[Ding! Because the host has passed the 10% Nourishment Rate Mark, he has effectively surpassed the emotion limiters of the system (to a degree). The result of this change is the sudden burst of everything you have been repressing…]
[You are likely to speak in a more carefree manner for a very… very long time… Upon reaching the Divine Realm, you can choose to go emotionless once more. But the pain and other costs will never be able to be altered…]
"So that''s how it is." Azmodeus wore a discerning glint in his gaze as he figured something would change in the Race Nourishment Rate. But he never would''ve expected it to be something like this…
As his thoughts stirred, a few more system notifications rang out within his mind.
BLING!
[Ding! You have achieved the 10% Nourishment Rate for your Loot God Race!]
[Ding! You have received the ''White Loot Halo''. It is the most basic Halo that a Loot God can obtain, and it also increases all Loot Acquisition rates to ''500%''. This is an overall booster and stacks on top of all other Loot Halos that you may or may not obtain.]
"This is… interesting… But fuck, I was really expecting some form of badass transformation ability…"
Azmodeus looked both pleased and frustrated with this oue, as it became hard to quantify his surging emotions.
In spite of that, he still had a goal to aplish in the Neverdye Gxy, and time was money. Which was to say that with every second lost, more loot vanished from his inventory!
"Time to go teach some shitheads a few lessons on courtesy. After all, it''s not very cordial to chase after a man without first introducing yourself…"
A cold smile crept up Azmodeus''s exceptionally handsome face as he blurred from his spot.
FWIP!
When he reappeared, there was no longer death and destruction. Instead, it was quite peaceful, almost like a tranquil garden in space.
In fact, the ce he arrived at was indeed a garden…
"Gctic Commander Bo''s Garden Sanctuary…"
Azmodeus scoured the vastyout of lush, verdant trees and bushes as he attempted to find the aura that he was looking for.
Considering that the Garden Sanctuary was roughly the size of a very small Gxy and housed the most exotic of herbs, it would definitely be tough to find a single pers-
SHING! SHING!
"???"
Azmodeus heard the distinct sound of swords nging in the distance as he followed the trail of noise. He swiftly found himself being led down a pink flower-covered path, where the end was located in an open, bowl-shaped crystal-clearke.
Theke was utterly massive, ing in at over 20 light years in width. Furthermore, it was home to star-sized fish and deer-like monsters. All of them were being constantly munched on by creatures higher up on the food chain, such as grandiose Mega Eels and Lorder Bears, both of whom were apex predators in theke''s ecosystem.
Tap Tap Tap
Azmodeus took slow yet insanely fast steps toward the north end of theke, which was where two sharp metallic shes danced in midair.
"Is that Gctic General Bo?"
Azmodeus got a good look at the one who had the upper hand in the fast-paced sky battle. And he was positive that therge, robust, and muscr frame of the winning figure matched that of the Gctic General''s description.
''Should I just walk up to them and do a little one-two with my hands…?''
''Or maybe I should wait it out and let the two warriors finish their battle?''
''Well, now that I think about it…''
''I don''t give a fuck!''
''No fucks to give here!''
Following this maniacal train of thought, Azmodeus vanished from his original position atop an insurmountable hill. After which, he zed through the skies, aiming to interfere in the sword battle with a wide grin on his face.
"!?!?" "!?!?"
Both Gctic General Bo and his opponent suddenly stopped their movements and shot their stern gazes in the same direction. Only to see arge, shining star plummet from the skies!
"Is that a friend of yours, General Bo?" An elegantly dressed woman asked.
She was the opponent in this situation and was someone visiting from the neighboring Gxy of Runeyoom. As for the reason she was fighting the general, well, it was simply because the thrill of a good battle was deeply rooted in her veins.
She was called An Ling and was also someone whom the entire Runeyoom Gxy looked up to as the War Berserker that would lead them into battle!
"..."
General Bo honed in on the rapidly approaching figure and tried to recall meeting someone with such a distinct aura. However, no matter how he thought about it, there had definitely never been an instance where he met someone like that.
Unfortunately for him, both he and An Ling weren''t given much time to ponder the matter of this mysterious man, as he was already right in front of them…
WHIZ!
Azmodeus phased through the two vast points in space as his red, star-like aura appeared right in front of the two flying Generals!
"Well, whether or not he''s your friend or not doesn''t seem to matter anymore, as he''s most definitely trying to kill us." An Lingmented on the subject of her death with a faint grin stered on her beautiful, slightly scarred face.
"Yes, that does appear to be the case."
Gctic General Bo agreed with the female General as he jumped out of the way of the iing meteor.
An Ling did the same, but she did so in a far more rxed manner, seemingly not even seeing this new foe as a threat to be cautious around.
However, she would soon realize how wrong she was…
CRACKA—BOOOOOM!
Azmodeus crashed to the ground surface as arge, yered crater formed in the spot where hended.
It was only after the smoke cleared up that both An Ling and Gctic General Bo were able to bear witness to the glitchy, devil-like figure before them. A man or beast who wore an evil expression truly befitting of his crimson red body.
His frame was roughly the size of arge cluster of star systems, making him around the same size as them. But there was something that was not analogous to what they had.
That something being his…
