Cairith had be and of ice and snow... or so it seemed. If one looked closely, the ice wasn''t actually ice at all, but rather a beautiful, reflective ss.
The once bustling city seemed more empty than not now, buildings had copsed, and a grey hue hung from the skies.
At the center of the city, Ss could see aplex structure of crystals that seemed like a pyramid formed out of nted pirs of ss. It looked like it hade right out of aic book.
''This feeling... the ss monkey?''
Ss'' gaze shed as he felt that he understood what was happening here. He had just made the assumption that the ss Monkey would be killed by the Africor Continent''s experts eventually. He didn''t think that they would somehow allow their capital to be overrun like this by a single beast.
What could have possibly happened?
Even if the three monarchs were upied by the Dungeon, and they took along with them four elites, would a nation as a whole really only have 15 powerful existences?
Even if they had taken all of the elites with them and there were really none left, just by virtue of their sheer numbers they should be able to crush a beast that Ss had easily defeated without even much help from Alex.
All of that pointed to the fact this couldn''t possibly be a simple matter.

It was like something was drawing him to that scene in the distance, as though his Luck had changed from just passively interacting with the world around him, to feeling it was more real.

Ss realized that this was the first time he had interacted with the real world after he began to think in Ithkuil.
When he first started, he noted that his visualization was far brighter and grander than before. And his visualization, as far as he was aware, was an off-shoot of his Luck.
Maybe the two worked off of one another like this, and now the Sixth Sense of his Luck was far greater.

Ss shot forward, pressing a foot against the side of the pyramid and plummeting down its side. He raised down its body with a smooth effortlessness until he suddenly caught air.
<Surfing Frost> activated and a path of curving ice appeared beneath his feet.
''It''s so easy...''
It felt like the cost of his skill had halved again, and that wasn''t just because the Ice Aether concentration in the air was so high. It was something deeper than that.
He was being embraced by Earth in a way he couldn''t quite put into words.
Ss got closer to the pyramid of ice swiftly, crossing over the remains of the city until he felt like he could practically reach out and touch it...
But that feeling was nothing more than an illusion. The structure was so muchrger than he could have ever imagined that it was almost unsettling.
Ss'' eyes narrowed as he felt the gravity of the situation. And then, his Will picked up on something.

Ss had yet toy eyes on the creature, but he could feel its power.
''Its Level actually increased by this much? How long has it been? It''s definitely less than a year...''
Ss checked his system and his eyes narrowed.
The time dtion wasn''t nearly as severe as he thought it was going to be. He had expected to lose at least eight months, but it turned out that it had only been a quarter of that. He didn''t know what caused him to only lose two months instead of the near year he was expecting, but he didn''t get much time to consider that before a howl filled the air.

The world of ss shook and a pir suddenly shot right at Ss.
There wasn''t time to dodge through normal means, but Ss was quick on his feet.
The path of ice beneath him copsed and the ss pir shot over his head.
There wasn''t the slightest hint of panic in his eyes, but his gaze was zing with a fiery light.
This was exactly what he needed. A path directly to his Silver ss.
When he first saw the ss Monkey, he had thought it was unfortunate that it was so low level. It was the perfect creature to consolidate his affinities into one, singr path.
He had felt that itsir was quite chilly before, but now that his senses were so much sharper, he knew exactly why.
This ss Monkey had affinities of Ice and Sand. The fusion together formed this odd chilly ss that it could control like an extension of its body.
The creature itself was quite shockingly small. But none of that mattered if it had a city at its beck and call to control.
Sand was a Variant Earth affinity much like Wood was. It would easily overshadow his Wood affinity, taking it over and recing it. As for the Ice... it spoke for itself.
But there was a hidden character here that was very much akin to Poison, but not quite. The uniquebination that formed the ss felt like it was tailor-made for Ss...
And it just might fix his issues ofck of attack power.

A fiery intent zed in Ss'' eyes as the Basilisk King fused into his body seamlessly. Hended on a ground crunching about beneath him. His tail pped down and he shot forward.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
Ss shifted quickly from side to side, his body leaving streaks of ck in its wake as he formed a zigzag pattern through to the heart of the ss Fortress.
And that was when his eyesnded on it.
The ss Monkey was just as small as always, but it seemed to have formed itself a mech
armor of frosty ss. It formed arms for itself that wereicallyrge, and its tail was dozens of meters long now, pieced together by segments of ss.
And its stats...
