Before the battle began, Axel was curious about this stoise. Hymer had proimed that this was the most powerful Pokemon in his team and he wanted to see how powerful it really was.

He had not seen the move description but there were 5 new moves in this stoise. That was a lot for any normal Pokemon. This showed that Hymer was really a good trainer. Why was this trainer not shown in the anime? Axel was very confused.
The names of the new moves were intimidating. Specially, the ''Water clone'' one. Axel looked at the description and he was stupefied.

<strong>Water clone</strong>: Can create 3 clones made of water that look exactly like the user. These clones would have 30% of the user stats and can only use water-type moves that the user knows. These clones had almost zero defense and if they were hit, they would st with a violent explosion.
This could only be used when the user is using its pre-domain move.
<strong>Water dragon</strong>: Will create a massive sea dragon made of water that would shoot powerful sts of water bullets and then m towards the target.
This could only be used when the user is using its pre-domain move.
<strong>Stormy blockade</strong>: Will use clouds to store a massive amount of water during rainfall and use all of that water to hit the target as a devastating move.

This stoise was totally insane. Axel had to admit that he had never seen such a powerful water-type Pokemon. He may have seen champion-rank water-type Pokemons but none of them had such powerful attacks. How did this Hymer train his stoise to such a stage?
Then it all hit him. This Hymer must be trained as the next head of Toise family. That was why the stoise was so powerful.
Axel used the ''mentalmunication'' and talked to kazam in secret,
''Light, this stoise is very powerful. You will have to give it your all. I will also guide you in the fight. You must win this battle.''
kazam was surprised to hear it from Axel. It knew Axel''s nature and knew that Axel would not be so serious if the Pokemon was so easy to defeat.
''Don''t worry, I will go all out and I don''t need your help. I want to have a fair fight.'', said Light.
Axel nodded his head. He understood kazam''s feelings. However, he did tell kazam about the new moves of stoise.
"Let the battle begin!!"
stoise started with ''Rain dance''. kazam used ''Calm mind'' to heighten its special attack and special defense. It also used ''Elemental maniption'' to make an electric armor around it. By that time, stoise was already able to use ''Iron defense'' to increase its defense.
The battle started with kazam using ''Elemental maniption'' to attack with spears made out of electric current. stoise was also not sitting idle. It also used ''Hydro cannon'' to counter it.
The power of ''Hydro cannon'' to higher than that of ''Elemental maniption''. It overpowered kazam''s attack and then went on to kazam. kazam was able to swiftly dodge the attack and then...
BANG!!!!
A thunder hit stoise straight to its face. kazam used the move ''Thunder'' and since it was raining, the quality and the direction of the attack were absolute.
stoise was hit by the attack and it used its new move ''Tortoise armor''. This was the move that it had already used in previous battles, so everyone was aware of it. It boosted its special defense stat by not sacrificing its defense.
The battle went on for quite some time. kazam was able to hit stoise with ''Thunder bolt'' and ''Thunder'' once again. However, due to its high defense, it was not critically injured.
stoise was then able to use ''Withdraw'' and then ''Shell smash''. ''Shell smash'' was a powerful move if ''Withdraw'' was used before. This time kazam was hit by the attack.
kazam didn''t have high defense and special defense like stoise. It used its speed and then used ''Drain punch'' which connected. However, due to ''Tortoise armor'', the move was not very effective.
Axel could see that the amount of rain had decreased and everyone thought that the effect of the move ''Rain dance'' was going to be over. However, Axel knew that such was not the case.
kazam changed the armor. Instead of electric current, it was filled withpressed fire. kazam must have realized that the electric armor would be harmful to itself during the rain.
After a short time, stoise gave a huge roar and suddenly as if the sky had fallen, a huge amount of water came pouring down from the sky.
It felt as if the sky had fallen. The force of the water was tremendous. kazam instantly used ''Greater telekinesis'' to increase its speed and dodge the attack. Unfortunately, the attack covered a huge area and it could not dodgepletely. It was hit by the attack and the armor was shattered after it.
BANG! BANG!! BANG!!!
Those huge amount of water felt like a sea when itnded on the arena. Axel was stupefied by the power of the attack. stoise really was a powerful Pokemon.
kazam suffered many injuries from that attack. Its eyes shined in white light and then it covered all over its body and instantly most of the injuries were recovered.
It had used ''Recover'' and now it could use the move 2 times and recover 50% of its health.

(Level 45): Recover 50% of maximum health only one time.
(Level 50): Can recover 40% of maximum health 2 times.

This was one of the most powerful moves of kazam. It might not be an attacking move but it could recover kazam 2 times. 50% of the health of a king-rank Pokemon was not a joke.
kazam then used ''Teleport'' toe near stoise. This was the first time it hade near except for using ''Drain punch''. It then used ''Confusion'' with full power.
stoise was already tired after using such an overpowered move. So, it could dodge the attack. It still had ''Tortoise armor'' but the armor had many cracks and it could not defend against pure psychic moves like ''Confusion''.
stiose was confused and it experienced that somehow its stats had been lowered too.

<strong>Confusion</strong> (kazam): (Level 40): 10% chance to confuse the target to 50% chance to confuse the target.
(Level 45): If the target is confused, then there is a 30% chance that the target will experience a fall in its stats for some time.

kazam was going to take full advantage of this used ''Hyper beam'' at a point-nk range. Now ''Hyper beam'' was only at level 39 but it was still a powerful move. It took a long time to charge and some time to recover after using it. kazam had all the time in the world as stoise was confused and it had also experienced lowering of the stats.

The ''Tortoise armor'' fully cracked open and stoise was thrown off the ground and it crashed towards the end of the stadium.
After being hit by such a powerful move, it came out of the ''Confusion''. Since it was out of the confusion, it didn''t feel that its stats were lowered.
Coming out of confusion, it realized that it had been hurt by that ''Hyper beam'' and ''Confusion. It knew that its stamina was now limited, so it thought to finish the battle.
It used ''Water domain''.

kazam also knew that this was the time to finish the battle, so it also used ''Psychic domain''.

<strong>Psychic domain</strong> (kazam) (Level 40): The power of psychic attack would increase and psychic energy of the user will also increase. Can use Enhance for 20 more seconds.
(Level 45): If the enemy is inside the domain, there is a high chance to be confused.

There was a huge amount of water from stoise''s previous move. So, it became easier for it to use other water type moves when it used ''Water domain''. It didn''t wait to use other water-type moves and immediately used ''Water dragon''.
A huge sea dragon made out of water came from the sea of water. Everyone was surprised to see such a spectacr move.
kazam also used its final move. It first used ''Enhance'' and then ''Disown''. ''Enhance'' would directly improve all of its stats by 50% and ''Disown'' would lower enemy stats. These moves had also been leveled up very nicely.

<strong>Enhance</strong> (kazam) (Level 40): 5 seconds increased to 10 seconds.
(Level 45): Can be in the enhanced state for 1 minute but cannot battle for 2 hours after using it. If a powerful move containing huge stamina is used or if the powerful move is being defended, the time of ''Enhance'' would decrease.
<strong>Disown</strong> (kazam) (Level 40): The enemy''s stamina would decrease drastically for 10 seconds but it woulde to normal after that. Can only use it one time during the battle.

When kazam used ''Disown'' on stoise, its stamina decreased at a rapid pace and the move ''Water dragon'' was not as powerful as stoise would have expected. It then used ''Enhance'' to enhance all of its stats by 50%. With the addition of ''Calm mind'', it had be very powerful now.
Then it used ''Thunder'' andbined it with ''Elemental maniption'' and formed 5 thunder spears. It also chain of electric current and bound stoise. All these thunder spears went on and shed with ''Water dragon''

Multiple explosions could be heard with water sshing everywhere. The power of ''Water dragon'' and ''Elemental maniption'' was very high. Even the crowd was scared after seeing it. However, Axel had spent a lot of money in this stadium and it could hold on to the power of those 2 attacks.
After the explosion was over and everything started to be clear, everyone could see the state of both of the Pokemons.
Both of them were still standing but none of them were in good condition. It looked like the ''Water dragon'' won the fight and kazam was seriously injured. There were multiple injuries all over its body. stoise also had some injuries added to its body but it was rtively better than kazam.
However, stoise''s stamina was at an all-time low. kazam was still under the influence of Enhance. Both of them were on theirst legs. stoise could not even use its ''Water clone'' as it had already deactivated its pre-domain move. However, kazam''s pre-domain move was still activated.
kazam then used a move that made Hymer scream in anger. The name of the move was ''Recover''.
It started to glow in white light and most of its injuries had also recovered. It also recovered a part of its stamina. It was now in a much better condition than stoise.
stoise then used ''Hydro canon'' as itsst ditch effort but kazam was able to dodge it very easily and then used ''Confusion''. stiose was inside the domain area of kazam and it was also very tired. So, it was easily confused and it again felt that its stats were lowered.
kazam then used ''Thunder'' and then ''Elemental maniption''. stoise used ''Withdraw'' to defend the attack but it was still hit by the powerful attack.
Then something amazing happened.
