Chapter 371 - Energetic

"Now then, I’m guessing I can leave the task of making items for your group to you, then?" Eisen asked with a smile, and Stahl immediately nodded his head in response. "Of course you can, Gramps." The young man replied, before Eisen turned toward Constant, "Bring Stahl into the material storage, and let him pick out a few materials that he wants to bring with him." He said, and with a broad grin on his face, Stahl swiftly followed the small Core Helper toward the Hedge-Maze, although he was rather confused at why they were going that way instead of into the castle.

"Alright... For now, I’ll be off, trying to help reconstruct the town a little more, but just send me a message if you need me for anything." Eisen told the other four, and although Zyra, K and Samurai were replying to him, his own Granddaughter seemed to be too busy for it, and instead was just trying to focus on her remix.

With a defeated, broken heart, Eisen slowly made his way into the castle and immediately through it toward the town on the other side of it, and then swiftly noticed how much progress was really made so far.

Most of the houses that Eisen could see around the gates of the castle were maybe still somewhat run-down, but they were obviously repaired to the point where you could live in them again. Eisen could also see a tower in the distance, probably belonging to the church, and chose to first make his way there. A lot of the priests, priestesses and nuns were seemingly already there to prepare everything for the children, so the old man thought it would be a good spot to start helping out as well, considering how much work should still be left to do.

And when he got there, he swiftly greeted everyone and stepped inside, before being met by a rather surprising sight. Not only were the higher-ups of the church-staff here, trying to organize everything, but there were a lot of children here already as well. The whole ce seemed far more intact than Eisen expected it to be. But none of that was what surprised Eisen the most.

The children, especially the younger ones, were ying with some of the Monster-children, some Lizardmen and Kobolds were working on the reconstruction, and the Pdin Half-Dragon was there as well, trying to help everyone out with everything. So, the old man swiftly approached them.

"Hello there, any way I can help out?" Eisen asked, and everyone quickly turned around toward him before the Pdin nodded his head. "Of course you can help out! We are currently deciding on which deity to be ced central within the cathedral’s main-hall, although we can’t truly decide. I, of course, think this Ind should be dedicated to the great Trygan. As his father, you should agree with me, do you not?" The Pdin asked, but Eisen just raised his brows and looked at the former Head-Priest at Handor’s church.

"Can you show me that main-hall?" He asked, and swiftly, the former head-priest did as asked, turning around and heading toward therge door at the back of the ’Reception’ area. Besides the Castle, the cathedral was thergest structure in the whole town, so Eisen expected this ce to be incrediblyrge. And he was right, it seemed more like a small football stadium than an actual church, and along the walls were a lot of statues lined up, although none of them seemed to be recognizable in the slightest. Their rough humanoid shape was still there, but other than that, they really were just blocks of stone.

But Eisen saw through the setup rather easily. "Alright, shouldn’t be too hard to decide on it now." Eisen said with a slight sigh, before everyone looked at him rather confused, so the old man just exined.

"This cathedral never had a single god, it was a cathedral for all great gods, each represented in the same way and extent." He told them, "All the inds in this ind-group belong to a certain deity. If they have any towns on them, I expect their patron-deity to be that god or goddess. On the other hand, this ind we’re on right now is not directly connected to any deity, so I’m pretty sure this cathedral was constructed to be central and uniform, treating every deity the same." Eisen exined to them, and the others slowly understood, before Eisen slowly moved his fingers through his beard.

"I’ll ask Evalia to make the statuester, so all of you try to support her as much as you can. She may have seen the gods before, but she doesn’t have a perfect memory either." He told them, before looking around the room once more.

"But other than that, this ce was really well-repaired already, huh?" The old man asked, and the former head-priest swiftly nodded.

"It does seem so, yes. Through the Town-System, such immense tasks are rather easy to fulfill, aren’t they?" The Priest asked with a smile, and Eisen just nodded his head in response. "Seems like it, yes. Well then, just let me know if you need anything made for here, I’ll get right to it then." Eisen suggested, before slowly making his way back out of the church, before looking around the ce again and noticing just how far things hade already.

The Lords apparently had all the monsters under perfect control, and the ones that Eisen was seeing here in the area were acting pretty well. Of course, some of them were more monster-like in their behavior than others, but that was something to be expected.

"Alright... Now, then let’s just help out in other ces, huh?" Eisen asked himself, swiftly looking for the closest ce that was currently being reconstructed, swiftly trying to help the monsters and First Generation Guardians that were there.

Together with their help, and the Town System’s reconstruction, everything happened incredibly fast, and the vast majority of ces in the small area that was controlled by the Town Core were ready to be moved into, which was something that a lot of people then swiftly did.

By Serio’s supervision, he assigned different people to different ces, and if it was aparativelyrge house, he would ask some people if they were fine living there together as roommates. Of course, everyone swiftly epted, and were in return asked to help as much with construction as possible. Other than that, Serio tried to let the First Generation Guardians return to their old houses, although some of them were basicallypletely destroyed over the years and needed to be rebuilt in a new manner.

And then, there were the different houses that weren’t meant as a living-space. As this was the area directly in front of the castle, it was the ce most suited for different Shops, Workshops, and even guilds to settle down. They would need to invite some people from the guilds toe over at some point to set up ces like that, but of course, that had to wait until the town was taken over again. It probably wouldn’t take that long, because Serio was seemingly able to expand his ’Territory’ once the area he currently had under control was in good shape, so it would most likely only take one or two weeks for the town to be back in its old state.

Then, it would be necessary to actually establish sea-routes for people to migrate to the new town. It was ratherplicated to get there at the moment, so it would be nice to take over the different inds closest to the maind as soon as possible, although those seemed to be still a little bit out of reach for everyone.

But as far as Eisen could tell, everyone was preparing for that already, slowly training certain people as specialized troupes to take control of inds, which Eisen was more than just d for.

Eisen wanted to leave Komer in charge of handling things like that for now, because he was the one that was sitting in an office and trying to figure a lot of things rted to migration control, import and export supervision, as well as the different deals that he made with the country closest to them right now.

It would probably take a really long time to actually take all of the inds over, but Eisen was sure that they could properly do so if they did so patiently enough and prepared properly.

The old man was having a lot of people prepare for the trip to the Golem Ind already as well, because it was a good ce to go to level up and collect ressources at the same time, and of course it was also a great next ce to stop at in general, especially because it might give a few clues to one of the more recent mysteries that opened themselves up when Eisen created the five ’Great Golem Reincarnations’.

Either way, for now, Eisen wanted to help out around the ce for another day or two, and then they would go ahead and take over some more inds. Eisen wanted to rush forward with the n of creating a country, which seemed to only take five towns, as in five inds in Eisen’s situation, and then he would return to the maind and travel around a bit, trying to look for the three other dragons that he needed toplete tests from, and then he needed toplete the tasks that the piece of paper from the puzzle box.

He might actually be able to leave the work of taking over the other inds to the other originals, but he wanted to at least be there for the Golem King’s and Crystal Dragon King’s inds. As they were the next two towns they would take over, that wouldn’t take too long either, and until then, the regr yerbase would have joined the game and Eisen could take on a few requests, finally. Things like that always helped him get his thoughts straightened out a little bit.

And so, for one and a half days, all that Eisen did was help out in other ces, trying to build some furniture, handing out useful small items like Self-Filling Cups or the small easily-adjustable burners that Eisen created to test the new ’Setting’ menu out.

Other than that, there really wasn’t much that Eisen did, other than spending some time with his grandchildren, getting to know the Lords some more, or trying to socialize with the monsters and First-Generation Guardians. And before Eisen knew it, the old man had to log out to be checked-out by the Doctor, as well as for eating something with Xenia, even if he wouldn’t be directly eating anything due to being constantly fed through that nutrient-solution hooked up to his body.

    ---

When Benjamin woke up inside the capsule, he slowly sat up and opened the capsule up, before pulling his legs over the edge to sit up straight for a little while. He was feeling pretty good right now, and beside the still-lingering constant phantom pain that he was feeling in his nonexistent right arm, Benjamin was in peak condition, even if his stomach felt really empty and he lost a bit of weight.

He was advised to work out a little more anyway after his body properly recovered from surgery, so Benjamin would try to make use of his uselesslyrge amount of money and invest in some proper equipment, so that he could build his body back up inbetween sessions of ying the game, even if he wasn’t entirely sure why he was so obsessed with ying it despite knowing that some real big shit was going on.

But just as Benjamin was thinking about this, his son knocked on his door and slowly opened it up after the old man asked him toe in. "Hey, so I’ll be going to pick up Jasmin now. The Doc should be on his way as well. Benji and Sophia are in the livingroom with Sean and Katy right now." Tony told his father, who slowly nodded his head and smiled at him in response.

"Alright, then I’ll see youter." Benjamin said with a smile, before Tony just smiled back, happy to see his father this energetic again.
