow her to, she was unable to do so. They did not have admin ess to the servers and tried to use brute force, I also encountered multiple attempts from outside which tried to gain ess to the servers."


    Fu Yan was calmly listening to all this and when Fei Hong''s name came up, the golden light in his eyes became a little brighter then gradually dimmed.


    ''Fei Hong is still alive! Well, that''s good, I will make sure she regrets betraying me.'' Fu Yan thought for a bit and then asked Qing.


    "So did anything else happen in thepany?"


    "A while ago, after learning about the situation of your aunt, [span]Miss Jiao[/span] tried to contact you but after multiple failed attempts, she contacted someone and from what I picked up, she asked that person to find out what happened to you and Xen. After an hour, she received the callback from the same person and then suddenly she started to cry. She seemed pretty sad and immediately left thepany. She also transferred the 1% shares back to thepany aspensation for breaking the contract."


    Fu Yan was surprised after hearing the details about Jiao Mei. He never thought she would react this way. He remembered that his aunt told him that she was her most trusted student.


    Fu Yan gave it a thought, then moved on. It did not matter to him whether Jiao Mei was loyal or not. He was never going to trust anyone anymore unless he/she ispletely under his control and he knows that the person can never betray him even if the said person wanted to.


    Fu Yan asked about the general situation of thepany for a while and then after thinking for a while, he decided to implement his n.


    Tang Qin was currently sitting in front of hisputer, ying [Adventures in Resia]. Ever since the game came out, he had been an avid fan of this game.


    Unlike before, when he would switch games after some time, he liked this game very much and even after 3 months had passed, he was still ying it and discovering new things.


    The other reason why he kept on ying this game was because his viewers liked this game too. Ever since he started to stream this game, his viewer count also increased a lot.


    Today was also the usual day, and he was currently streaming his game y, when suddenly a notification popped up and the game paused itself automatically which was never supposed to happen because the game was an open world RPG and its time synced with the real world.


    Even though he was irritated because of the notification, he still read it because he thought ''Maybe it is something important.''


    He clicked on the notification icon and started to read it.


    "Hello Everyone! I am the creator of this game and also the software developer of [EVOS], Fu Yan. I know many of you might be wondering why I choose to stop everyone''s entertainment for an announcement when I could just post it on the website. Well, the reason is that, all services provided by [EVOS] will shut down in an hour."


    [span]Tang Qin [/span]stopped reading when he read this line and at first he thought this was a prank and that someone had hacked the game servers but after thinking for a bit, he decided to continue reading to see what all of this was about.


    "Yes, you read right. All operations and services provided by [EVOS] will be shutting down. The reason? Well, the reason is that country C as well as a powerful family who control most of the businesses in this world and which seems to be very powerful, wanted to control mypany and me. They coveted my technology and my geniusness. Of course if that was all, it would never havee to this, but they killed my parents, my uncle, my aunt, my little cousin and even my sweet little sister, just for their cause? Since they want my technology, they can have it, that is if they have the means. Previously, I had a dream of making this world a better ce but now, I just want to watch it burn. I want to see how far human greed can take this."

    After reading all this, Tang Qin subconsciously clicked on the link and it took him to a site that had pictures of Fu Yan, his family and his aunt''s family too.


    Different videos about the ck out near his aunt''s area, the video of him being taken in the car and the news about the death of his aunt''s family.


    There were also videos of the general asking him to hand over the simtion program to the Country C.


    Tang Qin was still wondering whether all this was a prank when the game suddenly closed itself.


    The same thing happened all over the world for those who were using any of the [EVOS] softwares.


    When country C found this out, they tried to cover this up, but the things were already too big. They tried to bring the site down but found that the site had no physical ess. It was as if the site was a ghost, which could only be seen and not touched.


    So as the time passed, more and more people got to know about this and all of them were asking [EVOS] for an exnation but how could they know that [EVOS] itself had shut down.


    All theputers, servers and any other smart device in thepany had shut itself down and no one could ess them.


    Fei Hong was sitting in her office thinking about why all this happened. Earlier when she heard about the facility and that there was a massacre there, she was d that she left early but when she thought about the scene from the facility that she watched in the video, she could not help but tremble, thinking she would have met the same fate had she not left.
