Chapter 594: Unknown Food


    After finally catching up with the ss, we found our ssmates resting in a wide area halfway up the mountain. A few ssmates who had sub-optimal stamina were already gasping for breath.


    Especially Gong CaiCai, Little Smart, Eunuch Cao, and Zhuang Ni.

    Zhuang Ni leaned against a tree and sat on the grass. She tilted her head to look at the water bottle in the ss leader’s hand.


    “It’s not a problem if you can still talk.” The ss leader unscrewed the cap of the water bottle, then ced it by Zhuang Ni’s hand.


    “ss leader, ss leader, I’m dying too.” Eunuch Cao came up to join the fun, “Please feed me mouth to mouth…”


    He ended up under Niu ShiLi’s feet before he finished his sentence.


    The ss leader was finally relieved everyone was together after she saw Xiao Qin, Xiong YaoYue, and me follow up, but then she looked depressed for some reason.


    She didn’t ask us why we were held up, she just leaned against a tree in the shade and began eating a red bean bun.


    She already digested the date cake she ate earlier, so I guess she needs more calories now.


    It was rare to see the ss leader eat snacks normally, since she had set times for her three meals.

    You can already hear the sound of running water from not far away, so there was a brook nearby.


    “It’s no big deal.” Xiong YaoYue shared some of the wild strawberries with Loud Mouth, “A couple of germs won’t do any harm.”


    Loud Mouth was a bit more careful. She used her bottled water to wash the wild strawberries before tasting it.

    Thus the few of us gathered around the bush and began picking wild strawberries to eat. Since it had just rained in the morning, some of the berries still had water drops on them, so we gradually thought it was reasonable for Xiong YaoYue to eat them without washing it.


    “Hey, the thorny ones over here are a bit sweeter.”


    Xiong YaoYue, who was rapidly picking the berries, quickly made a new discovery.


    “Where, where?” Loud Mouth, who was sitting down for a rest, stood up.
