Inside the main control room, Professor Garth sat on a chair looking at the screen of a computer pressing buttons rapidly adjusting power outputs for the experiment.


    Beside him, Magnerion the king and his Eldest son Excellion. And several other jeerians wearing a white lab coat working on their stations.


    The high tech glass door opened.


    "Father, brother, good morning Guiliana is with us." Jurion said, wearing his usual skin tight black suit as he enters the room, Guiliana following him on the back wearing the same suit but with a pink color.


    "Good morning son, nice to have you here darling." Magnerion giving Guilana an embrace.


    "Good morning your highness." Guiliana muttered in reverence.


    "How is everything, how is your father? Magnerion looked into Guiliana''s eyes and asked politely holding her by the right shoulder with his left hand.


    "He is well my king, though he is busy all the time with important matters."


    "Well that can''t be avoided especially with this war. But don''t worry Jurion here will get the power we need to finally end this war." Magnerion placed his right hand on Jurion''s left shoulder then smiled looking at his son. Then stepped aside for Excellion to give greetings.


    "Good morning Guiliana, I hope you are doing fine, we miss you." Excellion gives Guiliana a hug.


    Looking at his brother he holds him by the shoulder and told him, "Good morning brother, are you ready for the experiment? You know you can back down anytime."


    "I''m ready brother, you don''t need to worry, plus if anything happens I know you will take care of everything for me." Jurion smiled.


    "Of course."


    Jurion goes to a room where he sat in a black chair, metallic contraptions bounded his limbs and head, two big ball of metal with a spiral wirings attached to it suspended above Jurion''s head.


    "Are you ready prince?" Garth''s voice in a microphone.


    "I''m ready" Jurion looked at the protective window inside the room where he can see the anxious faces of Guiliana, his brother and his father.


    "Okay my prince, remember to take deep breaths."


    "Remember what I told you before Garth." Magnerion ominously sounded.


    "Yes my king, we will monitor his vitals. If anything unusual happened, we will terminate the experiment immediately." Garth said at the same time pushed a big lever with his right hand.


    Inside the room an increasing electronic sound can be heard while the lights steadily getting brighter and brighter, the two metal balls emanates electricity until it strikes Jurion.


    Jurion screamed at the top of his lungs, he growled non-stop, his eyes wide open, his body shaking uncontrollably.


    Smokes rises from his body.


    His eyes becomes red and started to bleed.


    Blood comes out of his nose, ears and mouth until he fell unconscious.


    Hurriedly Guiliana, Magnetion, Excellion and several scientist sprinted to the room including Garth.


    Guiliana full of tears, "Jurion! Please, be alive!" with Jurion''s head on her bosoms.


    "Bring the medics hurry!" a serious tone from Excellion.


    "Garth! I told you to take precautions!" Magnerion frowned.


    "I know my king, but this is expected, he is alive, we just need to let him recover and find out if there are changes in his body." Garth calmly explained.


    "You better pray that he will recover or else." Magnerion threatened Garth.


    Jurion lying on a bed opened his eyes, Guiliana beside him holding his hands asleep.


    Jurion squeezed her hands and she woke up.


    "What happened with the experiment?"


    "You passed out. You made us worry. How do you feel?" a look of worry in her eyes.


    "I feel fine. Did Professor Garth mentioned any improvements?"


    "Yes, he said that he was able to gather significant amount of data and but still insufficient. You can''t do it again please!" Her brows knitted together, her eyes teary.


    "Of course." Jurion with a disappointed expression.


    After a week of recovery Jurion browsing his military reports, an enraged expression formed in his face, "Damn yarramans, planning to attack another planet again!" He hissed.


    In Garth''s office, Jurion with a serious face, "Prof. Garth, we need to continue with the experiment." his hands on top of Garth''s table.


    "We can''t."


    "Why not?"


    "Knowing your stubbornness, your father specifically ordered me to stop experimenting in you."


    "He won''t know if we don''t tell him."


    "That will be out of the question."


    "You don''t understand professor, we don''t have much choice, we are losing this war, can''t you see it? This is our only hope!"


    "If I help you and you die during the process, your father will kill me too you know."


    "If we lose this war you will suffer same fate right? At least you can say we tried our best."


    A unimaginable long time of silence occurred in the room.


    Garth''s dumbfounded expression pondered on Jurion''s words.


    "I suppose you are right, damn kid! Okay I will help you but your father must not know."


    "Yes! Of course!"


    "Hit me."


    "What?"


    "You heard me."


    "Oh, I see. I''m sorry for this professor. I promise I will compensate you for this."


    "You better be, just go on with it." he sighed.


    After Garth was beaten almost to death by Jurion to make it looked like he forced him to get his access to the laboratory.


    Jurion increased all the power output to maximum inside the same laboratory and sat on the chair.


    Violent electrical sparks exudes from the metal balls and hit Jurion.


    He convulsed, a blinding light appeared inside the room and abruptly vanished together with Jurion''s body. No single trace of him left in the room.


    In her office, Guiliana stood in front of the window and looked at the horizon, she clasped her chest, an unexplainable feeling of dread arose from her heart.
