 “Well, in Kiri I helped Mei with her civil war. Then proceeded to force feed the whole of Kiri and thend of water with as much progress as I could. Kiri is currently the most technological of the Ninja viges thanks to yours truly.” Once Tomoka finished speaking Mei sighed before talking.

 “And all it costs us is our autonomy. Sure, I am the Mizukage and hold more power over thend of water than the daimyo who Tomoka proceeds to make nothing more than a figurehead. I on the other hand am no better than a regional manager.” Despite the defeatist tone in Mei’s voice the others could tell she was fine with the state of things.

 “So now you know. I could take Akatsuki out of the picture whenever I feel like it as well as any of your viges. The only reason I don’t is because I don’t really have a reason for it.” Once Tomoka finished speaking with a shrug, silence fell on the room for a moment as tension began to rise.

 “You say that but what is to stop us from mobilizing against you as well as Akatsuki. I very much doubt you can hold that threat now that we know about you” Hearing Onoki’s thinly veiled threat, Tomoka just smirked. She had waited for something like this since the beginning. Mei for her part just shook her head, she knew what wasing.

 “Then how about I give a demonstration.” Having said that, Tomoka pulled a small pair of disks from her pouch before throwing them, onending on the desk and the other on the room’s ceiling.

 A moment after the disksnded a holographic screen appears for all of those present to see. The screen was currently divided into sections so each of those present could see what Tomoka was about to show them.

 On the screens began appear real-time video of each of the ninja viges. Not only that but also of the capitals of the nations. Then to make matters worse, the images changed to show random viges in each nation as well as hidden bases.

 “As you can see, I have twenty four seven surveince of yournds. Information is incredibly important for armed conflict after all. However, this isn’t all, let me show you what I meant when I said I could take any of your viges.” Once that was said all the screens shifted to show a deste mountain range in Iwa.

 “Onoki over there should recognize these mountains, no?” The old man just squinted at her, not bothering to answer. Tomoka didn’t bother to ask again and instead just snapped her fingers.

 The next moment the screens showed something flying from near the camera’s view before impacting the mountains. A horribly bright sh of light followed deemed enough by the screens to not blind anybody present. Once the light level finally went back down to normal Those present saw something truly horrifying.

 “And it''s gone, just like that. An entire mountain reduced to nothing but rubble now imagine what would happen if I decided to just be done with you all.” Tomoka’s grin grew sadistic as she saw the terror in the Kage’s eyes.

 “You… you are bluffing, you probably can’t use that weapon as easily as you want to make us believe.” Tomoka knew that Onoki was trying to fish for information. She didn’t mind, it wouldn’t help him or the others anyway, afterall…

 “Oh you think that? How about I give your people a good scare then.” Once again Tomoka snapped her fingers and so the image on the screen changed to a top down view of Iwa. A momentter all around Iwa explosions like those that anihted the mountain happened all around Iwa.

 Onoki could do nothing but look in horror as his vige stood in the center of a circle made of explosions farrger than his own vige. Silence, the entire room fell in silence as the Kages tried to process what they had just witnessed.

 It took a while but Onoki managed to gather enough of his wits to try and call Tomoka’s bluff. Afterall, how could something like that be true? For sure the girl had crafted that video somehow. It was as he was about to speak that a summon appeared next to him. Said summon was an armadillo with a scroll on his little snout.

 Taking the scroll Onoki quickly began reading as his face turned pale. The more he read the worse his condition became until he killed over, a grimace of pain on his face as he held his chest.

 “Would you look at that, the old man is suffering from a heart attack.” Tomokamented without a care in the world as she inspected her perfectly manicured nails.

 The next moment a series of events urred in quick session. First, Tsunade dashed towards Onoki, almost earning herself an attack by one of the old man’s guards until said old man Managed to signal them to stand down.

 Tomoka had to admit that the old man did deserve the title of Kage for being able to stay conscious despite his heart stopping. It took a while before Tsunade managed to restart his heart.

 “So do I need to continue blowing shit up or do you all believe me now.” Seeing all the Kages spooked at her words brought an unimaginable amount of sadistic glee to Tomoka’s heart.

 “Ahem, N-no need. We should get back to the matter at hand and discuss about the alliance tobat Akatsuki.” Jiraiya the always shameless sannin diverted the conversation as if nothing had happened.

 “Sure thing, so who is going to be the leader?” Having had her fun Tomoka followed Jiraya’s change of topic. The Kages looked towards each other. To tell truth each one of them understood that being the leader would give the vige that led an advantage.

 “If I may make a suggestion?” Mifunes interruption cut the tense atmosphere that had settled. Receiving nods from the Kages the old samurai continued speaking.

 “I do believe that Raikage-dono would be the best choice from those present.” That earned him everyone''s attention as their gazes told him to exin and so he did.

 “For starters, Suna doesn’t have a Kage at this moment. Tsuchikage-dono is too old to rally the young generations effectively. Mizukage-dono doesn’t appear to be interested-” At that the other turned to Mei who just gave a nod and a shrug.

 “-Finally Jiraya-dono has just recently became Hokage. Therefore, I believe Raikage-dono to be the best choice.” Once Mifune finished his exnation the others grumbled a bit despite agreeing.

 “Alright! Then A is our glorious leader. Since I did say I would participate I will give some support. How about two elite spartan squads, Yugure as a whole and a few old tech war machines… old tech by my standards that is.” Hearing that A’s eye twitched a little.

 Yugure had the fourth Hokage as a member, just that would already be a lot, who knows what other kinds of monsters are part of the group. Not to mention whatever those elite spartans the girl mentioned. Finally, old tech by her standards, who knows how advanced her tech is, from the little he had seen their own would perhaps count as ancient.

 Like that the conversation proceeded as each Kage talked ns. For starters, Kumo would send troops to Iwa, while Kiri would do the same to Konoha, that way they could do a three point attack on ame. Another thing they needed to keep in mind is the safety of the remaining two bijus. Afterall, Akatsuki was only mising the Nanabi and the Kyubi toplete their n.

 Tomoka informed them that Currently she had members of Yugure watching over the Nanabi’s jinchuuriki incognito. They would need to contact Takigakure and inform them of the happenings going around. Once the meeting wasing to an end Tomoka decided to talk once more.

 “Oh by the by, you all should take one of these with you forunication’s sake.” Saying that Tomoka took out womps for each of the Kages.

 “These things will let you allmunicate instantly regardless of distance. Do not try to reverse engineer them, any unauthorized malicious tampering and they will blow up with the power of a hundred paper bombs.” Once she finished saying that all the Kage’s looked the devices with a bit of wariness except for Mei who just shrugged and took out her own.

 “How do we know that you won’t try and blow us up using them?” Onoki asked, him being the one with the most suspicion about the device.

 “Really Onoki? Really? If I wanted to blow you up I could very well do it whether you have that thing on you or not.” Onoki just sighed before picking up the womp followed by the others. Once Tomoka talked them through the bare minimum they separated, each heading for their respective viges in preparation for the war.

 “That went well.” Nozomimented as the trio boarded the quinjet to go back. She had very much enjoyed how Tomoka demolished the Kages.

 “It did, and it was fun to boot.” Both Nozomi and Tomoka turned to see the smiling Hinata. They sometimes forget how ruthless and sadistic Hinata can be. Taking into consideration one of the Kages was the one that tried to kidnap her it made sense. Out of the three of them Hinata is the one to hold a grudge.

 “So now what?” Not minding the look her girlfriends were giving her Hinata asked as she took her seat inside the quinjet.

 “Now we wait, it will take them a while to mobilize and I don’t know when Obito will start attacking.” Tomoka said while shrugging as she started the liftoff process for the quinjet.

 “Right, well I do hope they can put up a fight without the resurrected people.” Nozomimented nonchntly. What she and Hinata didn’t see was the maniac grin on Tomokas face.

 “Oh I wouldn''t worry too much about that.” Once she said that she refused to say any more no matter how much her girls pestered Tomoka for details. Afterall, it wouldn''t be a surprise if she talked.

 Once theynded back in Yggdrasil Tomoka got to work preparing for the war. She carefully chose what she would allow to participate and what not. Some things would be used only if certain parameters were met.

 “You are taking this seriously… well kinda, as seriously as you could take a “game”” Nozomimented as she followed Tomoka around. It has already been three days since the summit and she had never seen Tomoka be this serious about anything that didn’t involve their rtionship.

 “Of course I am taking this seriously! Who knows when I will get another chance to y such a fun war game! I mean, sure I could go to a war torn universe like warhammer or starcraft or star-wars or whatever, but that feels a bit cheaty you know.”

 Nozomi just lifted an eyebrow at that. Sometimes it was hard understanding how Tomoka’s brain worked, like right now. She would consider cheating by going to a war torn universe to look for a “war game” But steamrolling the opposition with super advanced tech isn’t cheating.

 “Whatever you say, as long as I get to pilot one of those massive robots I won’tin.” She had been practicing with them in simtions but she could tell that the simtions couldn''tpare to the real thing.

 “Sure thing love. Afterall, I am ying both sides for a reason…” Silence, Nozomi just looked towards Tomoka, not needing to talk to make her question clear.

 “I shouldn’t have said that, I should not have said that… just ignore whatever I said.” Tomoka was thankful that her slip up happened while Hinata was away, otherwise she would have been forced to spill the beans.

 “Sure, I will forget it if you give me another “Full Tomoka control day”” Nozomi answered with an evil grin. This is why she wouldn’t need to spill the beans. Nozomi much preferred to make deals with Tomoka, deals that both of them enjoyed despite Tomoka’s whimpering protest.

 “F-fine, but no exhibitionism this time!” Nozomi’s grin didn’t diminish Tomoka’s concerns.
