Dio came crashing through the Kouken kingdom, Tenchi then moves fast and goes in the air

The only thing is it is a double edge sword. not only does it have to receive damage but using it causes recoil.
The shrinking was a Nura Technique. They are able to alter their sizes. Jurian is able to alter their ages...both of his grandfathers use their techniques all the time
In the fight, both were evenly matched in power, technique, and speed. Dio may have been a little stronger but Tenchi was a little faster...
