stoise stood with multiple injuries and it started to fight again. It had a great will to win and it did.
Hymer was happy that Axel had lost this battle. What he didn''t know was that Mamoswine had just ranked up to king rank while stoise had been a king-rank Pokemon for some time now.
The second battle was between Dragonite and Charizard. The battle was long cause Dragonite had a good defense and Charizard was also not willing to lose. However, Charizard won after using its ''Pre domain'' move. Its fire-type moves had been upgraded a little since thest time Axel saw it.
The next battle was between kazam and ziken.
Now, kazam was not stilling idle while others were ranking up to tier 2. Axel looked at its stats after a long time.

Then he started to think. Was this because kazam was a shadow Pokemon in the past? This might be true. So, how was he going to rank them up?

ziken started with a powerful ''ze kick'' all around the ce. Its speed was very fast. kazam knew that it would not be able to fight ziken physically so, it dodged a lot of attacks and then proceeded to use ''Rain dance'' and ''Calm mind''.
By using ''Rain dance'' the power of fire type move would decrease a lot. If the move was level 40 and above, the move would have even more effect.
It could subconsciously use ''Calm mind'' to power itself but the effect of that was too low. After using ''Calm mind'', it''s special attack and special defense increased a lot.

The group has seen it move so fast. It was also using ''Rain dance'' which was unusual for a psychic-type Pokemon. And now it had covered itself in an electric-like armor and that armor looked very solid and strong.
"kazam is the first Pokemon that Axel had caught. It had been with Axel for nearly a decade. So, it is bound to be powerful.", replied K. K knew the history of Axel and kazam.
"But this is just too much. Do these modified moves grow on trees? How could so many of his Pokemons have so many modified moves? I just don''t get it.", said Hymer.
"That is because Axel and his Pokemons train very hard. He is also very talented. We don''te close to his training schedule.", replied Lance who was also surprised to see the battle.

Hymer had met Lance a couple of times and he knew how arrogant Lance was. He also knew that Lance would not praise someone without any reason or proof. He started to get interested in Axel''s character.

The crowd was excited to see such a big battle. After 15 minutes of battle, stoise won. Axel could tell that stoise was more experienced than Charizard but Charizard had a lot of firepower. If Charizard was not weak to water-type attacks, it might have won this battle.

stoise was given 30 minute break. Meanwhile, Agnes was sessful in advertising Momo to the crowd. After the advertisement, the crowd had a huge line in the shop. The sales of the shop skyrocketed.
